on the whole i'd agree it's prob damage to the acutal disk rather then the consol. they can be quite finicky

Aww, Op I feel you pain..lol I worked out at about the same !5/ 16 months but personally I've had several opportunities for casual encounters but It's really not what I'm looking for..It doesn't seem like anyone gets what they want..lol

Hi Op firstly don't give up entirely on therapy beacuse if you find one u like sometimes It can be so easy to talk to someone. Secondly It will get better it just might take a while. I used to suffer from sever panick attacks due to social phobia and other childhood trauma i don't want to go into...But with a degree of controlled exposure i was able to deal with them...i still get the occasional one but I'm able to attend full time university so i can't complain. Have you heard of No Panick?

I think I miss just chatting and having somone else to consider. I'm a thoughtful person and when i see nice thing i want to buy them for somone...am always thinking if i had a boyfriend would buy that for them. plus have no reason to get dressed up or buy sexy stuff if no ones there to appreciate it..lol

I love that eagles song..lol There is alot of anti male stuff...but since singing is often an expression of anger as often as love it's hardly surprising and there are just as many anti woman songs...especially in the Rap variety...although I do adore Ice T in spite of mysself..lol

It defo depends on the crime and on the institution but on the whole i think they are a necessary evil in current society. A yong offender attcked my brother with a baseball bat, luckily he lived unlike the next person he attacked. If he had been forced to answer for his crimes in a detention centre rathr then given a £200 fine this person would have probably be alive today.

Theres alot of reasons why self harm comes about. They are definatly not crazy and it does not mean they necesarrily they want to want to die . I'd also suggest almost everyone knows a self harmer... there are alot of different ways to mutilate yourself...some even acepted sociatal forms of behaviour. I know several self harmers and i don't judge them based on this..as it's often a very small part of who they.

yeah, we're still around..lol It's one of my sad admissions that i'd much rather be a home with a decent game or a good book then out clubbing....however our numbers are dwindling due to lack of breeding..

Op.. wow that is fantastic and a real success story. I'll have to tell my mum that, as we're both on fitness crusades at the moment..so far I've lost 14 lb through healthier diet, excercise and eating fruit instead of my usual snacks. It's seems so hard though when your at the begining.bbut definatly feels like I'm getting there now. Thanks for your great story. x

I agree with some of the preivous comments... mostly it was the free thing that did it for me... i though why not? I'm not using any other dating sites but i have...found them on the whole to be a wate of time. I'm not sure what I'm looking for in the beginning it was a date...been single now for sooo long..lol But gradually as that becomes more unlikely i think Friends would be more accurate... A deal breaker for me would be a sexual/ fetish or demanding a date in first few messages. It's just annoying frankly..

Why don't you eat then.? I'm on diet currenlty trying to lose weight...i go to the gym about a hour or two from my usual eating time.. then I have my meal as normal when I'm finished... ( low fat meal of course..lol) Stay away from Take aways...there leads the path to evil..

I don't know if society pressures you to have kids or not but for me it's very important a make or break issue. I don't have kids, in fact it would be decidely inconvienient if i was to have any for the forseeable future but i couldn't imagion not having any.

lorri49..love that..lol Top heavy should defo be a category...even at my thinest (12ish) i am always going to be top heavy (family curse)...i put average because i tend to fluctuate...between 12, 14, and 16...i've been a member for 2/3 years now and i've been all three sizes at least twice between this period. I think there aren't enough categories....a few extra pounds feels like admitting to being a size 20 which i am definatly not...a friend of mine described me as buxom and meant it as a compliemt... so i don't think there is any easy way to define yourself within current profile descriptions.

when my mum had abnormal results it was pre- cancerous cells which sounds far worse then it actually was...a simple proceedure had then sorted....and she's had no problems since...11 years later. Hopefully it should be nothing to worry about. x

Oh hun, believe me when i say this you will regret any decision you make now... i know from vast expereience... i myself have long term clinical depression and i've done the rounds like you...drs, medication thereapy... i've found talking to people the most helpful...there's not always a cure or an easy anwer and i think i'ts time you started taking care of yourself rather then everyone else for a change.

A kitten definatly needs the extra time with it's mother. i did end up with one about 4 weeks old if that but that was casue my neighbour found it and would have rung it's neck if we hadn't taken it. at that age they amy not know how to eat and a cat can be tempted to drink with a finger to drink milk...

whowhatme. i agree with you... in this siituation maybe there is nothing to say and you need to find some common ground...i'm a shy person myself and can find it diffcult at first but easier when i know them..but every now and again i get a vibe and just can't connect..i don't know if that makes any sense but thats my feeling.
