Class action against Yahoo Personals and Match.com for fraud
Posted: 11/21/2005 12:38:37 PM | After having been a member of match. com, I most definately agree that the service posted fictious "winks"
toward the end of subscription dates. Many of the individuals that I responded to after receiving notification of a wink, were under the impression that I had first contacted them, Quite embarassing. This type of fraud seems to be prevolent throughout the "Dating Services" on-line, and should be prosicuetted to the fullest extent of the law! Here Here for the class action suite! | | | |
