The focus should also include green technology. Let's get rid of the coal fired power plants and factories (including the allowance to burn tires), the old oil burning vehicles (including diesel trucks) that fail to pass standards. Let's eliminate such things as the free pass on emissions for doing minor repairs. I could go on and on.

Well said phil_rock. I was bitting my tongue....trying to exclude the father, hmmm, every kid should have a father....big deal it didnt work out with you. Grow up and put the feelings aside. I want to say more, but I won't. Nothing you can exclude in the will dealing with your child. You can put in your wishes, but that is it. And as for the comment that you should go to a bookstore to get a will.....* * ** ***. Go spend some money and get some legal advise from a lawyer. The bookstore is a kin to a holograph will and prob makes more sense to do it if you know how it all works.

I encounter this quite often... I am a professional and as such I make a decent amount. I had a date or two where the date ordered excessive amount of food and drinks and then stiffed me for the bill. If you dont plan on paying, atleast be considerate. I also get asked all the time for a present/gift. Sorry I much prefer someone educated and working. NO ONE WANTS A DEAD BEAT!

Ok Ok now I can play devil's advocate. He has not been proven guilt of anything. It is alleged he had some 200 pictures. They didnt say he made them, just in possession of them. Still no excuse to have them on his computer. Not sure what made him feel he needed to see them, obviously he has issues if he is proven guilty. Why not download women in their 20s and 30s ......... or older for the older men. Anyways back to my point. There are numerous cases of men and women that like the real young ones...I think it has to do with control issues or self esteem issues. Otherwise I have no clue. I hope Mr. beer guy is in fact not guilty for the sake of his family. If he is guilty of possessing kiddie porn/pics, then I hope they cure his problem. Obviously they will see if he made the pics or just downloaded the pics. Both are bad because they promote the violence against the youth. But there is a difference in criminal culpability and the second is the lesser of the crime, thus a lighter sentence will attach. And rightfully so. But at the end of the day, parents need to have open and clear conversations with their children and make sure they are safe each and every day. I know a large percentage of sexual crimes are committed by someone they know and it tends to be family in a large number of cases. Your own family...that is wrong and that is what makes me sick. How could people be so cruel and selfish....disgusting. And a twelve month old.....wtf......the person who made the pics, thus the one creating and performing the disgusting sexual act, that should be the maximum sentence allowed by law....that person is f**ked. Psycho.

Death is a part of everyones life. No one ever predicts a death expecially at an early age but it makes sense to be prepared. Most people can do a will and power of attorneys (care and property) and forget about it. Thta is until they need to be updated. Take the time and money and get one done.
