Amen....... I think 2 weeks of the "RUNS" is not healthy. Drink water, eat veggies, indulge in fruit and mix in a little meat here and there. Dont eat fast food, junk food, pop, ext.... Cleanse programs are companies filling you with fear to make the mighty dollar.

I find that the cops did make a brash and uncalculated decision in the tragic situation. Now only they had the courage to just say. " we ****ed up......we are sorry" Nope that would be to easy. Cause in the Police forces minds they do no wrong. If it was one of us, we would be charged with " manslaughter" " use of a deadly weapon" Remember Officers around the world. Your human too and make bad decisions. Please step up and acknowledge that please

I believe we in a majority could care less your race, I don't. But i do find it interesting that if a minority race ridicules or puts down caucasians, it's not considered racism. Anyways, we breathe the same air, drink the same water and eat the same way. we are one from different parts of the world.

I totally agree... A great worker, might be a fun friend on a Friday night. Unless you find them with a crack pipe in there mouth..lol Employers should not judge by looking at social networks. If your Company has a no drug policy or a personal conduct policy, do the necessary tests and criminal record checks. I am glad Phelps "so called friends" are getting charged and not Mr. Phelps.

Ok I proof-read it as is instructed, though English class was about 15 years ago and paragragh constuction alittle foggy. I removed what I thought was a funny video about everyday normal guys. Anyway thanks for the input. keep the input coming
