Church singles groups?
Posted: 7/4/2006 12:27:56 AM
OP i think you should go I have been to a couple and i''m not into the church sceen. But you are right ppl say they are looking for a smart funny hontest person to be with but ya they also leave out "must look like you just came from a GQ photo shoot." So I say go you will find some like minded ppl there looking for the same things in life and unlike the bar sceen or online dating you will be less likely to question their moral values. Worst comes to worst you might only end up making a friend (but hey he might have a sister ;>)

Compulsive Lying
Posted: 7/4/2006 12:01:29 AM
lmao Bubbynutz

yes it is a sad sickness. I used to date a girl who did nothing but lie. even when she had no reason to even lie. it was a compultion with her. It finaly ended our realtionship because i could never tell if she was telling the truth or not.

But guys tell white lies all the time like when we are asked if the jeans make her look fat we respond on instinct "no honey you look great" when were really thinking "it''s not the jeans that make you look fat it''s the half a cheese cake you ate last night"

Why don't tall men choose to date tall women?
Posted: 5/6/2006 8:30:05 PM
I like dating a tall woman. I am 6' but like it when the girl is my height or even a little bigger. But I don't go looking for a cretin type the shortest girl I ever dated was 4'10" made it hard to dance some times lol

Guidance for those born under Scorpio
Posted: 3/13/2006 9:20:37 PM
I know the feeling OP when you tell ppl (girls) that you’re a Scorpio they respond in one of two ways with fear or delight. Yes we are dark and passionate jealous but only to a point we never let ppl know what we are thinking. Yet we can be very loyal (but never cross us) spontaneous and very passionate. We are what most signs wish they could be all I have to say is YEAH SCORPIO!!!!!! But when most ppl ask me what sign I was born under I just tell them it was a big blue and white H

Are there any credible guys here ?
Posted: 3/9/2006 6:02:39 PM
most weman don't go for the type of guys they say they want and i have seen it time and time again. Take my friend John and I. we look very much alike we have even fooled ppl into thinking were twins. We both have well paying jobs ect. ect. but looks and bank accounts are where John and I split ways. John is your A typical bad boy tatoos all over will fight anybody just because he didn't like the way someone looked at him he has a rep as someone you don't want to mess with but he also has a rep of being a dog he knows it and he loves itlove em and leave em but when he does stick with a girl she is not a g/f but more property. Not alowed to go to a friends house if another guy might be there not alowed to go out with anyone he doesn't aprove of. Now there is me ppl would say I'm old fasioned I hold the door open for weman pull out their chair. Let them have a life away from me there has never been a jelous bone in my body. But time after time the girl will always go for him. Why because girls say they want the nice stable guy but when push comes to shove they will take the bad boy anytime. But hey I look at it in a good light he weeds out the ones i wouldn't really want anyway. As he would put it he's like a firewall for my dating computer he helps to keep the viruses out!

Can you sleep when you are cuddling?
Posted: 3/9/2006 5:49:17 PM
no I can't i used to cuddle till my ex was asleep (thank god she always fell asleep fast) but then i would sneek over to the other side of the bed. It's not that I didn't like it it was just i would get too hot to sleep. I sleep with my window open in the winter time. She hated it. but once i was asleep it was fine she would come over to my side of the bed and cuddle with me then. but no I can't fall asleep that way!

How do guys really feel about being approached by women?
Posted: 3/6/2006 10:45:05 PM
personaly I love it! I'll never say no to a girl who asks me to dance even if i don't want to i'll still do it because most weman have no clue how hard it is to go up and start talking to a total stranger.

what is it with men who...
Posted: 3/6/2006 9:21:26 PM
I find most weman can't handle the truth! example "do these pants make my ass look fat" guy responce: what they say "no they look good on you" what they want to say "it's not the pants that make you ass look fat it's the fat that makes it look that way" sometimes it's better to just lie and speaking about what they feel how many times has your b/f come home and your in a mood and he asks whats wrong and the responce is fellas say it with me "nothing" let the quessing game begin and wow do you ever get it if you can't guess it the first few times but if you say "okay" and walk away you get it even more. So I guess what I'm trying to say is that weman are just as bad as men we should both work harder at comunicating!

dating and eating disorders
Posted: 3/6/2006 7:32:58 PM
Okay this is an odd question but what should you do if you are dating a girl with an eating disorder. the girl i used to date was belemic oh hell she thru up every time she ate. And she seemed to get really ofended when i stoped taking her out to dinner. When ever we would go out we would go somewhere to eat first. but after i found out about what she was doing we stoped going out to eat i would just say i ate before i came over or that i was not hungry (I mean you would not buy a shirt just to throw it out as soon as you got it home would you) I'm pretty sure she knew that I knew after awhile. was I being unsensitive to her in some way by going about it that way. Just a question from a confused male.

Posted: 3/6/2006 6:47:49 PM
It sounds like you had a very bitter experience. there is only one of my ex's that i'm not friends with a couple of them I would even go as far to say they are some of my best friends. ppl I have shared everything with and them to me. I would be a fool to let some one that close to me slip away even if the physical part has.

TOO MANY AT ONCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Posted: 1/12/2006 11:12:54 AM
Okay here is the thing. I have been going to the same bar for about 5 yrs now and sometimes I meet some nice women there (and I have alot of female friends to show for it :< ) but have been in a slump of late well the past yr. but the past couple of times i have been out I'm getting hit on left right and center. I'm a pretty shy guy when it comes to girls. I can talk to anyone but when there is a spark I start getting quiet. but what should you do when 3 girls you like are all wanting your attention. But you don't want to ofend any of them or make a wrong choice. I'm just looking to settle down so I start to weigh the options run a list of pros and cons for each girl but by the time I make a desision the night is over. has any out there ever had this problem what did you do. any advice would be great thx.

Posted: 1/12/2006 10:52:17 AM
Chivalry might as well be dead weman don't want it any more I get made more fun of my "old fashion" way of doing things. holding open a door pulling out a chair ect. in modern times you are conciderd a door mat if you do these things.I don't know i was told to respect weman. it used to be weman and children first now it's just suvival of the fittest

Dating people who have kids! oops- to late to take it back now! copping flack already!
Posted: 1/12/2006 10:23:38 AM
well I perfer to date girls who have kids. they know more of what they want in a relationship. less likley to cheat. and hey being a big kid at heart I like most kids and get along well with them. as for other guys well I guess they will grow up one day and dicover that there is more to this world than there own needs. I have 2 of my own and they never even meet who I'm dating for 6 months or so anyway and most ppl I date are the same way

examples of messages that are lame and turn me off
Posted: 3/31/2005 12:56:31 AM
i never know what to type to a girl in an email. what can you put not to sound lame or desprit. i just talk for a bit try to tell them a little about myself and try to put a little humor into it but yes my spelling also sucks it does not make me a stupid person by anymeans i am i read books most people can not even grasp. graduated high school and collage with honors but still can not spell worth a damn. i think your a sad person if you just turn your nose up to a person just because he/she is bad at spelling. because really how many time have you ever said "I love him sooooooooo much because his spelling and puncuation are amazing!" most ppl talk to one another. They do not sit at a returant passing notes.

sorry i was going to ask a question there but got off on a rant (because ppl that act like the internet gramer police really piss me off) what is a good way to get a girl to respond to an email. And even a "drop dead pig!!!!!" would be better than no responce at all!!!!!!

When should BF/GF meet the kid(s)?
Posted: 3/31/2005 12:33:06 AM
i usualy wait a good long time before they met my kids. but netty i do take my kids into acount they are 12 and 7 and have met a few girls that i have dated most of the time i introduce them as friends but kids are smart even if you hide it that your in a relationship with that person they can sence it right away. if they ask i tell them straight out yes we are dating. my kid are my best friends and i hide nothing from them even if they are to young to understand (in the case of the 7 yr old) thats how you keep open comunication with them when they start to go out on there own they see the things you have done in the past and thats how kids figure out how they should do things. But even now i will talkto my oldest about girls i am seeing if he dislikes her well out she gos. its funny they never take it well when you tell then sorry but its over my son just does not like you.
