The Very Liberal Agenda of the Demos. took a thumping in last nights elections. It appears the Middle of the Road Independents, as I am, are , more interested in Jobs, and the Economy than they are in Change. We have seen the direction The Liberal Left is trying to take the Nation and are Opting Out. Just to Note: I am not for the Conservative Right either. I am a true Independent. " I vote for the person I think will do me the least amount of harm." I believe Lincoln and Pryor had better be careful how they vote on Health Care especially if the people who will vote in the next election are hungry when it is time to vote. What good is Health care if you are starving to death. Food will not be covered in any plan they offer, neither will Shelter of Utilities. WHAT DO YOU THINK:

Hey Campers, I a afraid you are on your own for the Campout Dance at Daisy State Park. There is not a good date that the pavilion is available until the last of October so I am going to Cancel It. I am so sorry. Maybe we can do one again next spring. NOTICE: THE CAMP OUT ON AT DAISY STATE PARK ON LAKE GREESON WILL NOT HAPPEN THIS FALL. THANKS CHUCK

NOTICE: The Pavilion is rented on October 3rd so the party will not be on that day. The dates they have open is Sept 19, Sept. 26, The Legion in Little Rock has one posted on the 26th. The next Available Dates is October 31, which is Halloween. I am wondering If we can get one together by the 19th. I guess what I am asking is can everyone get ready and plan a campout with such short notice. Please let me know. I believe I could get everything ready by then. The next date would be on Halloween, the 31st of Oct. I could post it on the 26th but that would conflict with the Plenty of Fish party at the Legion even though we are 115 miles away. Hi Folks: Most who replied, only a few, seem to want the event on the 3rd of October. Soooo, that shall be the date. I will post it one day this week. Robin is ready along with Deshagal, now all I need to do is get my work done and get in the party mood and we will have another great event, A REAL DEAL PLENTY OF FISH SINGLES PARTY ON BEAUTIFUL LAKE GRESON ON THE 3rd OF OCTOBER, PLACE WILL BE DAISY STATE PARK. Only one thing, I haven't asked about the pavilion, it will probably be available since most of the tourist season is over. I will let you know and post the party soon, maybe even today if I get my chores done in time. Chuck IT WILL BE GOOOOOOD TO SEE ALL OF YOU AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

The weather service is telling me that we are going to have a cooler fall than usual so I guess we had better schedule the Camp Out. I have 2 dates that would work and that is The 19th of September and the 3rd of October. If anyone has a calendar with the moon phases please let me know what phase the moon will be in on these two dates. We will want a full or near full moon on the chosen date if possible. SO: Which date should we choose for this event. Let me know by email or post on this thread. The people from Texarkana want the 3rd of Oct, same for others from Little Rock and Oklahoma. Chuck

Camp Out At Daisy State Park, Lake Greeson. ARE YOU READY, LET ME KNOW?? Chuck, Robin and Deshagal are already Committed and will be setting a date soon. People have ask me when the next Camp Out is going to take place. I am currently tied up for the next two weekends. The weather is nice and it gets dark a lot earlier than it did for the first one. Our dance will probably be a lot better because when the dance starts the Karaoke will stop. We will have someone to load the CD player but will mostly have only music with very little MCing. We might even have a nice fire to gather around. I am planning on posting the party planning in the Singles Events for sign up in the next several days. I want to check the long range forecast with the weather bureau. Let me hear from you. This event is a Plenty of Fish Singles and just like the other, will not be open to the general public. Keep that in mind before you sign up. If you have a friend you want to come along with you, have them sign up on Plenty of Fish, after all it is FREE. This event will probably be for a Capacity of 125 because it may be cool and most will want to be inside the pavilion. We had a lot of signees last time and a lot of no shows. We will be asking everyone to confirm their intentions of attending the week before the event. Lets get ready to Camp, Eat, Dance and of course Romance on Beautiful Lake Greeson. Hi Folks: I have been away from my computer since Thursday; As Jd put it, It is nice to see all the ladies that have signed up. A lovely bunch you are also, and what a mixture, just like a lovely flower arrangement. I breathed a great sigh of relief when I saw all the pretty faces. Jd always steps on my toes and Jim likes to spin you out and twirl you around and I really don't like that. It is a great relief to know I won't be subjected to that. THANKS LADIES. Bonnie: We will have roses for all ladies that sign up by Thursday Evening. That is a promise. Hey Jd, Jim, Quiet Man and all you other guys, What did we do to get the ladies down on us. I hand out 5 dozen roses at the last one, try to dance with everyone there and you guys did also, You would think it would get you points and I don't mean Negative ones. I have even tried to bribe the early signees with roses again and just look at the sign up. I have never seen anything like this, if it keeps going like this maybe we can turn it into a stag party or something I havent't been to one of those in a long time. On the other hand, Bonnie would probably have something to say about that. We can just take turns dancing with the ladies that are there and I will take 3 aleve instead of 2 so I can keep going. One last plea to the ladies before I leave in the morning and won't be back on the net until Sunday Afternoon. Ladies take a look at all the good looking guys just sitting ready to dance with you. After that scroll up to the Sign Me Up Button and click on it. That will make all the men happy and earn you a rose at the party. My cut off will be after this week end. Chuck

Hey Guys: Twice as many men as there are ladies. You men had better help me lure some more ladies on here because I can tell you for sure I am not dancing with any of you unless you let me lead, and then only dances where we don't have to dance close together. This is really going to be a good one. I can feel it already. I believe we will surpass the last one and we had 150. Wouldn't it be great if we could get the 200 or better. We can do it if we all work and get our friends to show up. Hey ladies: What is this????? we have 8 men and 3 ladies, and Jd and Jim haven't even signed up yet. This is a sad day in the history of plenty of fish. Are the female species of the Plenty of Fish holding out for something special??? Well if that is the case maybe we will just have to come up with something special. Maybe a nice Red or Yellow rose for the first {number not disclosed} of ladies that sign up. I will make that my project and I will not disclose the Number even to Bonnie our Hostess. Better get on board and even these numbers up a little if you want the men to keep signing up. Never thought I would have to make that plea. For Shame For Shame. Hey Gang a lot of you had inquired as to when the next party would be, Well here it is and Bonnie is planning some new activities for us to enjoy and of course we will still be doing some of the things that we did before. There will be special dances and I am especially excited about the sexy leg contest. I want to be one of the Judges, How about you, Jd and Jim? I believe we can pick an attractive pair of legs, don't you? Lynn might even want in on this. We will probably have more judges than we have contestants. This is going to be fun and maybe ever funner than any of the others. We had 150 at the last one and lets see if we can do even better at this one. Hi folks: This was another Super Duper Real Deal Party and all I talked to had lots of fun. A lot of you gave us complements for a job well done, but you know what, You can't have a great event with out people like you in attendance. You Plenty of Fish People are just the Greatest. We, as the Venue, Host Staff, The Legion Staff and of course the Band can give you all the elements for a great party but YOU are the ones that make it click and boy was sit ever clicking Saturday Night. Golf Sox, I can always count on you for a good one or two. As for myself, I wear only religious sox, you know the holey ones. This is going to be another good one i believe. We Say Welcome to all the new sign ups. There were 17 signed up awhile ago and I come back now and have 22. Brake down is 10 men and 20 women. I hope we can keep it that close right up to party. Lets revive the Romance once more and say sweet things to each other and by party time we will blow the roof off that Ball Room. Jan and I talked earlier and the Meal will be Catfish, Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, Tater Salad and Hush Puppies, The drink will be included which will be Iced Tea, Sweet or Unsweet or Water and for only $ 8.00 tax and all. Do the math folks. $5.00 for the cover charge, $8.00 for the meal if you eat at the Legion, That comes to $13.00 for a meal and a nights entertainment and all for $13.00, and with a live band. WHAT A DEAL. MEN GET READY FOR THE CINDER-FELLER DANCE IT IS GOING TO BE A HUMM-DINGER AND THAT IS FOR SURE. BE SURE AND WASH YOUR FEET AND WEAR SOX WITH NO HOLES IN THEM. JUST A HINT. You see I have to have 20 to do a Mass Mail. You already know, THE MORE THAT SIGNS UP THE MORE THAT SIGN UP. I know what the deal is, I have spoiled you, you are waiting for me to make an offer. It is plumb shameful when a host or hostess has to entice you with gifts to get you to come to a great nite of fun and excitement when the whole evening, INCLUDING a meal, live band, and a couple of drinks costs you less than a meal at some 2nd rate diner. Well, there will be something special for the early female signers but I AIN'T GONNA TELL YOU NOW. BE A LATE SIGNEE AND BE SORRY FOR I AIN'T GONNA TELL YOU WHEN THE CUT OFF DAY IS EITHTER. Good Morning Everyone,. Thanks to all of you that has signed up early. I haven't decided what I will do for the early signees but I will do something. Just like all parties the men are lagging behind but what else is new. The last party at the Legion was a huge success according to all that have responded with their approval. That one is history and we have our memories. Now, lets see if we can make this one even better and that does not mean just more numbers but more fun for the ones that are in attendance. How do we do that? We are open for any suggestions you might have. Let us know if you have an idea that would involve all there and not take too long to set up. As always a Live Band trumps a DJ ten to one and with the Warren Crow band it is about 20 to one. This Band is the very best for a plenty of fish party. Not too loud and not too soft but just right. Hey Gang: We had another very successful event, Jan told me we had 50 that enjoyed the meal and 117 happy POFers that signed in. WOW, I am humbled and proud of all of you and it seemed that everyone had a great time. The romance was flowing like cheap wine on BEAL ST, In Memphis. Seems like everyone was dishing it out. My lips may need recapping." Not really laughing either" I would like to give my sincere thanks to my Co Hosts, Sexynana6, She was right there all the way and without her it would have been a lot more difficult. Thanks Bonnie. Then there is Robin, Gave me moral support and did a lot of emailing, She always sees good in everything. Thanks Robin. Deshagal, She is a pleasure to be around and always laughs at my silly jokes, She also does anything you ask her to do to better the party. Thanks Linda. Then JuJuBee, Tonya has a child in little league baseball, she didn't do all she wanted to do but did what she had time to do. There are games nearly every night. She did a wonderful job on Greeson and she will be a part of the one we have on Greeson in September as I hope all the others will be also. That Is, if we have one. These ladies are my friends and great co hosts. You All made the party a Success. Thanks and Roses too YOU. Chuck The Legion is absolutely the best venue I know of for a Plenty of Fish Gathering. First of all they want us there and try to make our visit with them the Most Friendly,Enjoyable, Comfortable, Clean and Funnest place to Party. We now have 25 men and 33 ladies. The gap between the genders are closing up. I now have my list printed and there will be a Rose for each lady and a pack of fishing worms for the guys that signed up early. They will be presented to you at the party. Part of my program in Plenty of Fish isn't working now and won't allow me to print out the attendees list, SO Here is the new DEAL. I will try to print the ones that have signed up and the ones that sign up before I leave tomorrow will slip through the crack and get a rose also. I will bring extra plastic worms for the men also. Wouldn't want to leave anyone out. The cover charge is $5.00 and the legion is also serving a baked or fried chicken dinner for $7.00 if you want to dine there. The dinner starts at 6:00 pm and they will continue to serve right up till 8:00 when the band starts. There will be mixing and mingle from 6 to 8 pm and that is a good time to get to know some of the attendees. Come Early and Stay Late. Folks, lets help the Legion out a little if you would please. If you intend on dining at the Legion please let them know so they can prepare for your meal. This is going to be the funnest one of all others. We the planners of YOUR Valelntine party are busy planning the activities so it will be a very memorable experience, as the Bar B Que on Lake Greeson was. I was looking at the pictures of that event today and laughing. What fun we had and we are planning on making this one just as memorable. We now have 15 men and 18 women and that is just right 3 of you ladies are already designated for me so it is even plus one. I hope I have to buy at least 10 dozen roses. Make me pay for my offer. This Event could get down right serious by Party Time. Lets all work hard to bring in every single we can, both male and female, sounds like Noah's Ark, doesn't it. Lets fill the place to capacity which is 320 if I recall correcly. That has never been done before. You ladies make me take out a loan to buy the roses. Interest rates are low and you are worth it, for sure. Just look at the 15 lovely faces looking back from the picture ledger. Makes my pulse race. Be still my heart. Tater: They have corrupted you. Why did you have to give in. It must have been a time of utter weakness. You are going to have to make better choices for friends. I also love how everyone is making excuses, fact of the matter is you did IT and that is that, You three attacked the butt and left it like dry bones to wither in the Sun, and you influenced Tater. All the trust down the drain. For Shame For Shame. "laugh" OK: Plenty of Fish Family it is time to get serious about the Party at the Legion on the 20th. We had a great time at Greeson, even the best yet. Lets see if we can get all out Plenty of Fish Relatives from South West Ar., North West Texas, West Oklahoma and Arkanssas, Memphis, and North Louisiana to come join us. Lets make this one a Blow Out Success, as they have been in the Past. I will be posting the Accommodations next week along with The Events of the Party and any special things that might be planned. Watch the Profile Header Page. We hope to see everyone that attended Greeson Camp Out and a lot of others there. Lets come to this one where Romance is the word and is not just wanted but expected. Hi Campers: I have hosted several parties but none can compare with this one. I had the most fun I have ever had at one. You People were just great and we had enough food to feed 300 I guess. I was worried that there would not be enough but that was not the case, to say the least, and every thing was just too good. We should have had this for about 3 days and maybe the next one will be. Robin is absolutely the best, hardest working co host I could ever have had and I owe her so much for helping me, for I dearly needed someone to take charge of the dining arrangements and she did. Thank you Robin, from the bottom of my heart. You are just too good. All of you Campers were wonderful and I believe everyone had a great time, at least it appeared so. Everyone pitched in and helped just like a big happy family, as we are, Plenty of Fish Family. There were a lot on newbees there but after you attend one of these functions you are no longer a newbee but are part of our family and have just adopted an extended lot of Brothers and Sisters. You made me proud and humbled by all your complements, I am not going to say it was nothing because I worked long and hard to see that it was good for YOU but this morning as I posted the pictures, I actually had to stop and ponder just how wonderful this Event Really Was. The Next one will be a lot easier because I have learned a lot from this one, and if the Lord is willing there will be a next one. Folks, I am proud of every one of you and am delighted to call you my friends. YOU ARE THE VERY BEST OF THE BEST AND DON'T YOU FORGET IT...... Tater, Not to worry I have your platters and I will protect them and have them at the Plenty of Fish Party at the Legion Club in Little Rock on the 20th for you, I especially want to thank you for all your efforts. There is one thing I will complain about and I am completely disappointed at you, I can understand the other three but You. Jd, Oh Yes, Jim, no doubt, Teapot, Sure, but YOU, I just can't believe it. I leave the party to fetch some needed supplies and while I am gone you four Attack one of the butts, under the guise of taking care of them, Well you all took care of one of them. You took and Ate. That poor butt looked like a rotten Buzzard eaten armadillo that had been on the side of the road for about 3 days, the shoulder blade was laying there as if bleached by the Sun. For Shame For Shame. The other Three, for sure, But YOU, No WAY, I am thoroughly disappointed. I will post n armed guard next time I may even go over my sign up list a little more diligently also, I do have the power to delete. Thank, EVERYONE FOR THE MEMORIES:::: YOUR HOSTS

Hi Campers, I don't know about you but I had a great time. I wish to thank all of you for attending but I especially want to thank my Crew. Robing worked tirelessly to make this event a great success. Ju Ju Bee worked all she could while taking care of her boys and little league ball. I just can't thank these 2 wonderful ladies enough for supporting me and the party. Lil Cowboy always made me laugh when I called him or he called me and I needed that. Thanks. Much thanks goes to Jack for bringing all his karaoke equipment all the way from Bryant to provide us with great music and karaoke. Thanks to all of you for all your praise and complements and these above listed things makes it all worthwhile. Plenty of Fish people are Just the Greatest. Thanks Guys for the Wonderful Da;y of Friendship and partying. Chuck I will post more Pictures Tomorrow You can start thinking about another, probably in the early fall, because there will be another for sure.

Tater: You are just wonderful. There is nothing less than that to describe you and I can't wait to see you again. Welcome to all you new people. I really got confused here on the last day. The thread has been bouncing up and down like a yoyo I could go back and try and figure who dropped off and who has signed up but I do know there have been several ladies dropped and most to the late signups are men so that brings the men to ladies ratio closer and I'll bet that makes the ladies happy. I hate to loose either one, to tell the truth. I am planning on being at the Pavilion at 8:30 to 9:00 in the morning to plan and lay out for the meal and fun things. I want as many as can to show up the help me. My wife always took care of the Dining Room Seating and I always smoked the Turkey, ham or what ever. I am turning that job over to you ladies. We must decide what events we are going to do and how to get them done. I am bringing a bottle of wine and some smoked meat and let you'll figure it out. This is not a One Man Show. Maybe one Man and about 10 ladies. lol I have my baked beans cureing in the frig till baking time. The butts are done to falling apart and cooled down. My butt is dragging my tracks. I am going to take a shower and drink a small glass of red wine and rest for awhile and turn in so I can be rested and be my sweet smiling self tomorrow. I am looking forward to meeting each of you tomorrow. Good Night and God Bless each of you and keep you safe on your journey here and going home. Chuck

Good Morning Campers: The Butts are all done and my butt is dragging. Today is gathering day for the Big Blow out Camp out or better known as Hazy, Lazy, Crazy, Daisy Days. This is going to be fun. You can count on it. That old moon sure looked good this morning about 12:30 and the night was cool and crisp. The Weather Man is certainly Cooperating for our Big Event. I would like to welcome Robert Pearson from North Little Rock, We are glad to have you Robert . I believe you will enjoy yourself. Come On Down. I have lots to do today so I will be in and out. I will be at the pavilion in the early evening if the Superintendent will allow us to start a little early. We will use that time to meet and greet the ones that have arrived and plan our attack on Tomorrow. I plan on being at he Pavilion around 8:00 or 8:30 no Saturday Morn. Hey Wild honey girl.~~~ Denise, Thanks for the nice post and the kudos, but if everyone has a good time and leaves saying when will we have another, and I can't wait it will all be worth it. Remember the Yell Chearleaders : You all might have to get off to yourselves and practice a little to get in sync. Once Again.
