Dear Naneo dont rely on others to make you feel good and if people keep going on about your weight and that is all they are not worth bovering about because you are worth so much more than that and inner beauty is what matter the most and I am sure you have a lovely face and hair. look at your good points yourself and just concentrate on eating healthy and exercise and dont put not junk in that precious body of yours. You are special and wonderfully made the bible says so but you must take care because your health is very important and you dont want to become ill sll o concentrate on this and the benefits of losing weight and get information about food. knowledge is power. Tell yourself you can do it and ignore negative people,s opinions and give yourself praise in your daily life often for the good you do and being a great mother.

Addictive realationship, maybe a bad realationship with someone in the past who has sent negative messages about you. it is necassary for you to change your beliefs about yourself if this has happened. Get a better opinion about yourself dont put yourself down. Confidant people have good opinions about themself and dont believe take on board the negative things other people say. Belief in God reading the bible is good, because it alters the beliefs you have been brought up with, when you see yourself as God sees you, you grow to relise how beautiful and precious you really are and no one can take that away.

I think some addictions are generational if you have parents who smoke and drink that can influence a person unless of course they make a decision young not to do it. Its the same with eating habits, some people are brought up on bad diets and have ill health because of it. More knowledge is required. Half the kids these days are overweight cos of the crap they eat, advertising dosent help its all a big manipulative con by many people who do not give a damm about people,s health. Advertising in smoking gives an image that is false. Addictons are not good. Their is addicton to shopping and overworking some people will work 20 hours have little time for families and marriages fall apart and then they end up having a heart attack from the stress. They are aiming for success but all they are creating is a mess.
