I agree, she had 5months to figure out about if she "wasnt spending time with her kids" I would be a little pissed to because of all the trouble. But in the end if you care about her then hey you have to be understanding, get her to pay for dinner as punishment or something. You cant win the argument becuase there her kids right? if she's worth it then see what happens, but let her make the first phone call, although that could just be my pride talking.

You mentioned you broke up, but you never said why? this could imply something shameful or that your hiding, tell us what happened. It sounds like you want to jump the gun and that your head over heels for this man, dont betray yourself. If you tell this man how much you care about him: he might use you or if you dont care about that then go for it, you sound young minded and you life is to short to live. Tell him you everything and see his response, at least you will finally know and can move with your life.

Yea I have to agree with the post on top! it appears the ball is in her court and shes going to keep it there. Best thing to do is cover your ass, make all the proper arrangements in case your attacked with some kind of legel matter, there nothing wrong with preparing for the worse. You appear to still love her and theres nothing wrong with that we'er not machines but just ride it out, hang out with friends and try to laugh and get by day to day. My ex did the same thing only she held off for about 5 years with her partying and now shes a drunk, she called up one day and tried to make it work by that time it was to late I didnt feel anything for her because I forgot what it was that I had seen in her to love her. she bothers me all the time two months ago she called me and asked if I could get her a job with my parents who own a business and then last week she got me to meet her father after all this time I felt so uncomfortable, she left at 29 and now she wants to hook up at 35 yea right like she couldnt do better and now shes ready to settle. WELL NOW IM NOT READY TO SETTLE AND ITS MY TURN TO HAVE A GO AT IT

I think any guy out there would be curious because men are competitive at heart, they want to know if the women they are attracted to have better options meaning to them challenges. Now although this may be true I personally don't think its the guys business who she is dating on the side until there is a clear confirmation between both sexes that there is a relationship. What I think is totally wrong is when a women knows this and puts the cheese out in front of the mouse to get him into the trap, if your not a dating other men don't tell him you are because right away the first thing that passes through my head is "she's taken and I don't know her well enough to fight for her" some people have been fighting all there lives for more meaningful things and dont have time for that kind of ego driven game. If your attracted to each other thats all you need to make it work, you dont need anything else.

For every 20 jobs you apply for you will get 1 interview, and really that's how it all works it just a number game. Its kind of like boxing there are 10000 rounds (girls) and every time you get knocked down (rejected) you have to get up only there aint no bell telling you to stop its one of the greatest things about bieng a guy.

How long that love can last depends on the two of you, life wont make it easy throwing its bullshit constantly at your feet trying to attack one or the other you see we were born alone in this world as we are going to leave it alone to. Our lives are designed for one but when there's two or a family it cant keep up so it gives up, that's why we are at our strongest when we are two head rather then one.

They say a person changes there field of choice 5 times through out there life span, look at this as a challenge. Its good that you have parents who seem to be willing to help you out but maybe its time to start something new. Try to get a desk job because that type of work is less active, do some online training to enhance your skills for future employment. The drunk driver what about sue his ass off and taking the money to get some training to do the thing you really love to do. See if work offers some kind of compensation or employment should provide you with some income while your home also you can go through there workforce training program. Throw flirting into second when it comes to women first learn to be a comedian, every women in the world knows they have a long life ahead of them and they want to be with a guy who will make them laugh as much as possible...learn to be funny. I believe it as much as women believe they want to be swept of there feet. The truth is I don't know Ive never been married, I was in a relationship once when I was a teenager that lasted 6 years. We had a baby and now my baby is a teenager and all I want to do is things for myself with out being in a relationship. My ex showed up 5 years after we broke up and tried to get us to go back together again but I cant do it things have changed. Its not just the freedom, its discovering that I have a life of my own now and Im learning everyday about myself and the more I do that the better I get mentally, physically and spiritually. I want to be in a long term relationship and yes I want to be loved but not right now I'm enjoying loving myself WITHOUT the ego. I feel like I'm not ready and isnt that better then destroying a future relationship with a women like you? I wont go back to my ex I loved her very much I was blinded and now with so much time bewteen us I was forced to see the reality of our faults.

Yea it is a tuff one! The first thing is to show and tell her how much you love her, that's imortant to her because it builds trust between you both in times like this she would feel alone in the world. Advise dont get used to shopping to much when this happens I mean yea its pretty cool but in the future it could harm the relationship between you both (you cant buy love right) instead do something fun together like go to a movie and get her mind away from it, or take that oppertunity to talk it out let her vent out to you rather then the mother. Another thing little girls lie big time its a protective instinct they have I read it in a Science Journal, so remember she might not give you all the facts. I dont know what kind of relationship you have with the ex but try white lies sometimes, if the kid wants to stay with you dont tell that to the mother. You lie to her tell her that your giving a really good talk about the situation so it doesnt happen again and tell the mother she was right (this is BS of course) then you tell her to take some time off for the day to relax she has a lot to do already and you'll deal with the child. NEVER TELL HER TO FU because after that she wont make your life easier with your daughter believe me. Massage her ego to get what you want for your childs sake, and it was only breaksfast and some homework so its not like this was a murder. Although you should know what your rights are as a father, it would be interesting to get some legal advise should this escalate further. Find out what your option are in case of emergency.

Remember you should embrace change no matter what form it takes, try to look at this as a positive. If he's so giving with the girls see if he doenst mind looking after the kids while you enjoy a vacation to Italy, believe me take you and a friend an Im sure theres a guy there who will make you feel new all over. Take advantage of life sleep around or somthing it'll make you release a lot of that tention, dress up and go out with the friends and keep yourself busy. If all else fails think about it like this he may have all new but in the days to come in the future hes going to be the same old man and his new fiance is going to relize that. let him have the spotlight for now nothing lasts forever.

dude im a janitor who makes crap money and my place looks good, there's no excuse at your age you should have something going for you. EXAMPLE if you have a really good job then its okay to live in a dump it tells me your motivated by work. If you were just divorced and she took everything then yes I can understand living in a dump! BUT if you dont have a decent excuse to why your 31 and living in a hole then you might want to start sharing those issues with some group therapy.

well to be honest Im a single parent raising a young girl who is just turning 14 soon, and my friends keep trying to hook me up with these single women who have babies or really young kids and to me it feels like well....Ive done my time raising my own now Im supposed to go back start all over with the work with some other kid thats not mine. I dont mean to sound selfish but I did my time and now its time to move on and start living for myself like travelling or some thing.
