Hope this solves it. I cannot update any pics. All the new ones I try to upload come up with a red "x". Two of my previously uploaded pics vanished and were replaced by a red "x". :(

Expain the phrase My children are my top priority?

I have this written on my profile as well. I cannot speak for others but I personally wrote that to explain my priorities to a potential mate. Not warning the men that they will never be number one in my life but to ward against the type that may want all the attention focused on themselves. I think it might possibly be different for you because you don't have kids of your own. My views have changed drastically since having mine. Some people have kids but they don't see them much or choose not to see them at all. If the "has children" box is checked and I see no personal mention of them at all in the profile - I wonder what the story is. Could be that the children are older and need less care or it could mean that they never see them. In a nutshell some people just appreciate the heads-up. Did I go off course? lol

It takes 2 people to make kids and sometimes 1 gets stuck taking care of them with no help from from the other. I am in a similar situation in that my ex has not payed a dime in support and never visits his children. I could use the monetary and emotional support but I think he is showing his true nature and maybe it is for the best that he not be a part of their lives in anyway. Children are a commitment ... not an option. It's unfortunate that any of us have to struggle in this way. I'll just keep on keepin' on until my job is done. In the end I'll know that I did the best I could and my kids will love me for all the sacrifices I had to make along the way. If he won't help ... do it yourself. If you have to do it yourself they become YOUR children ... not his. Good luck to you.
