Neighbours have loud sex...What do I do?

Hello, I really need some advice on this one! I moved into a new apartment last month and my neighbours countinuously wake me up at like 4:00am having LOUD sex. I mean I can hear EVERYTHING. I'm really not impressed and quite often end up kciking the wall to make some of my own noise to get them to shut the hell up. I mean, I need sleep so I can be alert and focused at my own job. I'm up right now at 4:15, because they're at it again. I'm VERY tempted to just write them a letter and put it under their door, but then I woner if I should let the landlord know. What do I do people? Please, help me save my sanity!! Thanks!!!

I think I'm offended because I want to be recognized for more that just appearance. That and the context in which it was used...To make a long story short...I'm trying to organize a get together and some guy posted something along the lines of "let's make sure there is some eye-candy that shows up so it isn't a ausage fest." I find it offensive!

You know what, let's see about "eye candy" check out the thread under "off topic" forums. Maybe I'm wrong and it's no bug deal, but now I'm interested to know what other people think!

Is being referred to as "eye candy" something to feel offended by? Because I am offended.

^^I'm easily offended? dude you're the one who's saying that you're not going to come. leaving like 4 messages that all pretty much say the exact same thing over and over...and guess what? I observe peoples "behaviour" all day long at my job and your "behaviour" of making all this in to such a huge deal and announcing so "loudly" that you will not be coming to this event, is your way of seeking attention. You're looking for all these women to come to your defense and try and convince you to come...Please, do us all a favour and go do your "attention seeking" crap elsewhere, we're just trying to get together here man.
And ya, I'd love to hear any self respecting womans' opinion on being referred to as "eye candy" That's cool with me and I invite anyone with comments on the topic to make them(I'm always up for a good debate!!!)

"by the way its a good idea to have some fine female eye candy to talk to so it wont be a god d*mn sausage fest.....
hope there is some interest"
I'm pretty sure by posting that comment that you have just ruined your chances with any self respecting woman you could have had the potential to meet at this event. I most certainly am offended by being referred to as "eye candy" and wish you the best of luck in what will probably be a LONG search for "the one."
* Sorry but I won't be showing up if that's going to be the "mentality" of most at this event! I don't mean to be a "you know what", but I mean I don't want to be some guys "eye candy" for the evening!

OK SO PEOPLE, IT'S SATURDAY MARCH 12th AT JOE DOGS. What time? if we do the dinner think prior, it should be a bit early....I have no clue what time though.....help me out on this one (I'm sure that will be no problem since we seem to have a group with no lack of opinions!)
*And if you can't/won't come then, organize your own event.

OK, so now that so many people have responded that this "get together" would be a good idea, when's it gonna be? Somebody's gotta step up and actually put the idea into actions. I don't mean to take over hear by any means, but let me provide everyone with my 2 cents:
So people are saying Burlington is the best spot? Ok let's see, In Burly we have Emma's (which could be a cool, laid back atmosphere to meet people in) there's Philthy's (can be a bit crowded and a bit of a "meat market") there's Splash (well, if it's there I won't go, I'm not into having guys grab my ass as I walk by...I wasn't impressed!) There's Joe Dog's (meah that could be ok...)
My suggestion is that we set like a saturday night to meet at Emma's we should make a dinner reservation under like the name FRED or something stupid like that
for like 20 and then we have the seats, can get some food and drinks and then wait for the crowds to arrive to "party it up" This way we can bring friends, mingle with eachother and people at the bar, Emma's kinda caters to both the younger, older and inbetweenie age groups.
Feedback would be good on the location
As for the date...ok....if we look at March, there are 4 Saturdays the 5th, the 12th, the 19th and the 26th. I can't really do it the 5th....I'm gonna suggest we do it on the 12th.
Ok there's my 2 cents, March 12th at Emma's.
Lemme know what you all think!
(I'm really sorry if I've steped on people toes by being so bold and suggesting all this stuff!)
