Deserve? Ummm…. I guess I could say you deserve “entitlement” issues but you have that already. Be a little more interesting and learn to have more confidence in yourself (read, write, learn, teach, mentor). We like that better and find it more attractive.

Try San Francisco the fireworks by the Bay bridge are incredible and then go and hang out in the Castro district for a VERY entertaining evening. Oh, that's the "alternative" area of SF but what the hell. It's fun!

I take books and meet interesting people. I LOVE to travel by myself. I find it easier to make decisions and I do a lot of fun things. Maybe join a travel club or hook u with someone through Couch Surfing (Goooooogle it).

Yup, I had four "friends" that drifted by my house at odd hours of the day for a couple of years. I kept to my self but always welcomed company. Funny, three showed up all in one day and we all spent the evening together. I cooked them dinner fed them their favorite drinks and we all had a wonderful evening talking about the problems in their relationships. Oh, they ALL went home that night cause I couldn't have just one stay. That'd be just wrong. To this day they are settled all over the world with wonderful men in their lives and some have kids. I get to visit Paris, Spain and down to the U.S. and see them and their families. Life. I'm enjoying it immensely.

K, a little local enema douche in the shower before "the" event won't hurt. About an hour or more before will clean you out well and also let your insides be a little more receptive. You really don't have to go a couple of days eating fruits and nuts. As for "Big" just have him be patient with you and relax into you. Trapped in a Hotel in Spain because I couldn't find anyone who spoke English so I could move on. Finally just got on a train the next day and ended up farther down the coast where there were English speaking people. Mind you it was an adventure. Other worst is England early spring, cold, cloudy and miserable.

I just came back from a two and a half month trip to Spain. Fun but next time I think I would have more language skills. Best I could come up with at most times was the ability to order Chicken in Spanish which is "Pollo". Yea, I got tired of chicken real fast and it's not really that good of an introduction to the Spanish women. Oh, unless they wanted me to order lunch for them. K, milk is "Letchie" if you wanted to have your Wheaties in the morning. Just so you know.

K, like I said in the subject I think you are pretty brave to put that out here in the POF forums. Heathrow Airport in Mid March and then from there who knows(?). I have an open ticket for a year and a LOT of Money..... Spain, France, Greece etc. etc. So, unless you're looking for someone to hangout with and possibly meet up, I don't think that I'd be the best choice for a LT Relationship. Oh, unless you have your Dive Ticket and you can sleep on floors, beaches and strangers couches with me. Then, Kewl! Maybe a five star Hotel for a couple of days every couple of weeks cause I like to get manicures, pedicures and massages on a regular basis. I'm kinda girly that way. Keep in touch!

Upgrading the OS on a PC Posted: 2/25/2008 3:09:55 AM
Agreed! Upgrade to a MS Windows product (Home or PRO) as you are used to the OS and you get the support behind it. Any of the XP products will do. My recommendation is to buy the FULL version rather than an upgrade. Why? Because an upgrade asks for the old version (98?) and if you have to reinstall it (XP) again at some point, for whatever reason, it may not recognize the OS as an upgrade. It needs the old 98 version to authenticate it. Does that make sense? Get a friend that knows about computers to sit WITH you when you do the upgrade or take it in to some place like Best Buy that can help you out. Good luck!
