The worst breakup line ever
Posted:
2/28/2009 7:11:16 AM
The worst line ever was from my fiancee. We had been together for a couple of years. He was so in love with me, he wanted to announce it over the intercom of our mutual place of employment. Thankfully, he never had. On this day when everything changed, he told me that no, he was not in love with me. In fact, he had NEVER loved me at all. Of course, our relationship ended at that very moment. But it took me several years before I trusted a man again. To this day, I have never understood what happened.

Have you been tempted to lie about your age?

You would be surprised how many people come right out and admit to lying about their age. Only if they are caught doing it, of course. And usually, I have found that men on this site are lying by about four years. What good does that do? Why not make it more than that if you are going to lie anyway? FYI, I don't lie about my age. Check again in about four years.

Has anyone been brave enough to meet someone with no pic at all?

What's the big deal about pics? I met a man on here who posted one that was ten years old! Shall we say time had not been kind to him and leave it at that.

Woman should answer all e-mails
Posted:

Where does it say on this site that anyone, man or woman, has to answer every email? Is that some kind of rule I am not aware of? Those men who send the "forget about getting to know each other, let's go have sex" have NEVER received an answer from me! What do men expect from us?

O.K. guys, want to know why some women don't respond to your e-mails? Here's why....

Sometimes, mens' emails are too forward. I got one today that said to just skip the talk and go straight to bed. What woman would respond to that offer? I had never heard from this man before?

Hey, mikedanger, I like the way your mind works. Standing that way is a very good position, but not many men are strong enough to do it. Your last girlfriend was lucky!

How about men giving the dimensions of their, how shall I say, equipment? This is more than I want to know, especially from total strangers!

Everything Matters!
Posted:

Height must matter to men, because several of you have lied about it on your profiles. I met a guy that said he was 5'7". Turned out in person he was barely taller than I am (5'3"!) Another claimed to be a 6 feet tall and he is only about three inches above me. Why do you guys say you are something you are not? Don't you know when we meet you, we can figure out how tall you really are? I have told the entire truth on my profile, since if I care enough to meet a man, I don't want him to be unpleasantly surprised!

How's my profile? I'm not getting responses.

I automatically bypass anyone who says they do drugs or who has "prefers not to say" on the drug question. Why take a chance on someone who is a drug user or may be one? Of course your weed smoking habit is the reason you are not getting many responses. How many brain cells have you fried, anyway?

Can you still be considered a nice girl...if you have a naughty side
Posted:

Doesn't every real man want a woman who can be very naughty when it matters most? I look like a sweet, innocent schoolteacher (which I happen to be), until the glasses come off! Then I unleash my hidden wild side, which totally takes men by surprise and delight.

are bellies sexy or not

So true! Of course, a huge belly would be a major turn-off, but how many people have a perfectly flat abdomen? Even thin people sometimes have a little tummy bulge!

Does it really matter that I don't have a pic???????
Posted:
8/5/2005 12:32:43 PM
I have never had a pic on my profile. Before I met someone, I was getting up to forty emails a day. If a man is really interested, he won't be shallow enough to let the lack of a picture stop him from contacting you. Some people are actually interesting in more than just the surface, believe it or not.

How Come There Are So Many Married People on a Dating Site?
Posted:
7/29/2005 5:21:14 AM
I am a happily married person on this site. No, I am not looking for a one-night stand. My spouse knows about it and supports me fully. It has actually enhanced my marriage. There are some reasons for a married person to be exploring this site that narrow-minded people such as you could never even begin to understand.

There are ladies that I won't contact because they have been added to so many friends lists
Posted:
7/13/2005 6:07:51 AM
Hi, I am on alot of members lists, but not all have contacted me. I get at least 40 to 50 emails a day and do take the time to read them all. Please don't stereotype a woman because she in on many lists. We do enjoy hearing from a wide variety of men. I will always reply from someone who seems interesting.
