Registration Problems

all of the things you mentioned were tried and none worked.
maybe you can help them out their user names were

she created a few over and over trying to create an account and used the same email address over and over again. Now something has to be screwy because you can't have more than one account with the same email address which means it is your registration that is the problem It says their email addresses are not in the Data base
