Guys, does the number of complaints tell you nothing?
I have not been able to contact one single person using the IM.
How on earth is it supposed to work?
I never get thru the "waiting for xyz to connect" and then the utterly brilliant "you can email her" message.
Extremely frustrating even if we get it free.
I too am always generous with giving away nuthin.
