Last yesr the Phillies were hit hard by injuries like a lot of other teams. I hear about the M. Young trade rumurs here in Philadelphia. The Philly fans are calling the sports talk radio asking about him. I don't think they will want to spend the money to get him.

I'm so glad baseball season started Thursday. The Phillies might have sign Cliff Lee but injuries are hitting them hard all ready. Utley out, Lidge starting season on DL. Polanco hurt his are again. Not much power in the lineup. Ryan Howard is not going to be pitched to much, going to pitch around him a lot. Do I hear the name Micheal Young coming to Phillies?

Halladay is not a free agent. The Phillies signed him to a 3 year extension when they traded for him. If Texzs does not sighn Lee the Yakees will that is my prediction. Hope I am wrong.

Nancy I already had a 4 bypass surgerie in 98. I had a stent put in in May. I have been praying to God that I will stay alive intil The Eagles win a Super Bowl. I will live a long time. Also was born with type 1 diabetes.

I'm back. After haveing a mild heart attack in May ad dropping my weight to 182, I'm ready to join up again. Happy with the Oswalt trade. Hate loseing Howard to the DL. wWiiiiiiiith all the ibjuries the Phillies have this year, we are only 2 games out of first.

These are not thought of streaks but great achievments, The Yankees 28 World Series wins and Yogi Berra played on 10 World Series championships. John Woodens 7 straight NCAA championships and 10 overall will never be broken,bevause the high school stars only stay in college 1 year then turn pro.

The Phillies extended Ryan Howards contract starting in 2012 thru 2016 for 5 years 123 million dollars with a club option for 2017 to make the contract worth 135 million.

Nancy the reason I did not like the pick of Graham was that he was not even listed in any of the mock drafts that I read.They gave up too much to go up in the draft.They could have gotton him a little bit lower. At least they got the saftey from Florida Allen.I do not proclaim to be an expert but the DE the Giants picked is a better player.As U said last night I hope I'm wrong.

I can not believe the pick the Eagles made. When they moved up to pick 13 I thought they would pick Wilson or Pouncy. I screamED wtf. They did not have to move that far up to pick Grahm. They gave away 2 3rd round picks to move up. The Giants and Cowboys got better player. I just hope I'm wrong about Brandon Graham. Now we will see what happens in the 2nd and 3rd rounds.

Hawaiilaua did you see that Shane Victorino led off and had 4 hits?He had 2 singles a 2 run HR and bases loaded triple. Rollins was placed on the 15 day DL.,due to a strained calf muscle.

Everybody is saying the Eagles might dinish last.Their off. is loaded with good young talent.With Cobb is a big queation mark.I am also a draft junkie.I have been watching it since Eapn started presenting it live.I have notebooks with with the first round picke into the secomd round.With the draft being shown on prime time,I don't know when it actually starts.I'll find out.The Eagles will draft defence and offensive line this year.Seems like most of the NFC East are picking the same.The Eagles have 11 picks this year.They will be wheeling and dealing.

MGM the Eagles have a winning record under the McNabb era.The Eagles have a core of young offensive players and time to start Kolb with them It will take 2 years for the Defence to be built up and the O. to mesh with the young players.We still need Off. and Def line help with safties.I f Reid can learn to make adjustments while the game is in progress and not waste time outs bevause it takes him so long to call the plays and use the running game will will be ok.

vbxtc,I have been an Eagles fan since the mid 60s.I never wanted McNabb to leave and hated the Vick signing.I want Reid to go.His clockmanagement sstinks waste time outs and doesn't run the ball enough.When they played the Pats in the SB. they threw the ball55 times and still did play action passes.Why would anr Dee fall for a run fake?I hate seeing Westbrook released.

Deed you hace been lucky wirh the little bit of snow you got.In the Philadelphia area we already had 3 storms with over 24 inches.O ne in Dec. another Friday and Sat.We got hit again Monday into Tuesday..We already broke the record for the most snowfall in one year.Hurry up Summer.

From what I've noticed from watching every super bowl sin super bowl 3,the team that plays the best dee.and runs the ball for the team that runs the for more yardage wins the super bowl.The saints have 3 good RBS Bush,Thomas, and Bell.The Colts have Addai.The Colts have the better dee.The Saints will win with creating more turnovers.

Sum1reel I heard on MLB network that thw Yankees are working within a budget.Never thought I'd ever hear those words.Winn signed for 2 million,.MLB said that he hit 156 against right handed pitching.They have a left handed hitter to platoon with each one.From what I heard not much pop from either one of them.I also don't understand why they did those moves.Sould have kept Damon or Matzusoki.(Hoever you speel his name.)
