At home workouts

I agree with Irish and Dice...weighted vests are great for a passive workout when you're doing household chores (cooking, vacuuming, etc.) or even for a 20 minute walk after dinner. If you wear it outside, then you might get some 'looks' from people....
I usually wear mine at work for 4 to 5 hours because I'm on my feet all the time.
I've never done a 10 kilometre (or mile) run with 50 pounds, nor would I recommend it to anyone that has bad knees or feet. A good rule of thumb is to only put on a maximum of 10% of your bodyweight if you're doing aerobic exercises.

does anyone get as turned off with a smoker as i do?

I was a smoker for two years (started in high school) but quit 11 years ago. Now I can't stand it...I'll even hold my breath if I'm passing by someone that's smoking outdoors. If you're a runner or cyclist like I am, why would you want to intentionally pollute your body more than what it's already getting?

HONESTLY, how many people are on here because they lack the confidence to make the initial move?

In 'real life', people are conditioned to be reserved; it's the people that have learned to communicate effectively that seem to draw everyone's attention. At at bar or club, how many times have you seen male friends (or even female friends) consume moderate to vast amounts or alcohol, then get the "liquid courage" to approach people? The success rate might be low, but at least they're trying.
I don't think that people on here lack confidence at all. Barring the super attractive women (or men) on here that are on everyone's favourites list, it's the reserved individuals that are able to communicate. We're a MSN/internet generation that sit on computers at work or home and have lost that ability to communicate on a face-to-face basis.

IF your feet still hurt, Shimano, Specialized, Garneau and some other companies have developed or will soon be coming out with heat-moldable custom cycling shoe.
I know that with Shimano, the shoes are placed in the "Shimano oven", heated to about 100 Celsius, and then you step into them when they're taken out. The shoes are pretty expensive, but it's pretty good if you want your "own" shoe.
However, if you're riding a "Madwagon", you might not need it....

Do men think women women wearing glasses are sexy?

Glasses are VERY sexy if they accentuate the face and eyes. Some women should stick to rimless glasses, but others look stunning with thick black rimmed ones
I was thinking about changing my rimless ones to create the Weezer look....
