I once lived in an apartment building where my upstairs neighbors were 2 very large people,I mean he must have weighed 450 lbs and she wasn`t much lighter.Unfortunately,my bedroom was right under theirs and they had a bed with a metal frame and springs instead of a box spring!Every night at precisely 11:30 I would hear boom-boom-boom squeak scrunch as one climbed into bed and two minutes the same thing as my other light-footed neighbor went to bed.Then precicely 5 minutes later squeek-squeek,squeek-squeek,sqeek- squeek for precisely 20 minutes.There couldn`t have been ANY sound proofing in those floors,it was so loud! Not only was I losing sleep,but the very thought of those two masses of flesh going at it right over my head ended up being more than I could bear!(They moved in after I was already living there)Finally,I went to the hardware store,screwed up my courage and knocked on their door.When answered I introduced myself and informed them of my problem.Then I told them that I could appreciate their having a regular sex life and all,then whipped an oil can out frome behind my back and asked them if they would please oil their damned bed frame!They immediately blushed and whipped back into their apartment,and the very next day a brand new bed,complete with box spring was delivered to their home .Ahh blissful silence!So,you see ,there is always a way to deal with your neighbor`s ,err ,audible emanations!

A long time ago,my next-door neighbour was an absolutely stunning,naturally blonde blue eyed slender beauty,who was just as sweet on the inside and very intelligent.This woman had everything going for her on the surface.She lived with a guy who,although handsome,treated her like dirt,was incredibly jealous ,cheated on her,the whole works. After she finally got free of him,we became good friends,could talk about anything.After over a year of being single,I realized that she hadn`t been on even one date!When I asked her about that,she stunned me when she said that not one guy had even asked her out!Apparently guys thought that she was so beautiful that she`d never go out with them,and it got really lonely up on that pedestal.They couldn`t see the sweet,smart,lonely woman behind the looks.,She told me that looks in a guy didn`t much matter to her,more important was the spark there,did he treat her well,could she talk with him,and did he accept her for who she was.So,this whole thing about having to be"hot",to attract "hot" guys is just another symptom of just how shallow our society has become,and the types of pressures it puts on people,especially younger,to conform to marketing and media driven unrealistic ideals and values.Be who you are,accept and love yourself and you will attract like minded people,

Probably will open a can of worms,but having an adult child in the house couldn`t be helping matters.You are just learning who you are as a couple and fulfilling the needs of an adult offspring could be interfering with doing the same for yourselves.There is supposed to come a time when we are freed from the daily responsibilities of parenting.Try getting that person to go away for a week so you can have the place to yourselves and see what happens!

Perhaps he needs to go to a doctor and get his blood sugar checked.These are some of the symptoms of the onset of Type2 diabetes.Sudden and inexplicable weight gain and lack of interest in sex,but the ability to perform once aroused.Worth checking out!

Hey,Red,you shouldn`t call me bigoted until you can read the actual words that were written!You may not want to hear it, but,yeah,the VAST majority of men actually find transsexualls repulsive,but did you even think of asking me what my own personal views and experiences may be on this subject,or read further in my comments?I am a very literal person,say exactly what I mean,and if YOU are so narrow minded and inclined to jump to conclusions,who is the bigoted one?Learn how to hear what the other person is actually saying,what their words mean literally before you make up your mind about who they are and what they are communicating!Geez,I`m cheezed off at you!!!!!

Well,Lisa,he probably re-read your profile and thought better of it.The vast masjority of men actually want a biological woman,and the idea of going out with a transsexual of any state is just not on.Doesn`t matter who or what you feel you are inside,the vast majority of men find the whole idea of gender switching repulsive,just how it is.Now,if he knew about you,well,hey,you win a few.........Keep trying,but be honest.

AlbertaGirlie,you are a breath of fresh air.Now,a quick glance and a blatant stare are two different things.One is human nature,one is just plain rude!In our society,a woman`s self-esteem is (rightly or wrongly)is based on her appearance.All you have to do is look at magazines or tv and see what extremes of conditioning the advertisers and retailers have gone to to make a buck.We men don`t look at just the breasts,the overall image is what a woman presents to the world to see,and if a woman has gone to the effort to make herself look nice,I see nothing wrong with a glance in appreciation,sometimes two.Also,we all have differing tastes in what we find attractive.The first thing I notice is the hair,then the eyes.Biology has something to do with it so far as men and breasts are concerned,the breasts being the outward manifestation of the nurturing side of female physiology,the first thing we all are exposed to as infants is the warmth and security of suckling at our mother`s breasts,so we are conditioned from infancy to appreciate breasts,it is one of the deepest,most primitively rooted tenets of mamallian life.Yes,we do find them fascinating,and do like to look at them(and more),but yes,just plain staring is just plain rude.I apologise for those of us who do it

I`m in a small town(pop 1500)that`s 2 1/2 hours away from the nearest city,and the logistics of meeting are difficult.Work puts time constraints on "Getting Outta Dodge City",but I love where I live(West Coast of Vancouver Island),and I have a really good job.Don`t want to give up on POF,but it`s become a little frustrating,Any advice

Fact is,most people can`t get past labels.If you`re a dancer,you`re a whore.I knew a dancer who paid her way to an MBA on the stage,was brilliant,honest,and down to earth.A dancer can make a lot of money,and if she can avoid the traps inherent in the lifestyle ,set herself up for life.A lot of women envy these women(pretty,fit athletic),most men can`t see beyond the body,or don`t want to.Youthful feminine beauty is a fleeting,transient thing,so profit from it while you can.
