Try Hijackthis it's a very small program.
this should be a good link. though I cant test it at work
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/tools/security_tools/hijackthis
save file rather than run it.
do Ctrl - alt - delete
close all open programs listed under your current username.
you'll need explorer.exe

Why would a guy say this?
Posted:

The magic 8 ball says "It is unclear". If you were a teenager I'd agree with the poster that says he was trying to make you look like the one who wasn't into sex because of possibly closet homosexuality or something like that. But at 45, Shrug, I don't know were you always pawing at him? I can't think of any other reason a grown man would say that if it was never a verbal issue.

Could use some tips with a Digital Camera...

I'm sure there are a lot of guides online to digital photography. The question being unspecific it will probably be hard for anyone to answer. I know in general when there is less light you need to lower the shutter speed of a camera. I'm sure a digital camera emulates this in it's own way and how good a photo you can take in low light is going to depend on the cost of the equipment.

btw when you see the list of who has made you a favorite you might remove anyone you have never emailed with. I know I remove them when I know there is nothing there. Thus zero here.

because they have two very different meaning lol. I find that most of the online dates will loose interest fast if you don't move to talking on the phone and plan a meet and greet. It sounds like your trying though.

It is really impossible to say. I watched my niece and one of my sisters do the same thing you are doing. Spy tactics For the loss. You have two choices here. First you can trust him. Or you can dump him and move on. There is really no third option. The spy tactic will eventually lead to a nasty breakup anyway. Off the top of my head though, if you can take the not knowing. Email the girl and lay all the information you have out in a nice way to her and see what she replies.

Well, here are a couple for you, since you failed to do the research.
??? lol it must take hours of digging and deep tought to realize that advertising was how this site with the millions of users was paying the bills. WOW. What a shock.
Things are tough all over.
Exactly. I just had to put a roof on my house, so I'd say i'm pretty tapped out. But, hey I don't begrudge you your frugalness. It just would be nice if people would stop complaining about something that is "optional", and continue enjoying the free service.
I'll give you this. I'd really like to have seen the serious member option take out the adds.

Ninja adding is a couple of things. It's a cowardly way of letting someone know you are interested. It allows them to IM you if you have your settings to favorite only. It puts you in a place they can find you and see when you were on last .
It also allow people to create testimonial which can be hillarious.

I still fail to see the need to complain about something that is optional. If he turned around and started charging 10 bucks a month today, people would still have not excuse to complain. Unless they are moderating or providing some kind of work for this site. Free to you is not free to the people paying for bandwidth and server/data base management. If people dont want to pay, don't, but for god sakes don't blame them for trying to pay the bills that allow you to keep using this site.

There really isn't much you can do here. He knows how you feel, and he's chosen his course of action despite that. All you can do is wait for reality to kick it that the person at the other end of the online isn't the greener pasture he thought. Though moving on would probably be better I can understand where you are coming from, seven years is a lot to give up. Honestly you are almost definitely better off doing so from all you wrote about the man you were with.

Reading a shy guy all wrong/ why hasn't he called?
Posted:
3/10/2009 5:13:43 AM
If you are into him and you know for sure he's a shy guy, call him. Get a number do what you have to do. Two thoughts. First he might not be a talker. I generally dont talk much until I drink a few beers. I as a non talker almost never call anyone, and will let voicemail get most of my calls. Heck my phone is almost never charged lol.
Second if he made out with you and didnt' call in more than a week he's either had a life issue keeping him busy or he's just not really into you.

I didn't read the pitch but I figure I use this site quite a bit between forum posting and profile reading. I'm not sure that the gold will help you get noticed, but it can't hurt and I figure i'll chip in a little to the cost of all this.
-edit-
I probably should have read the posts before posting, but I still don't see an issue with this. Free is tough to support with all the features you get here. Anyway I'm one of the stupid ones willing to pay to support what I use.

Posted:

I'm betting if you find a guy that is into the hunt he's hunting game all over town. Don't play games period IMO. There is a fine line here though. You have to go at the speed that is comfortable to you. This is going to sound harsh but the whole hard to get concept shows a complete lack of maturity. It's something teenage girls play at and if they are smart live by, because teenage boys play at getting all they can get. When you become an adult put away childish things, decide what you want and go that route.

In xp you can do a registry restore from comand prompt. it win95 it was scanreg /restore I know there is a way though I did it with xp 64 a month ago. You get a list of dates and restore the registry back a few days. I've never lost data doing this, but I've heard it is possible.
http://www.techwarelabs.com/community/archive/index.php/t-1725.html
above is a forum discussion of using a boot disk to get an xp restore.
I dont think i've seen this issue win 9x but I used to see this all the time back then.

Hijackthis is a program that lets you remove everything loading on startup.

Are you 100 perent sure you dont have a floppy in. That's the square discs lol. If you have a floppy and are using xp or vista you dont need it anymore disconnect the cabling and see if it works. Worst case remove all cableing from drives except the hard drive and reboot. If this does not work you have a problem with the boot section of your harddrive. What version of windows are you running?

This is something that is talked about a lot in movies about being single... In the end it is up to you. I'll personally text the same day if i'm interested after the first date and i'll have ask for the 2nd date before the first ends. If you are someone that has to talk on the phone daily start the trend and make the call. I personally hate the phone.

Ok, seems like a self answering question to me. If someone really cares they will work with you on whatever your medical issues entail. In the end there would probably have to be a lot more detail to fathom how this would limit a serious relationship, and that's something for a Real life friend not online. IMO.

Ok correct me if i'm wrong but isn't crossift angled more at people already in extreemly good shape trying to reach that next level? But ya I'd have to agree any video training system that costs that much is a waste you'd be better off paying money to a trainer once a week to work with you and help you set goals and watch you to make sure your doing stuff safe and correct. < not a trainer. If your at the elite fit level though... refer to first reply.
about crossfit . not for the feignt of heart.

Ya, but depending on how it ends would dictate the manner in which it is returned.
1. You change your mind. Give it back cover losses of ohter party.
2. He changes his mind. Flip a coin, give it back if you want.
3. You chatch him cheating. Sell it.

Evolution in churches
Posted:
2/27/2009 11:01:37 AM
The two things are not mutually exclusive. People just treat them that way. I have always found it simple minded to say that God created the heavens and the earth and all creatures big and small, but the techniques by which the creationism occured is limited to God waving his/her magic wand and waaalaa man.
The catholic church didn't decide that the earth was a globe until they got photos of it from space. Actually about 20 years after they got photos's from space. Before that they just knew the earch was flat. Who are we to try to understand what is the domain of God.

what does bring your friends along mean?
Posted:

Dual reason.
1. It downs the risk level of a lemon date.
2. He probably thinks this will make you feel more secure in that you are meeting a person IRL(in real life) for the first time.
If you dont have friends to take along then say you'd rather go on a one on one date. He'll probably bite, metaphoricly hopefully.
