great to see everyone last night; friends new and old er ah um, the usual hang out buddies of mine! LOL That place was packed ~ Was a great time, I'm all for the more the merrier but I think that works better at the Stratford ~ more places to go and to wander around during the night; more places to sit and less chance to trip over someone or a chair/bar stool ;) All in all, had a blast; band is awesome!

walksoft ~ there are several venues to choose from for Saturday night fun; however sometimes you have to be willing to get out of your box to attend say, your first POF party...you can email me and send me your email address and I can keep you in the loop of things for when my friends and I go out dancing on the weekends or hang out for happy hour during the week, etc.

mashed ~ if you get there early enough, you shouldn't have trouble finding a place to park ~ or you can take the expensive route and call a cab; your car is then safe in your driveway/garage and you have a sober driver to and from the event. I didn't make the wineries today, sure was tempting...too warm to go to the wineries, maybe that was my deal ~ went shopping instead for a new pair of dancin' and work boots. Got 'em ~ came home, hung out, worked on the car a bit; watched tv; fixed my dinner for tomorrow night, yes, I plan ahead!!

Go Northwest to Wentzville and meet up with at the Icehouse for A.L.I. Go Southish to Imperial and meet up with other for some O'Aces and Hillbilly Authority Go anywhere else in between for fun fun fun this weekend. Everyone have a safe weekend!

Kellie, you sound like me ~ I believe I'm turning over my 'social butterfly' wings to you ~ enjoy ~ I have had a definite blast with the STL fishies and the surrounding ones that join up with us from southeast Missouri, southern Illinois, southwest Missouri and of course we cannot forget Arkansas, Indiana and all the many other states they happen to show up from to party with the best group in St. Louis!! I'll be in attendance, I'll have to meet you ~ Karen ~ I enjoyed the tunes that DJ Rich played at the first fishy party over at JP's, seemed like all in attendance then had an awesome time shakin some booty. I'll be there ~ right after work, 6pm or so

Has been moved to the Stratford Inn in Fenton. All information previously posted on the Halloween Thread for Hotshots and all the specials/discounts will be honored at the Stratford. That thread is still up, but the party for that location has been cancelled; you can still view all the information on page 1. Come on out and have a great time, Stratford style!!

I'll be partying it up this weekend, and next Thurs and on the actual Halloween night with my friends from another group but next weekend I'm moving into my new place; and after October, my happy booty needs to stay home and save the $$$ ~ only going out on occasion once I get into the new place!!

Miss Chrissy, it's been awhile!!! Can't wait to see ya ~ I'll have a room no matter what but will appreciate a bunk mate (female, non-smoker please, or at least, smoke outside, in the bar area only ) ~ I believe I'll be reserving my room today, can you all believe the Stratford is one of the #'s I still had in my phone, LOL too funny, everyone else I had to almost retrieve, go figure!! We don't have to count today, do we? 4 more days to party time, no matter where you go to party, be safe and by all means have an awesome time, cause I always do!!

Saturday evening, 4:30pm -? Cardinal Ballgame at Playoff's in O'Fallon, come and join some fellow fishys!! Sunday afternoon 2-6, come and join some fellow fishys for wine and snacks at Crown Valley Winery in Ste. Genevieve, MO; it's a beautiful place and Griffin & The Gargoyles will be playing. Some of us are heading out for a road trip; we're meeting up at Richardson Road off I-55/Commuter Parking Lot. Kelli ~ I was the same way when I first started going to these events, even took off one week and went home (80miles away) to take a break, slow down, only to come back on 2nd night of the weekend to party it up with my newfound friends. It's addicting, but it's fun!!

make that maybe a YES and I'll be calling for tables around noon tomorrow; better yet, if folks know they are going to make it, just go ahead and reserve a table in your name, that makes it way easier than tossing it all on one person! here's a link to House of Rock's website They now have a free Friday night Happy Hour Buffet from 5:30pm-7pm http://www.stlhouseofrock.net/ their # to reserve tables is: 314-842-2550 call before evening, of course to ensure a place to sit! claim tables before 8:30 p.m.

Griffin & The Gargoyles will be at House of Rock this Friday night, Oct 2, playing from 9-1; It's been ages since I've seen these guys, what do you all say? Party it up in south county tomorrow night????????????????? I believe I'll go even if I have to sit there on my own, they're awesome to listen to!!! Holy cow, it sounds like I haven't been out in months, well for dancing, it definitely seems like it! I can't make the gig in Wentzville Saturday night so this is my pre-lude to that Halloween Party. Cover is usually $5 and starts around 7:45 or sooner, get there earlier if you don't want to pay the cover charge. They serve pizza only if you need food when you get there, you may want to chow down elsewhere. Let me know as soon as you can!! Thanks Denise ~ It's almost Friday, let's have some fun!!!
