I buy my raw foods from http://www.sunfood.com/b2c/ecom/ecomEnduser/default/home.aspx All non iratiated living products. I'm not sure if they carry raw almonds. I do believe that organic pastures carries them. Do a scroogle search. beckylee & all, Join in, dont give in. Let fear be your motivation for taking action & never your weakness. It's called being an activist. Organize & spread the awareness any way you can. Email your congressmen on every issue that matters. Your one email accounts for 13,000 people who were too lazy to email. The point is that your email counts in a very big way. Ask the raw milk people about what an email frenzy to your congressman can accomplish. The raw milk companies just won back the right in California to sell there nutrient rich, pestacide free milk. The success of any cause is determined by the few people who saw the value of the cause & did everything & anything to promote it's popularity. These people are known as maven's & connectors. They plant the seeds that will eventually cause great success or great failure. It's called the tipping point. I just read that we should be stockpiling food. Why? There is no food shortage. Go to your local farmer's market & ask a farmer if there crop production was less this year. Personally, I am more concerned about people panicking as the prices & fear tactics escalate. I will never succomb to a fear tactic that will eventually be used to trap us. Would you choose canned food over what little freedom's you still have? Our government is betting that you will be make that choice in the near future unless we stratigize our cause collectively. This is the Wizard of Oz playing scenario being played out in our time. The secret government is the big scary voice behind the scene's & we are the searcher's of the real truths before it's too late. This is just one more piece to the elitist's agenda. Scare tactics work on the weak minded person. Dont be a weak minded person. This should answer your question. A guy I recently met casually mentioned that he & his family were longtime mason's. I asked him how high up they were. He told me that they were high enough up that his kids were allowed to skip all immunization shots. Why I asked? What he told me next shocked me. He was actually helped by the upper member's to avoid immunization so that the mason bloodline would stay pure & strong. I had a girlfriend who had epilepsy. She would have seizures & I would be there for her. People would stare & think she was dying. It was difficult but I didn't care. She made me happy. She ended up moving back home & we lost touch. My best friend is happily married to a woman with epilepsy. She is on medication to prevent seizures. I think your question has been anwered... J

To Ugman: I'm 5-8 & I've never had height become an issue. In fact, a few of my girlfriends have been taller. How am I able to succeed? I carry myself confidently & I don't worry about what a few select women had to say about height requirements. Let your best qualities shine through & I guarantee your height will never be an issue again. Focus your energy in a positive manner. You create your own walls.

You my friend are insecure & it shows just by the words you wrote. Women will indeed back me up on this. That's where I was a few years back. I was more than happy to pass the blame for me being miserable onto women. Exploring other options wont change anything until you change yourself first. There is a reason you didn't meet anyone & it's not because women prefer pretty boys or are shallow. You probably already know what that answer really is. Women are not attracted to haters. The women I know would take a confident guy over a gorgeous pretty boy with nothing to offer any day. If you see yourself as an average guy, you will always be one. You control who you envision yourself to be. You become who you think you are!!! I'm sure your a great guy but you have to get rid of the anamosity built up towards others. Stay on the site & remind yourself that giving up is never the answer or an option. It's just a learning experience we all go through & a temporary setback. Your not average at all but you must first believe it yourself before others will. Try to find comfort in expanding your inner self while learning new approaches. Forget this pity post & start working towards learning your inner game & improving yourself... Learn from the masters: David DeAngelo, Mystery, Gambler, Derek Vitalio, Etc. (look them up on google) In history, people that are open minded, confident & passionately focused always get what they want...Period!! Dont give up!!! I want to hear your future success story. They will be chasing you soon enough.

When I was 22 I had a chance to date someone who was pretty famous at the time & she just happened to be good friends with my best friend. The only kicker was that my best friend was in love with her. She told me that she liked me & that we should go out. I held back some serious temptation & decided not to date her. My best friend had already done so much for me & I would never want to hurt him. We are still the best of friends to this day & I am happy for the decision I made. I guess my way of thinking is considered old fashioned but I have felt the pain & decided a long time ago to never duplicate any of the things that people have done to me. I always seem to come away from a situation bigger & better. Consider this a test to your moral & belief system & then handle it accordingly in a way that brings you the best answer to your question: What is a best friend? After you have pondered & solidified the best answer to heal your soul, take appropriate action & move forward. Bless the real friends who are always loyal in every way, J

I somewhat agree with lolnothnx. If you eat enough organic vegetables you should be fine but you really need more. Use a vitamix blender to make smoothies. This will assure that you are getting the most vitamins & minerals out of your foods. Pulp is power. I grow my own organic veggies in my house. Stay away from supplements that have magnesium stearate, steric acid & sodium benzoite in them. They are government approved poisons used to preserve the pills. I get supplements that are still living in liquid & in powder form. Living organisms provide the best digestive & defensive care. Most supplements are dead & have been on the store shelf for a long time. Do you really want that in your body?
