I lived with a man for 12 years. We tried both ways. Usually didn't work but as time went on, sometimes it did. Once, by bf told me that this girl was hot for me and blah, blah. So, I said ok. Not that I totally believe everything I've read but all the books I've ever read about this subject (Everything You Always Wanted...., one by Dr. Joyce Brothers, even Dr. Ruth) says that clitoral stimulation is the only way a woman can achieve orgasm. Sometimes the vaginal penetration is sufficient because it actually stimulates by pulling or by the males pelvis hitting the clit.
