For you overweight guys
Posted:

While I am perhaps a bit overweight, I still consider myself attractive so no, I won't settle for a girl I don't find attractive. I'd rather have no girl. That said, there are overweight girls I do find attractive...it all depends on a combination of looks and personality. I do plan on hopefully losing some pounds but I know it won't be easy.

Do men realy think that blonds are more attractive?

Definitely don't prefer blondes. Actually it's the hair color I like least but really it's not that important.

Why do women think that men are easy?

I'm definitely not easy. That's a misrepresentation of the male species.

Why do Girls Say they Want to be Friends When they Really Don't?
Posted:

This has always bugged me about the opposite sex. Yes, I know it's often part of a speech in which a girl informs a guy she's not romantically interested saying she wants to be only a friend but really she doesn't want to be his friend at all more often than not. In reality, she never wants to see him again. And then there's girls who say they want to be just friends at the start but who suddenly disappear on you for no apparent reason and you never hear from them again. What kind of friend is that? Is it just not possible to be just friends with the opposite sex? Sometimes I think that must be it for most people.

Mostly I'm looking for a girl to actually dance with preferably one who might be single and interested...sometimes I don't even find one to dance with at all.

Call her. Most women want you to be the man in the situation.

I love freckles. I've always had a real soft spot for freckles combined with some variation of reddish hair. I love to see them running up and down a woman's body...

Aggressive Women

Hmm it depends. Honestly I'm not into sports much myself nor partying and I'm a guy. Still I have to admit to finding women who go after what they want and aren't shy about it either very, very attractive.

Tattoos and Piercings
Posted:

Honestly I prefer no tattoos and piercings on a woman. I know that's old-fashioned nowadays but yes, I do prefer that. I actually find nose piercings the biggest turn-off of the bunch. I like the classic look of the Hollywood starlets of the 30s, 40s and 50s myself. But would it keep me from dating a nice girl who has them? No, I don't think it would in all honesty. It might be a problem if she had too many perhaps...

Do Guys Missing/Misinterpreting Your Body Language Signals Annoy You?
Posted:

Thanks for the responses all. PrimandProper gave some great advice and the rest provided valuable insight. Nice to know too that it can work both ways and that a lady won't always get the signals although personally I feel us guys are a lot easier to read, women generally more subtle because most are used to being approached and no doubt are sick of it in many cases. Tips for reading us guys:
darting eye contact, running his eyes from your eyes quickly down and back up again
smiling a lot
leaning towards you, pointing his body in your direction
hooking his thumbs in his jeans/pants
smoothing his hair
sometimes nervous behaviour around you - trouble talking

Do Guys Missing/Misinterpreting Your Body Language Signals Annoy You?
Posted:

We all know it happens. A girl flirts with a guy using body language and quite frequently many men don't even notice or read it completely wrong. Is this the spell of doom for said guy having a chance? What if a guy notices the girl, flirts back but doesn't ask her out? Does she decide instantly he's no longer worth her time? What if said guy returns day after day and continues this way (perhaps secretly too nervous to ask the lady out)?

What is wrong withnot drinking

As a guy trying to live a straight-edge lifestyle, it's a frequent problem to find girls who'll accept it. I think they feel you'll be unwilling to go places they frequent and perhaps that it's not social behaviour. Whatever they feel, no matter how much I might want to be with them, I flat out refuse to change this lifestyle choice. If they cannot accept me for who I am, there's no point in there even being a relationship to begin with.

Reading Body Language? Do Us Guys Often Miss the Signals?
Posted:
9/7/2007 9:26:40 AM
When I was younger I was absolutely terrible at reading body language signals from the opposite sex and even now, there's many times someone else with me will notice something I won't. Or it'll dawn on me after the chance to act has passed me by? I've also noticed this with other individuals...lady giving off signals only to be flat out ignored or not even noticed. Is this as common an occurrence as it seems to me? Do women hate it when men don't read their signals or get them wrong?
