Prioritize! Twenties were fun and I worked hard, school, becoming a mom, etc, but in my thirties, I learned to be more efficient, focused and direct.

I'm over 30, never been married, but desire a partner. I think it's one thing to have not found "the one" another to be over 30 and saying readiness is an issue. People seem to regard marriage/ commitment as something negative and I don't understand that.
