Do whatever makes you happy OP if leaving is the answer then leave if working on the relationship and establishing firm boundries is it then do that YOU are the one whom knows your situation better then all and if it's salvagable at all... Most of these single lonely women here will tell you to pack up and run at the first sign no second chances quit quit quit give up on him no explanations they demand perfection 1 red flag and your gone and will be bouncing from one relationship to the next for life and are on here for a reason but you married this guy left and came back you 2 obviously love each other there is something there but there is problems that need to be delt with firmly maybe counciling is the answer an outside influence. There's 4 kids involved so I say the extra effort is worth it but by that in no way shape or form does he have a right to abuse you physically or emotionally. Be firm have STRONG BOUNDRIES tell him you will absolutely not put up with his BS if you need space then that's what you should have boundries and what you need are also important. Be firm stand your ground don't take crap but on the other side of the coin if he's working and paying the bills for you and 4 kids there might be alot of stress on his part and you might have to look through his eyes to find out why he's acting up did he have a hard day at work and is now taking it out on you. We generally takes things out on the ones closest to us but that by no means justifies abuse and maybe you could help him find a way to deal or channel his frustrations on something other then you. Do not become his punching bag buy him one and tell him if he needs to take out his stress's of life to go beat up on that. Told me that no guy would want me, seeing as how there's 4 kids in the picture, or if any did, all they would want is a piece of a$$ He's mostly right saddly there is alot of truth to that most guys in that situation would only want a piece of ass takes a very very special rare guy to want to be in that situation long term if they are not his own kids they are out there but far and few between and the competition for those guys is fierce with all the single mommies out there. He sounds like he loves you but communication is a 2 way street be firm stand your ground and be supportive of your man you have 4 kids together...
