Is there such a thing as being too honest in a relationship?
Posted: 10/11/2006 11:28:32 PM
no such thing as too much honesty,
whats better keeping the lie and let it fester?
or Telling the truth and being responsible?

The longer you let something fester, the more pain comes from
the lie. You serve nobody a favour by kidding yourself that you
are somehow sparing anyone anything by lying or keeping things
to yourself.

.....Like sands through and hourglass, these are the days of our lives
in this Another world, where we have one life to live.

the less drama and associated items the better :D

How much DO looks matter?
Posted: 10/11/2006 3:31:03 PM
Like mentioned by the others in this thread, chemistry
is the catalyst. If you have fab chemistry with someone you will
naturally find them attractive.

Looks are not the end all, be all

This is just a bizzare coincidence, the timing.
Its sad for the people in the plane for sure and the victims in the apartments

OLDER WOMEN YOUNGER MEN
Posted: 9/24/2005 1:58:02 PM
I enjoy the company of older women myself because they have their shit together.
also the best intelligent converations I have had have been with older women.

Most girls my age...they laugh and pretend to be interested but end up playing with their hair and make up 30 seconds into talking.

thats usually when I know if a girl is gonna be cool or plastic.

My experiences though might not be reflective of the majority of the female population, its just something I myself have noticed.

Very good choice

If it happens down the raod that you need to question his stability any longer just think on this:1)You are happy and living your life
2)He is not happy and does not know what the hell he wants.

It must be hurtful for the fiancee but...well....somethimes people need to learn those lessons on their own. Because she truly believes she loves him she won't want to see the negative sides until she has no choice.

In an abusive relationship the abused are too focused on the person they loved before that person became a monster...it's that denial that can make it a long time before the abused are ready to hear the truth and accept.

and just so you know, not all men are like this post break-up and in some cases it is possible to be friends with your ex.

Its all about communication and understanding.
If it was never present in a relationship previous then it's a sure bet it won''t be there after.

WTF where was I hateful? lol I'm happier than i have ever been and it's pissing him off.
It's because in all of this it came out from the Fiancee that you told her he used to do this to you all the time. That gave him a way to make all the evenings problems seem like it was just you being malicious.

The fact is now that he can't bother you with his bullshit and his method of control is broken.
Thats why he freaks out, though notice the fiancee was more than willing to take on a big steaming pile of it when she ran out the door.

During that 10 minutes they were bickering in the parking lot you can be sure the conversation went something like this.

Her: Whats your problem?
Him: You see? She always tries to piss me off
Her: Well she did say......
Him: You see? She is trying to break us up!

Because the fiancee is in the position she is in, anything you tell her truthful or not from your perspective will only make it seem like you are trying to drive a wedge between them.

To hell with this guy, do what you need for your kids and let the fiancee find out on her own.
As for the ex it will only piss him off more if you don't really care and keep it strictly business.
