Can't play the game

That's fine, but my arguement is, why can't a man try to think a little more like a woman

Now tell me where the fun would be in that. Isn't it better to have the fun of exploring those differences.???????

Would you give up custody of your kids and move away just to be with a new partner?

Not in a million years would I give my children up and I like to think that if any man loved me that much that he wanted me to move then he would accept that myself and my kids are part of a package deal and love them just as much.

Ever run into a POF'er in person that rejected you online?

I went out with a guy on another site and I guess that I was the rejectee in that case, well in sunny Florida in order to get your divorce finalized you have to go to a children in divorce class (if you have kids). Anyway I am sitting there waiting for the class to begin low and behold that guy walks in followed by his ex wife to be. I almost burst out laughing it really tickled me. And it was even funnier as his soon to be ex sat down next to me and we had a great time chatting during the class. I didn't say anything about having met him before, didn't think that would have been such a nice thing to do:)

How did your parents meet?

My mother had recently immigrated to Australia as a Nurse and was told by some of the Nurses that she lived with that they had all been invited to a party so she went along, met my Dad. She found out after the event that she was actually part of a group of gate crashers, she says that she was mortified when she found out.

Anyway they got engaged 6 weeks later and married and moved to Hong Kong not long after that.

They lasted 17 years together.

Write the rest of the book and publish it!!!!! I'm the daughter of a pilot and I really enjoyed reading what you wrote. I have always enjoyed listening to my dad's stories about flying as well.

Always wanted to be a pilot myself but never quite got there, maybe in another lifetime. Ended up following in my mum's footsteps instead and became a nurse.

Good Luck, I'm sure that once it is finished that it will be an even better read:) Can't wait to read more.

I think that I might get the record for the lowest. I only managed to owe 90. Guess that my life must have been pretty boring, oh well.........

I spent the day I turned 25 in tears pretty much all day. I think it was the whole thought of turning a 1/4 of a century old.

After that I have not been bothered at all about my age, wonder how I will cope when I have to turn 1/2 a century old?????

Oh well 11 years to go until that happens, so am not going to worry about it now that is for sure ;)

Confused ...

The only advice that I can think of is to ask him straight up what happened and what made his attitude change. If that doesn't work then I guess that you can be thankful that he now works opposite shifts to you so that you won't have to see him everyday at work. That will at least give you some time to pick up the pieces of your heart and move on, because honestly anyone who does a complete turn around like that seems a bit odd.

Good luck and I hope that it is just a case of some misunderstanding that you can both work out together.

Why would a guy send me pix of his kids?
Posted: 10/15/2007 6:14:15 PM
Ok I know that I am not a guy, but I thought that I would answer it anyway. The guy who sent you the photos didn't happen to be named Tom did he? The only reason that I ask is that on another website I had a guy approach me sounding very simular to what you said, kids being whole existance etc.

The only difference was that his photo was actually online as well, anyway a couple of weeks into talking to him, all of a sudden he has to go to the UK for business etc, then he is in a car accident etc. Although he never asked for money etc, I think that it might have been one of those scamming things, anyway I told him that I lost my job and have not heard from him since. I haven't but thought that I would see what his reaction was to that news.

Of course I could be totally wrong, but I would think that there is a big possibility that it is some sort of scam, but see what happens next:)
