What do you think of a guy with an accent
Posted: 11/3/2009 11:33:18 AM
I have just read an article here in the UK ,that the French accent has been surpassed as the worlds no1 sexy accent by the Irish lilt . So ladies what do think is the sexiest accent .?

The sexiest accents are: 1 Irish; 2 Italian; 3 Scottish; 4 French; 5 Australian; 6 English; 7 Swedish; 8 Spanish; 9 Welsh; 10 American.

Would you use magick or witchcraft?
Posted: 10/30/2008 1:45:46 PM
With All Hallowes Eve (Halloween) coming up tomorrow, just thought i'd bring this up,
and yes i did a thread search .
If a guy (or girl for the lads reading this) you really really liked turned you down after asking him/her out on a date, would you turn to magick or a white witch to cast a spell
to compell him/her to love you ?.
Personally the thought of Dating Jennifer Aniston would make it worthwhile .
seriously whilst not illegal, the morals and ethics would certaily put me off .
So ladies (and gents) would you use magick to find the love of your life. ?

the only halloween type smiley on here

Saints vs Chargers in London

Why? Europe doesn't even acknowledge or want American football. What is the sense of it?

Actually it was quite successful , over 83,000 attended the game .more than the Chelsea v Liverpool and Man city v Stoke city soccer games combined, quite impressive. Still don't think it will catch on over here though.

Errrr well actually, i think lostgirl looks pretty tidy in my eyes, and if she is a witch she can cast a spell in my direction .
Offtopic , Duke mate, you seem to be always "****y" to the women who disagree with you , not a wise move, you don't have to be a doormat , but you don't have to be super defensive either, good luck

would you date a guy from another country
Posted: 7/28/2008 1:06:58 PM
Good points there, and while you probably do need lots of money and it is risky, maybe the risk could be worth it in the end. if you find the person you want to share the rest of your life with. In fact there is a website mainly for American citizens who have moved and settled in the UK, ukyankee i think its called .

Caring about a stranger just met, is normal?
Posted: 7/26/2008 2:19:00 PM

You put forth a lot of effort because you cared about the girls well being, yet the women on here act like your a predator.........Americans are an obnoxious bunch.........and i'll be glad to leave the land of the enslaved soon.

that's a bit strong isn't it, i personally know at least 3 Americans, 2 of them living over here in the UK and they're all nice, intelligent people. As a matter of interest where are you moving to?

Why is humor the #1 thing girls look for??
Posted: 7/19/2008 1:20:01 PM

Because it makes you feel good. Life is to short to be serious all the time and a sense of humor helps you cope with life's hardships. It can bring two people closer together and laughter is the glue that can hold a relationship together.

well said, just to add, imagine a world without laughter and humour very souless, a bit like France really

Before marrage........

He: Yes.... At last! It was so hard to wait.

She: Do you want me to leave?

He: NO! don't even think about it.

She: Do you love me?

He: Of course! over and over!

She: Have you ever cheated on me?

He: No! why are you even asking!

She: Will you kiss me?

He: Every chance I get!

She: Will you hit me?

He: Are you crazy! I'm not that kind of person!

She: Can I trust you?

He: Yes.

She: Darling!

After marrage..........................

what is the greatest rivary off all sports/ 5 commandments of winners and losers
Posted: 6/10/2008 2:00:25 PM

think what your saying is the disdain we have for our rivals, holds throughout the year for us, where yours seems to quieten as soon as the seasons over. i am a Liverpool fan, Kirk is a utd fan, for 9 months of the year we would detest each other, the other 3 months, we are civil, at best! seriously though, the rivalry sticks. We cant seem to shake it off. i am assuming from what you say the atmosphere is a positive one at a game there? i kid you not it is far from positive when you go to a liverpool utd / old firm derby.

I have a picture of myself in 1977, what age was i? about 6 months, what was i wearing? a hand made outfit with the name Kevin Keegan on the chest and the letters LFC on the back. Its a rivalry thats brainwashed from such an early age. I am just as guilty, my kids have replica kits from birth! lol

hey princess fiona have you been on the football rivals site now that is funny the banter on there makes this little spat seem like handbags at dawn

Guns, the range, target activities.
Posted: 6/10/2008 12:23:56 PM

When criminals don't have to worry about the general populace having guns, they grow emboldened...all they have to do is avoid attacking people larger than themselves. By taking away the Fear Factor from crime, you get more rapes, more murders, more robberies, more beatings. Heck, one of the kids from Harry Potter just got knifed to death in a barroom brawl in the UK...one bodyguard with a pistol could have prevented that. Woulda been nice if a Bobby were around, eh??

oh the irony

Odd that an outsider knows your reality better than you do. Crime has shot UP in England and in Austrailia since the "gun bans" have been enacted. And a TON of civilians own guns. The UK is well rep'ed on my gun websites

sorry but you are totally wrong ,some crime has gone up in the UK (violent crime i'm afraid to say) but most has gone down. and while a " ton " of civilians own guns, 95% will be illegal .
