A matter of pride or racist ?

someone that moves her permanently should learn the language of the country that they're here to sponge off.

Oh dear , that's told more about you in one sentence than all your self promotion ever could

ladies only party...
Posted: 2/22/2009 9:51:20 AM

The risk might be miniscule but would the night of fun be so much fun if someone got a nasty memento to remember the party by?

Oooh yes , indigestion, pass the Rennies. Can you get the trots from too much tush?

Some say tawdry, some say demeaning. I have no opinion on the morals of people that frequent or work in them.... How dare I?

I just think they were and are symptomatic of a cash for nothing culture.
End of the night, I know, let's go and throw a lot of money away for self gratification.

I remember chatting to a Burmese fella who said 'You English have too much money'. At first as his English wasn't that good I interpreted that as 'a lot'. Later on reflection I realised exactly what he meant.

ladies only party...

the guy who came to our party is actually on here and we have been in touch with him to come and do another party next month.

Blimey, I didn't know you could list doing that in your interests and hobbies.... I might be going for a quick edit, cycling and festivals sounds tame in comparison.

I'm now going for 'combination cunnilingus' and' syndicated sucking'....

What sort of food do you serve at a party like that?

Should drunks be publicly flogged for being caught in a state of drunkeness?

Mr Choudary should pack his little bag, take the next flight back to which ever Islamic country he came from, if he doesnt like our culture here no one is forcing him to stay.

Made in England?

Let's get all 'Siegmund' about pasties.
A traditional Cornish Pasty was made of half sweet- half savoury ( mains and dessert what, what) The crimping was never meant to be eaten, it was used to hold the pasty and then discarded. The reason being most miners hands had arsenic on them so ingesting wasn't a clever idea.
And finally, as for the evil son of Satan pasty Gingster he's fit only to be sold in service stations and inconvenience stores

Has the 'credit crunch' been started deliberately?
Posted: 2/17/2009 12:43:05 PM

why do they cut trees in the spring ??

It was done to cut the growth of china and rejuvenate western economies that were just virtual success. all the stores and banks and workers survived on credit.it would have been worst if they hadn't done it now.
now the Chinese have virtual/imagined growth ,all their gov will do for the next few years is lie about their annual growth

Couldn't agree more IMHO. Confucious he say "Too many Yankee Dollar in Chinese hands recipe for egg foo yung"....sorry i meant disaster

Semantics of the first date
Posted: 2/17/2009 12:31:13 PM
To me it's a date. If I arrange to meet my sister for coffee we call it a date "Right we'll make that a date." Same for my daughter, same for all.
Not quite got round to "Doing lunch" as I prefer to eat it.
On saying that having lived in SW now for a number of years 'Hook up' has sneaked into my parlance.

Nothing wrong with a good tug. I had one over the ex last night, well, she's a sound sleeper and I've still got a key.

Drink Like A Man...........Look Like A Man ??

These things work, so all power to them. I was a smoker for 20 odd years, seen all the lung cancer, heart disease warnings and ignored them. In a bus station in Sri Lanka and read a sign ' Smoking causes impotence', a loud screech inside my head and that was me done. Haven't smoked since.

Lottery Rapist !!

who would have thought it? Does this not present the opportunity for the legal 'profession' to pursue more money....guess they'd work it on a no win no fee basis but a handsome percentage if they do win, What? Shock horror! The Law Lords creating more work and profit for their underlings

what a load of baloney.
strikes me as a system that has eroded civil liberties beyond all imagination attempting to curry support by saying they are on the side of the victim. Would one dare even hazard a guess that it is almost 'sour grapes' on the part of the Law Lords.
Pure sensationalism and headline catching.
Spent sentence. Compensation paid.
