Hey variola - i couldnt have written your reaction better myself !
That bit was just a satirical comment for fun, to lighten things up a bit.
I mean they dont even bother giving birth now - they either have a cesaeran or load up on drugs after 8 months
-
The first thing I ask on a date now, is do you come with a free pair of ear plugs! So i can just silenty nod and smile

I think the part you are reffering to Hula is discrimination against married persons in employment field, whuich is a very specific and short paragraph.
When you read through the whole thing you see how it is worded , and it is plain by the number of times woman is mentioned ( every other word) what the purpose of it is for.
Its not just about employment either, as I said thats just a small part of it.
I think it needs modernising , as the world has moved on a lot since then.
Either eqaulity in all areas of society is important and needs protecting by law or it doesnt. Ive heard so many women moan on about womens rights for years that ive just started to notice more and more things that they have that they keep quiet about while still moaning about how tough it is.
I mean they dont even bother giving birth now - they either have a cesaeran or load up on drugs after 8 months
That means they lose their right too bleat on about how tought it is to be a woman.
After all -its men that have to listen to their moaning!

new sex discrimination act needed?
Posted:

Do men now need their own sex discrimination act to protect their rights under law ? Certain things such as entrance fees, membership fees ( girls date for free etc )where men have been asked to pay and women have the same product/service for free have caused a lot of annoyance also the advertising standards...
I just found out the sex discrimination act only applys to women ! The sex discrimination act is really an act to protect women ( which is fair enough ) but should be named that.
This is just a bit form it - it basically protects women which is great...but......
SexDiscrimination Act 1975
'DISCRIMINATION IN THE EMPLOYMENT FIELD
Discrimination by employers
6.-(1) It is unlawful for a person, in relation to employ- Discrimina.
ment by him at an establishment in Great Britain, to discriminate tion against
against a woman-'
what do guys use when they go to court ? I think we need a real sex discrimination act - one that doesnt discriminate.

That website sounds a brilliant idea badge.
I know that you can get funding for open university courses and local college corses through disablity or benefits. I got loads of courses payed for when i coulndt work, everything from neurolgy to social sciences
Make sure you get it payed for though - as I payed for a lot of my own courses to start with- and all you get is a couple of books and a cd rom...and its hard when you get stuck on something simple, that would only take 10 seconds for a teacher to awnser. You need to be able to email or call them as well or its too hard.

Dont worry- It wont be long before thought crime is passed through as law under our noses without us noticing.

First date - just like an interview
Posted:
7/4/2009 1:00:39 AM
OP - First dates can end up like interviews - If one person has an agenda or is nervous.
Ive had a few where Ive had very direct and specific questions asked thant made me feel very defensive , and yes it was worse than an interview.
Ive just been asked - 'what have you achieved over the last 20 years?' by someone by email this is the sort of thing I hate on a date, as I feel like I have to justify who I am, while they take notes and look pretty.
Thats when massive dissapointment sets in.....and I start looking around at the waitress

Wimbledon 2009...Will you be supporting Andy Murray?
Posted:

Whats the point in all this arguing? I Love sport, and sometimes support people from other nations ( not over England) , when they show great charisma or character, and are likeable as people Murray gives no reason at all to like anything he says or does.
So i dont want him to win - not because hes Scottish, but because I dont like him.
Come on - every one else !

I also have a hat ! handmade cowboy type hat made in the philipines, but its very attention getting,so I tend not to wear it outside anymore ,it was mailny worn at festivals etc.

Basically, Ive seen a lot of guys this summer with these surfer type braclets on, so would any women go out with man who wore a braclet or wristband?
Do you only notice if they are eye catching, or do you not like them?
Is it a summer thing?
What about necklaces, ( im not talking about gold bling here) Is it a summer thing, or can some guys wear them, and not others?
I have been bought a wrist band, and am wearing it, and it feels really good, but I would never have bought one or wore one before.
I think it might be a phase im going through

Have you ever dated anyone you found physically unattractive only to fall in love with them later?
Posted:
6/26/2009 3:25:49 AM
First - you have to ask why are you dating someone you are not attracted too?
Second-there is a natural procees of becoming similar too and growing fond of someone who we spend a lot of time with, ( unless we just dont get on).
So as you share memories and big moments in your lives, and secrets etc you grow close,so you can feel that you love someone, then it doesnt really matter what they look like at all.
I would say you can, as much as if you saw the prettiest girl you had ever seen, and felt instant attraction. That can very quickly fade when they turn out to be dumb as a horse.
The only trouble is - that people can get on your nerves and change for the worse even when they arent that good looking, so then youre really stuck!
Thats when you have to move on I guess

Dont pay any money at all to anyonefor modelling or escorts.
Its just a business model/plan, to develop a book of models who each pay an amount eg £350 to go on the books for work, some are suitable but 95% dont get pushed or promoted so dont get work.
I know a girl who payed to have a set of photos done and was promised work with an agencyalmost promised a whole career ,but it didnt work out.
Its your money, but they make a lot of money on the backs of young peoples dreams. I would like to speak to some guys with the agency who were making that money first.
But its a great idea for a job,do it as an independent if you can

I just got my 5000 points and bought the serious member after 25 years !
So ive got a great profile background-but the text just says 'get lost !' basically
I may yet change it.
Anyway...If you want to message someone from the forum, go for it. Your more likely to get a response, but it may be a friendly type one instead of a dating type one. I know thats how ide be if you message me
Yeah and all those people who meet some great girl on the forum and cant shutup about it,they are just complete morons, they only have themselves to blame when she finally gives up !
I agree its best not to mention peoples names,as this tends to affect the start of the relationship, and it also annoys everyone else( allthough thats normally quite fun)
are people still aloud to act crazy.......................................................

I just watched his first round match against Kendrick,The American, and found myself cheering for Kendrick !
I dont usually side with the US !
Moany Murray was moaning away about the machine, and frowning, Ive never seen him smile !
I tend to go for the underdog if there is no English guy,now Nadal is out, Murray has a good chance,he wouldnt have beaten him on grass though,no matter what the scots say.
Federer could still do it. I allways liked the Swiss.
I want to see who wins the womens grunting , what they need is some parcel tape

Tattoos and where and why you have them there..
Posted:
6/23/2009 6:15:04 AM
okay- My Tatoo cost £5
I was about 19 and not going through a good time,I was spending most of my time in hospital, unemployed, and my step dad had died, and was leaving home, so not so good!
I started listening to Elvis as his music was being played a lot, as he had died a few years befor that, and realluy got into his live concerts. Listening to him singing kept me going, and so when I pulled through and got a job and left home, I went to a tatoo place, and asked for a tatoo of Elvis, they didnt have any!
So he offered me this great eagle one,but i was focused, i was only there to get a reminder for the help I had,so he just drew it there and then, on the inside of my right arm
People do judge you on having a tattoo, at first glance, but to me , its worth it to have Elvis on my arm, thats more important.
Ive heard someone diss Elis, Then taken my shirt off completly
shown him the tatt and my scars on my arm, and they walked

it depends-it can smell disgusting on a girl, or it can be a real turn on.
I had a girlfriend ( yes its true!)
who never used deodorant, she was a free radical or something, into saving the rubbish and stuff
Basically her arms stank! She said they didnt, but I loved it, she washed all the time, but it was a real turn on, i didnt know why, but I was allways licking her back and stomach to be near her , she said i was weird , but it was all her fault ! mmm
But i dont like anyone elses sweat..not yet.

Attractiveness - Of course it matters...
Posted:
6/22/2009 11:35:13 AM
It matters - its inbuilt into our genes to search for the best mate.
But looking good doesnt mean your a **** or a moron.
Some not very good looking girls and guys, have a real chip on their shoulder, and are real nasty people, maybe they would have been anyway! Looks contribute to your personality, but there are too many other factors that go into making up somebodys personality to say that they are an idiot because they are good looking.
If your unhappy with how you look, then you dont come accross well, if your confident with how you look, then people like you, and may think you are over confident or smug, maybe because they are ugly gits!
It proves you should never judge someone until you know their story, or have walked in their shoes.

I dont believe a word of it..that a former top formula 1 world champion would spend all that time teaching 3rd rate celebs to drive around a track in an lod saloon car? No way, its just not what he would do with his life.
Its about PR and using their names and brands to sell the programme, prob my driving instructor is the stig, he had was pretty good

So how do you approach someone you like?
Posted:
6/21/2009 3:46:25 PM
Well Im never messaging someone on here again. As Im not wasting my time.
But when i did, I didnt look at who viewed me and message them.
That could be people who viewed me, didnt like me, and thats why they didnt message me.
It could just be people bored and browsing, its not really flirting is it !
If a girl looks at me, then I smile, and if she smiles back, then I can say hi, then you see if shes friendly or shy or whatever, and I decide whether shes going to be easy to talk to, hard work, high maintence etc, if shes not, then i just keep talking and looking into her eyes.

Posted:
6/21/2009 3:17:05 PM
IM SWEET - no im not complimenting myself ( allthough i might as well as not getting any messages - hey get one in early
) no that link
http://pofsucks1.wordpress.com/ was spot on.
Ive stopped using this as a dating site- it just doesnt work. Its not a level playing field.
Dont ask a womans opinion on here( no offence) as they are not in a postion to know, about responses to messages or the disparity between males and females, and dont listen to the guys pretending they are popular just to hopefully still cling on to the hope of pleasing some half attractive female into responding! WAKE UP!
Its great that when you do talk to women in real life after this experience...they are actually really responsive, and you get feedback, smiles, jokes and can make friends if its someone you see every day.
This site is dead in the water for guys. Dont pretend its working for you, its just a lazy way to 'solve the no girlfriend problem' .
Except you are actually doing more harm than good, as your confidence doesnt get the boost it does from the constant exchanges you get with normal social interaction. The constant rejection is enough to erode any normal human beings spirit.
Signing out, never to message again, but maybe to post, andy

On here just be honest- send a message saying what you think.
I dont send messages anymore, because ive met someone and am seeing how that goes .But I had stopped sending messages anyway, as their is little or no feedback, unlike real life.
Even when someone does reply, and seem interested, the messages stop, its a total waste of effort. If your a girl on here, and can just awnser the odd message that looks intersting, its probably worth doing, otherwise its not.

Gentlemen prefer Miss Average?
Posted:
6/14/2009 12:55:12 PM
Theres no such thing as a miss average, everyone ive been out with has been a differnt shape, and they have also changed that shape on a regular basis !
Most men prefer women somewhere between slim and more voluptous, as long as its voluptous in the right places, and hasnt got lost
The body frame comes into play as well, and the body langauge ( not talking about rude noises here)
I dont like big women, thats my personal opinion, I dont like thin ones either, I like slim women with a slim waist, and flesh in all the womanly places...
(Im not just saying that because it describes who Im going out with ! )
Oh and im no gentlemen, plenty of people will testify to that!

could you cope if you won the lottery jackpot?
Posted:

I agree there are tax advantages for big companies and the super rich to donate to charities.
I dont know of anyone who one the lottery whos given it too charity, but if I one I would be very selective indeed about who i gave it too, as charitys are like everyone else, full of imcompetence, bad admin, money sitting in the bank doing nothing, massive expense accounts.
I would prob start my own one or work closely with the people I mentioned before, as they are experts, and can target the money effectivley and not wastes it.
I would want my time free as well like you say, so I could be more invloved.
Well ive bought tickets to win a car from their site, but i dont actually do the lottery !
As its just a lottery!
Hopefully if anyone wins they will donate a few quid to ERF.

malc I agree Its very noble to be discreet when giving to well know larger charitys.
But with under funded small low profile charitys that do specialist research and need their profiles raised, publicity is just as important as cash.
Its not bragging, its raising awareness and hopefully getting the funding up to the levels of the US.
They spend 30 times per person in America on epilepsy research than we do in the uk, hardly anything is still known, so its not something I like to keep anomynous.

I would definatly cope. I wouldnt of done 15 years ago, I would of prob lost most of it.
There are things that I believe in that the money would go toward, research into Epilepsy and all aspects of the problems associated with it, such as unemployment, homelessness, education, isolation they all need more research.
So I wouldnt waste a single penny, well I would set aside some for myself as I think i deserve it
Ive put the ERF ( Epilepsy research ) in my will and then Im trying to make as much as possible before i die ! That is my plan.

Rainbow - that list is me in about 5 years the way things are going...also someone else ..baseball caps?I love my baseball caps in the summer to keep the sun out my eyes ,maybe I should get a bowler hat !
Nothing can put me off once i find someone i like, I tend to ignore things like nagging, being a bit awkward, fussy, reading while im talking to her, interupting me all the time, jumping to conclusions and rushing everything.
I dont care about any of this kind of thing. Its all part of the deal.
And the moody tantrums and outbursts, she wouldnt be the same without them.

Best gig/concert you've ever been to
Posted:

Been to hundreds, like many on here.
Been to Reading festival many times, 1987 I think I saw Nirvana , memory for years isnt great, 1996 was a great year as I went with my girlfriend and it rained cant rember who was there except billy bragg, and then I played my electric guitar all weekend !
Best Concert performance by far was queen ( seen them a few times ) at Knebworth on the magic tour, it was perfect, and the crowd seemed to go on forever accross the park
Real magic.
My guitar here Jimmy page ( im jelous of kary? who saw Led Zep, 1975, Earls Court.) I saw him at Hammersmith odeon in 1986 i think, I got locked outside in the street halfway through, as i was a bit out of it, and I went to the toilet, and went down the stairs, and out the emergency exit onto the street! Then th edoor shut behind me, leaving my friends sitting inside watching Jimmy!
The security gaurd luckily let me back in!
Oh yeah, oasis were good, i cant remeber wher ei saw them it must of been reading, ill havee to check th eline ups, i saw bad news there too , with Rick mayall, Adrian edmonson etc, and they were booed , but we all loved them really, then meat loaf was bottled as he said , 'none of you $$$$$$ better boottle me! so everyone threw everything at him! But he did play and he was ecellent too, lots of 'energy'
Manics were to screamy and preachy, and it was cold millenium stadium.

what-a-knob-head
The only thing ive had that has come close to that, was the very first person i met from here, years ago, it may even have been another site. She didnt have a photo, but she decsribed herself ! WOOPS ! I kept asking for a pic and she said she would send it on her mobile, this went on all the way up to the day, on the train to London, and I never got one.
I was excited about meeting her, and about having someone who loved art, and wanted to go around the national art gallery
she descibed herself as blonde, slim, and then it varied each time !
But the only thing that stayed the same was pink shoes. So i waited on the steps of the NAG and looked for pink shoes, i saw some really stunning foriegn girls ( she was a foriegn student) and asked a few if it was her, no sorry !
anyway, eventually she turned up, and BANG it was like a gunshot, im not mean or cruel, but i can still feel the shock!
She said my name, and smiled, and her shoes were pink, there was nowhere to run! She was very very large, the worst acne i have ever seen, and there was nothing good except she was smiling, i just was really embarrased.
But i still payed for her to go and see a salvador Dali exhibition that was on, but I kept ahead of her , I wanted to see th exhibts while i was there. She didnt pay for anything,I dont regret going though, and I dont blame her, as dating is tough, and you have to give yourself a chance, and i may have taken toher, you just never know, and I think that was her plan.

it depends if you are in a relationship with them, you should be able to call up someone you know and say'hey ive got a great idea, lets go out tonight!'
If they get suspicious, or dont like it because they think there is an ulterior motif then maybe you are with the wrong person.
Thats what I have found, I dont like it when people read things in to something I do, because they have some hang up, thats what ruins relationships.
Sometimes things get cancelled like work, family stuff, or the sun comes out, or you just feel good etc, if they dont trust you then that is another topic....

Moral Dilemma

If you want to write, just write, wherever you are, and see what come out.
Thats what I did, and I ended up writing 60 000 words, all fiction. I wrote all dayabout 1 - 1500 words each day, then re wrote the whole thing. Then I edited it a few months later as it just seemed full of descriptive paragraphs, so i deleted all that.
The story was fiction, but with your first book or story, it seems that its almost impossible not to be at least semi-auto bio.
It was very cathartic, and enlightening - funny enough none of my family wanted to read past the first short paragraph, the subjects were a bit to familiar, all I got was 'strange' and ' why are they saying that?' .
Ive carried on writing short stories, and parts of your own character and people around you, and things that happen that week all creep in.

who are these 'good men' Ive never met one ! or seen one!
? Anyone that good could never be intersting enough to stay alive
let alone go out with
Im a good guy-please date me-
good guys are dead-feminsim killed them-the only thing left is an empty shell hanging on their mothers apron stringsto fullfill the wife and kids game that their friends have been suckered into.
Independent thought and character are what you should be asking about, if you have the guts. Not wooses and kiss asses.

Not All BJ's Are Good

widowsdesire most of these women were in relationships,so I would be looking to advance things to th ehighest level of satisfaction and closeness , but not everyone wants that. Most people just seem satisfied to have a quick go, and then thats it, they dont want to get better, or try new things and feel stupid or awkward.
I find those people are like that in all areas of there lifes, so at least i know what to look out for! Live and learn.
Of course...there are as we know allways excptions.
Oh up until now, i give at least as good as i get , so maybe i expect the same

Some women you try to give guidance to,(and not look like your saying their not allready doing a great job) but they just cant change the way they do it, and they have convinced themselves that it must actually feel good!
Ive had many techniques tried on me, ( and im grateful
) but lots of them flaws or areas needing improvemnet...for instance
one girl just wanted to use her mouth, and when i suggested also using her hand, she wouldnt
another too clumsy basically, and rough, with the fingers, this has been a few actually, and it distracts from the pleasure, but ive said try this, and they have, but then go back to what they normally do.
and then not doing it for long enough to build any plesure or tension - waste of time.
others good allround, but dont finish the job off ! leave you hanging with lots of tension, and say wasnt that good enough?
Then there is the one special one who is just about perfect - she is like an angel who appears then dissapears, and you constantly try and capture her back-
others dont do that kind of thing - they really suck !

Just to clarify my post - Im smiling and feeling good about the world because the monkeys have gone. There is no pleasure or smiling with monkeys near by.
Lots of smiling once I see them being driven away, and I can check none have been left behind.
ahh heaven

You lose major points early on if caught checking out body bits
Its all part of the tarp, or game, to get you to look, and see if thats all you are interested in...guys, dont fall for it.
I go for the eye contact as well, sometimes i lose it
and get caught out, like if she turns around and wham turns back real quick ! big points deduction. She gets the advantage, you have to be all sincere and shit for a while.
If she cant win you with her body, she knows you must like her for who she is, then that makes it easier later. You dont get mid term problems - such as
' do you really lke me?'
'what do you like about me'
'why do you like me'
Dont look at those titties !

When all the annoying monkeys next door have gone home to their parents after their school term visit to stay with my neighbours.
It makes me feel all warm inside and I want to do great deeds for mankind

response to the anti- cyclist
narrow minded people ( some car drivers ) who dont give consideration to different peoples lifes - like the fact some people cannot drive and have no public transport on the routes they use, so they have to cycle most places and walk. So they have to use the roads, and cannot simply , 'get off them'. Fly to work maybe ?
In most rural areas there are few cycle routes, many pot holes, and cycling is difficult, car drivers often pull out in front and then brake, or stop right up against the kerb in traffic so you cannot move or just force you off the road.
Its some car drivers attitude rather than the actual driving that is annoying. Everyone has a right to travel around the country, not just car drivers. Provions for better safer cycling need to be provided then more people will cycle, as they are doing, and there will be less of a bad attitude toward them. I pay tax as well, as I can drive, as do many other cyclists on the road, I believe its council tax that pays to repair the roads, pot holes etc .
