Once a day doesnt make you a sex addict. There is no # to too much masturbating but have you asked yourself why you are doing it once a day; now thats the question. If you are doing it as a way to give yourself pleasure or release stress then you can make yourself feel good all you want and it is healthy mate but if youre doing it to avoid something then you may have some issues. As long as you are living a normal healthy lifestyle with work, family, friends, dating and whatever then youre good to go.

Making love is so many different things to me, but briefly, it's giving me what I want and/or need. Sometimes I want or need to be held and kissed and caressed. Why do you think many men my age and a lot younger enjoy the company of an older, more sensual, sexually experienced woman? Even in my twenties, I was always more comfortable around women 10-20 years older than myself. Don't misunderstand here, I don't date mature women just for hot sex!!! I enjoy speaking on politics, art, current events, music, literature and humanitarian projects. My draw to the older woman has to do with her mind and intelligence. A "know what I want", more settled, wise and intelligent female has my complete attention --- always has been this way for me. I'm not at all typing that younger women are less than. I know some very inspiring young females; however, I'm particular and more prone to be attracted to the older sexy ladies. And I will state again, "Ladies." I've dated a few girls my age and younger, but the only relationships I've been involved in were with a 30 year old when I was 23 that lasted 4 years and a 42 year old when I was 29 that lasted 5 years. These 2 women altered my life for the better and the love making was just an added bonus and what a great experience it was for me. I learned so much from the both of them mentally, emotionally and physically and I don't regret either relationship; never will. The obvious answer to your question is an undisputed absolute YES! I know from personal experience and the ladies in their forties are passionate and hot as hell to me!
