worked for me twice. once to find someone to kickit with. and once for the real thing. the only diffrence is. i know how to hit up people better. i moved to texas been here not even a week. 4 days to be exact. found me a dream girl. estimated searching time . 30 minutes. i found a few people but this one takes the cake. shit man your telling me. you know the funniest part i left out. well maby. we were driving first day we left reno twards vegas. we had some kind of mexican food well anyway hotsause. me and my buddy j were **ing around with each other. my lady was driving. and no ing way all of a sudden we sprayed hotsause right in her eyes. hwy speed of course 25 above anything thats posted. yeah and we heard. God Dam you ing . Hot sause, In my **ing eyes. yeah you can use your immingination as to how that went., well., ty yall. im in texas now. holy shit its diffrent here. they say. oh wow thats all i got to say. Road trips this brings in a few memories. hrm.. One time at band camp.//// probablly my most memoriable road trip was 2 entire months long. we did it in 94 chevy blazer. started in reno. we had some money dont know exactlly how we did it but it was done. we were traveling from reno to vegas. if any of you dont know its about a 600 mile trip and around mile 300 tonopah. we decided to stop and visit some friends. well to make a long story shorter we ended up going to one of the baddest desert parties ive ever seen. the next day comming e from desert party we ended up with 4 flat tires immangine the luck. we ended up stuck living in tonopah for a few weeks, let me tell you yo will get to know everyone in town within 3 days. its basically deserted, at least there was a mcdonalds. we ended up accuring the tires we needed and took off twards vegas. It was myself, my girlfriend, and a friend. we took the abandond highway which took off quite a few miles and landed us in goldrun. Here we were taking pictures of old buildings and the old courthouse and we seen tons of people going to this bar we decided to go. There was a wedding we were invited to stay it was kinda cool. my first wedding. During the party i proposed a toast. " Everyon i have an idea, (The wall behind me while i was speaking was filled with little bottles and jars on the wall tons of them just in little racks so you could remove them and place them back. To fully remember this moment lets all write our names on a peice of papper and place them in the bottle and when we come back here we can read and rember, and every time we come back we will place our names in the same bottles. " It was a good idea we all did it. Now let me skip ahead a little so its not so dry. I ended up in vegas. i dropped my girlfriend and our friend off at a buddies house and traveled back to reno by myself to pick up funding. and i came strait back. accept for i picked up a hitch hiker who was traveling to vegas. His name was "T" we had fun on the way to vegas, drinking and driving the entire way. oppse. nah. nonthing went wrong. we got to were my girlfriend was and drama broke out. after the drama we were headed to california yay. Lol. we found our selves offroading in one of the forests up this muddy bank we were going to get high at the time. LOL. we got stuck in the mud so bad that the only thing that got us out was the help of an entire construction company. the loader that went to help us got stuck in mud. then we attached a come along to the loader and to my truck and got the truck unstuck. then the tractor pulled the loader out of the mud and we were all free. but you know the mud is bad when a loader got stuck in the mud. There was so much that went on wow. Now we find ourselves in roseville. dropped off the guy who was with us he ended up in jail. okay we were off to vegas again just me and my girl. went to vegas and found her cheating on me. i left that beotch in vegas. took off to reno. about a week later i got a phone call. i was in the middle of the store shoping for food. it was her. i totally told her off in middle of store i was pissed. the cleark was like well shes not calling back. after he was done saying that the phone rang again. it as her. calling to say theres no use hanging up on me beacuse ill just come in the store. OMG this girl was standing at my blazer. well to make a long story short we wernt togather anymore but we were friends and forgave each other. blaming it on the 2 months of road trip. but yeah if i had a morle to my story. dont go offroading pick up strangers and leave your girlfriend alone in vegas. lol it was just a crazy moment had to share it, theres lots i left out but ill save you of the boring parts. Internet Explorer. Tools, Internet options. After that select the security tab. What are your settings at? Add it for POH, if it gives you option. windows 2k+ Windows 3.1-98se. Slide the security tab to the bottom. IT should read low. Click apply. Now click on advanced setting. ITs the tab to the right. Scroll down to the section that says java. Enable java. Scroll all the way down. IT will say use tls, pct, ssl 1 and 2. check all of these boxes. click apply, restart your computer. It will work. YAY, if it dosent. refeer to my step 2. Tools menu inside internet explorer. Internet options inside the first window. look for the button that says. delete files, These are temp internet files, every picture you see on the web, every link, every email youve made. all that stuff, so it wont hurt your computer if you do this, as a matter of fact most computers by default deleat it at 250 mbs. if you have dialup, and you dont dump these oftend, this may take a wile, even on cable or dsl, This folder fills up oftend. IT will cause problems viewing emails, Recieving downloads, Using programs that use the internet, Ie. MSN , YMSN, AIM, and so on. once you get the hang of this make it a every few day type of thing, and it wont take so long. i have known this to take up to an hour, if it takes too long, and or freezes your computer. you can access the internet options inside your windows controll panel . click on view files then delete files instead of just delete, sometimes it works better cannot explain, I used to work internet tech support for Adobe systems, This is safe to do. Be warrned. Changing your security level to low will allow your kids to access things like porno. So make sure to change it for just the site POH, if thats the case. Best of luck. Storm.

With a servey done by myself in person 1500 people interviewed. 65 to 80 percent of people, There is a vairrence beacuse of social class. the poor is 65 percent, the rich is 80 percent. Additude, Confidence were the top 2 things that are keeping most people single. As soon as these people realized what it was, We had a dramatic 90 percent incress of datable or dating people who participated. Storm.

Desire As he beguins to tango with this young woman, Our monster dips her back just slightly Then rocks her to the side, Forcefully they sink deep in your neck, So soft and firm it is a fire filled with pleasure, I look up and gaze into those gothic eyes, You knew as did i, as the fear said to run, As he flustered his one, As lust creeps in your mind, You look up at me and my words peirce the wind, To hide the fact you took the pill, So deeply crested within thowest own mind, The heat it fills you, As it weeps from your eyes, The everlasting taste, As the ice burns as, The soul dyeing, You feel the cold run in, It rolls from your tong, The silky satin red, The smell it compells you and fills the void in your head, Which then feeds your new lust on the moonstricken night, The coldest night which took your soul, And kept your Mind Wandering, Can you teach me more? Now i show you, We can take our true form, As i walk hand and hand with my love, Its time for us to rule this land. Love Neverending,She drives me crazy,At deaths door, And Pure Desire. This is crazy, I wrote this to a young lady i met on POF. After strait formating and re order. Let me know what you guys think. 2nd public release of it. Funny both public releases of all my books were on fish. who would have thought. Oh yeah this is an actuall book people. Look for it and others within the year in major publication dists. within the year. How to be a puzzle! And somehow understand. Written in the thoughts and experiences of a group of friends who aged and matured. In different times and situations, But always remained part of each others lives. {Authors} Anthony Jeide ( Storm ) Troy & Carrie Shaedon Dedicated to those who made it this way! This is the story of the path that was chosen! We pass these emotions onto you! May our teachings help you learn to teach! And teach others how to learn! Chapter 1 Life Life can honestly be written in three pages. The Beginning, The Middle, and the End. However that’s what were not going to do. It would just be to simple. Well lets put it like this. Every person has a different opinion about how life should begin and end. What we are trying to do is to let you know the truth. How we lived it, And most importantly how it actually feels. Don’t get me wrong!!! Were not saying everything is all rays of sunshine, or simplicity at it’s best, But were just youngsters that want you to know how it was the first time we live a situation. Only somebody who has lived it can teach it, a Situation of course. By going through it and actually knowing it we can all share a feeling called empathy! Just to paint a picture, put no sympathy in my can, But put in my can, some understanding and higher learning. The only thing we honestly hope for is for you to gain from our story. It’s somewhat of a guideline and a warning. To let you know there are others that feel the same way you do. So don’t think your alone through the trials and tribulations of a requiems that we live in called life. Understand that we by far don’t know everything ( Wouldn’t that be nice ) But like we said. Hear what we’ve learned because its only another turn of the pages that you live. Understand that its not always right or always fair, But you have to learn to bear, The teachings of the lessons that we all need to learn. Everybody’s heard it, We all don’t understand and fight the teachings that we hear. “Tell me, Now really?” “How many times have you heard this?” {“I’ve already been the one to live this situation and I found myself at the start of the path that I’ve once seen and lived, time and time again.”} To learn from it all is a blessing, that we don’t see every day. So hear what we have to say you may learn a thing or two. Life Life is one of those things that is often said, It is as hard to see, as it is hard to believe, As it is in its own integrity. Such a hypocritical surge of energy transformed into emotion, That which compares to being in any new situation. For the first time all alone. This is how a situation in life seems. The fear is the unknowing, and the release of raw emotion that is seen but rarely heard. By only the ones that were there at the time. It is shared by these people and yourself. Many others may have been there but not quite understood what good shall ever come out of these situations. But know in your own mind that everything happens for a reason. Unlike the ones who said they would be there, remember that FAMILY are the ones who we choose, not always the ones we were born with. So choose wisely the family you keep, Know that its all the rest that aren’t family who keep you weak! Remember the saying. “Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer” This is a true statement and until you learn it for yourself you can’t possibly understand it. However it reminds me of an emotion that we can feel, Every one of use can feel. Pain What some persons see as pain others seek for pleasure. While some seek to torment others may hide it away and move onto the next day. While others see this thing we call pain and feel it just the same. There are always some one like me, We use this to put up a mask to get away. This just leads all to just the same. What we do next to move forward in our path. We paint our masks with another emotion, Her sweet song is acknowledgment. Now lets get real! Will someone tell me what this means? Let me help paint another picture so that we might understand. There is a path we make for our selves. Go ahead and test this theory out. Come on don’t be shy, First you will need a few sheets of paper and a pen or pencil. Now that you have your paper out go ahead and turn it so it is vertical or tall ways. Very good, Now on that paper I would like you to draw a thermometer Vertical of course. If you don’t know what one is go ahead and draw some rail road tracks vertical on your piece of paper. Keep in mind we need to leave some space at the top and bottom of the page, About two inches on both sides should do. Now go ahead and draw a semi-circle on both ends it should look like a vertical barbell from a cartoon. Now I will only share the rest of this with you if you promise to share with someone else later on in life. Do you agree? Well the truth is it doesn’t really matter if you do or you don’t. The odds are that out of ten of you today only three will share this theory, However that’s good enough for us as long as we touched one person that’s all that matters. Just try and understand this process. In the bottom circle I want you to write the word (ME). The one at the top go ahead and leave blank for now. Now turn that page over and get ready to write on the back. On the center of the back of this page I want you to write your situation or problem or whatever happens to be troubling you, Smack dead in the center and circle it. Yes even work related problems, Just because this was written by youngsters doesn’t mean that’s who its for, Its for everyone. Everybody now, Come on, Yes even you. If you’re a little lost that’s normal don’t stress out. Here Are some ideas to help you along. Significant other Car broke down Laid off from job Broken arm Dog ran away. See this can be anything so just let your mind wander. To others this may mean nothing at all but the truth is to you, It means allot. You may even have everything you got riding on that one word on the back of your paper. Remember this is designed to help you and to be a guideline this doesn’t have to be the way you figure out your situation just an idea. Remember now there are no right or wrong answers just the one that feels best for you. Now that your thought is circled here comes the hardest part. What is the only thing stopping you from resolving this issue? Think for just a minute before you answer. What is the real answer think deeper then the surface go from a broad answer to the down to earth problem. Now we have a clear problem and the obstacles in the way, Flip your page back over and look at your drawing. Look at the bottom most section of the railroad nearest the semicircle. Draw a line through the tracks. This is your obstacles line. it’s a problem we must first recognize. Now that its there we need to think of a way to overcome this obstacles. This may take time so be patient and take your time thinking about it. At the top of the semi-circle write the word (Goal). Now to the people who see something for what it is alone and don’t take time to really think, Don’t get ahead of yourself and slow down a little. For what is something that appears to be there, It isn’t really there, but what isn’t happens to be there. Look past the obvious and write down the real answer to your goal. Maybe you might have to work with another person to solve this situation, maybe just need to work on ourselves. Leave it alone for now but ponder many things about this. If they are good write them down, If they are bad in your mind write them down anyway, on another piece of paper if you have to but don’t shoot down an idea, Because its not normal in your mindset. There is never a wrong way on this path to life, Just three ways. The short way, the long way, and the path of many. The path of many are twisty curvy paths that we carve out ourselves because of confusion with other emotions or situations that get in our way. These only seem good but usually turn you back to the very place you started. Try not to tempt fate with confusion because she can mold it to her advantage. Its our job as a vessel that travels down this river in life to stop and think. Take time to decipher this puzzle that is ever changing and never warm, But to learn the best we can from her lessons and to teach from its experiences. Chapter 2 This next one becomes a touchy subject very easily. Why is it a touchy one because its not only a surface emotion, but its what I call a heart emotion. Heart emotions come from deep inside and the stench of pain that lingers around long after this emotions cabin has left the loading docks is sometimes unbearable. It seems like there is nothing left afterward. Stop right there in your tracks. When there is nothing left is that truly the case? Think long and hard, If you answered (“No, there is nothing left.”) Think deeper beyond the surface, As a matter of fact lets all break the surface together. Close your eyes and think deeply, {In the back, Yes you there, That’s a little too deep I can hear snoring way up front, In this class there wont be any sleeping.} Anyway, Now calm yourself, I know its hard we have about forty to fifty thousand thoughts running chaos in our minds right now but all this misdirection can be solved and directed into a powerful thing for us. All you got to do is Inhale, Ex-hale and do it a few more times. ( Good, Good.) Now push aside your emotions now. Think very relaxed. Let me know when your there, (Almost there, Great.). Now think just a little deeper, When you reach that point that is calm that’s were we want to be. The problem itself is what were getting to. Now ask your self! { Self, Did I learn something from these situations}. If the answer is no, no matter how much it hurts to understand we need to work on acceptance and we might be able to work towards a goal. If it happens to be yes. Your “self” has learned something, No matter how positive or negative the situation then the situation in its entirety was worth it, In spite all the hate, all the drama, all the joy. If your learned anything it was worth it, Hold onto that feeling your going to need it to get through the rest of this road. Congratulations you have just set foot on the first step to acceptance. Keep in mind you have not fully accepted this situation there are four more steps which you have to fully pass in order to truly accept this situation. LoveHateRegretQuesting my own self/What if? These are all healthy, keep in mind we have to climb all the steps listed above and all the mini steps in-between, Your well on your way to acceptance, and you’ve just cracked the first puzzle, surface emotions. Give your self a pat on the back, Are you ready for the big one? Okay here it goes the next one is…… Chapter 3 Love (Have you ever) Have you ever sat somewhere by yourself? In a field perhaps? Picture a field with a bunch of different kinds of flowers. Right now this moment that’s where you are. What do your senses tell you? As you sit here for the first time actually realizing what is going on, The flowers everywhere the soft delicate smells. The sound of the birds chirping, somehow its soothing but you’ve never gone in depth with this kind of sense before. Its somehow a different kind of meaning but its welcoming so you stay. Then all of a sudden it takes you away, Far away into your mind. In a place that is very different but calming. You realize you finally notice all these wonderful things around you and you realize all those people who mean so much to you, If we can just learn to let our selves go we can experience this all the time. It just takes a will and the tiniest bit of happiness with a touch of good timing and allot of spirit and it will touch your soul. To realize that there is more to life that is being offered to you, and its yours for the taking what are you going to do. Take it and you may experience the meaning of life or even love, Which is a door that is usually kept shut as tight as possible, These are natural defenses don’t fight them. Even the flower that is now between your Index finger and your thumb can unlock many doors you just have to let yourself go and be willing to accept changes for the better, Let some love into your life and into your soul.We just have to put down some defenses and un-numb yourselves to what is unfamiliar but head the warning that is laid before you. Only venture forward with this one when you are truly ready. Its like the bird of fire, The Phoenix Maybe her song will help you find yourself. Sometimes we let this emotion of love pass right on by, And its usually only when its in its truest form. Remember don’t leave the one you love for the one you like, Because the one you like will always leave you for the one they love. ( This is something that most people don’t understand, Just be careful in this game of love)Then all of a sudden it hits you like a ton of bricks. All the frustration and confusion and the doubt, Self guessing and second guessing. I found myself in a situation relativity close to this one. I learned that I made mistakes and caused pain and lost the trust that I spent so long to build. All my true love really wanted was a little acknowledgment, allot more attention and the feeling that I was going to be there for her every need and to back her up when she needed the support, and to supply comfort when it was needed. This is something that every woman desires. Somehow I overlooked this for other emotions I had going on in my life and now I regret the pain that I caused. Why, Because now I see it in my own eyes, and you know it hurts more then I thought hurt could hurt. I also regret the lost of trust that me and my true love shared and the loss of my best friend at the same time. I am however thankful of the experiences I got to have with her. We shared some good love at one point of time and I hope to work towards that feeling again. Hopefully from my best friend again but if not at least that same level of concentration of love towards me. The hardest part I guess is repairing a untrusting relationship with my true love and my best friend, This is my only wish. Sometimes however its best to let an injured bird back into nature, as hard as it may be, But the only way I can show my love now is to be understanding in this time of healing and to supply with what I can to the one who needs it the most, I love her and always will, And I believe she still loves me but in the same way I can only wish, We can only wish in situations like this but is wishing is what gets it through the muck then wish away to that star in the sky. Until that time comes I’ve got tons to learn from that relationship, still learning by the way. And even more to think about. But I thank her for sharing that good love with me and for teaching me what really mattered and what is most important. What lessons I’ve already deciphered I knew the answered the entire time but I didn’t trust my judgment and for that I suffer a loss of what could have been the best thing for me. But for the experiences I’ve gained with this wonderful woman, I do not regret them and from what I’ve learned, I can only grow stronger. If any of you have experienced this give the advice to the willing and share the stores of the past. Remember hold onto what we know true and never second guess what you really feel. But if you do, Learn from life’s experiences or you will be Destin to feel it again. So be thankful of this thoughtful insight on love, Anger, Regret, and Loneliness. If you haven’t felt it, you will soon. Good luck when your time comes. Chapter 4 Loneliness and sadness Its sad but its true, We touch this subject every day of existence, unless we have fully moved on with a situation. Just today I experienced this feeling, Let me describe it to you. You know that feeling that you get deep in your gut when you know that the person who you are in love with has moved on? Well if you don’t you will soon know how it feels. Not to scare you or anything but to prepare you for what its like. Its like a deep blow to your heart, Its something I can’t really explain unless you have been there yourself. It makes you hurt so deep that it makes you sad, and mad all at the same time. It just so happens its one of those little things that I haven’t figured out yet. The reason why is because I haven’t fully accepted this situation in its integrity yet. Its probably because I don’t want to move on part of me is just holding faith that only time can heal. At least that is how it was explained to me by many of the people I have personally talked to. If they are right or not I will never know until I give it a shot. So what am I doing, you might ask? Well I am trying to use my time wisely I know what I need to do to fix this situation but does it mean that this situation will remain at this same standpoint Months down the road? Absolutely not, but will I be disappointed when it changes? Your damn right I will be! But the thing I need to understand when this situation changes is its time to move on, Thats the hardest part beacuse honestly at this point of time I am at the Lonely stage of this relationship. What I mean by that is everyone has the desire to be held and told everything will be all right even though we all know it wont be. When your in a relationship and you live with your partner for so long you get used to them being around. The thing that hurts me the most is being near others who are in a stable relationship and watching the warmth that I miss so dearly and not being able to seek it for my self. Sometimes I just need to be held and told it will be all right, I can get that from my friends but it means something totally different from the one person who has been through lots of moments with you, special moments. When you take what you have for granted and finally realize that you ***ed up usually its too late. More then likely you will experience a situation I faced, Here it is for the world to know. When I woke up from the whatever I had going on and finally came home, It was probably the day that she had decided to move out. I tried to leave notes for her but never a answer that in itself hurt. One day I came home and there was a new truck in the driveway. Instantly my heart sank, I knew that what I feared the most had come to pass. Now I have never been good with dealing with a loss, Especially one that I didn’t see coming even though I knew in my heart that my actions would cause it. It was a situation that we all have felt. Why can’t there be more time, All I want and all I wish for was there was more time. If I had more time maybe things would be different. But there is no use on pondering on what if and different endless scenarios that could have played out. The truth is, I wouldn’t be asking what if, if I could talk about what was going on instead of running away from the situation. I guess I caused this same emotion towards the one person I did not mean to hurt at all. This situation is one of those things that I guess you have to learn the hard way. This is what I mean by, Being thankful for the situation IM in now. Unfortunately I am not with my best friend / lover anymore but what I was forced to learn was to deal with the situation no matter how crude it made me feel. Why beacuse I did the same thing to her and two wrongs don’t make a right but every now and then we deserve what we got coming to us. We must rember that situations that happened in the past, happened in the past. There is nothing we can do to change the fact that it happened at all. Keep a eye on the things that happened in the past beacuse even though they seem like they are over know that they are not. When you least expect it, Just like me. It came back around and bit me in the ass. Causing leverage against me, It doesn’t matter if it was your fault or not. The situation in itself is the reason for the issue. Once I was able to accept the fact that I am the greater cause for this situation ( in this case scenario) I was able to understand the Empathy for this situation. Loneliness is the cause of greater emotions such as hate, and mistrust. Please friends if you can avoid this lesson please do, This is a lesson for the advanced, Proceed with caution, Not for the weak souls, and the weak minded. So you are the lucky one who ventured fourth into the sea of the forbidding. Lucky you what are you going to do now? Well what helps with this is to understand everything that happened. Not just immediately but everything. You got to go back a moment and experience everything one more time in your mind. There may be moments that you just find you never faced. Its time to face those moments. Congratulations for making it this far, If you have made it this far you are a strong individual beacuse sometimes, “ You just got to reach down and grab a pair and shake it a few times , After that any reaction is good as long as you get one “ For those of you who are still pondering this one let me give you another tid bit. Take a look in the mirror, Rember the part about self teaching well here it is again. say, “ Self, I understand that you are lonely, And I understand that you are upset. But Self you just got to get over it. Sometimes you need a hug, Self let me give you a hug right now. “ Beacuse in order to truly love something, and to truly feel loneliness you have to love your self to start out. These situations you cannot always control but know that you can give yourself confidence when you cannot find it anywhere else. Now IM not saying that this will work for everyone, Know that this is totally a mind thing. Did you know you can trick yourself into believing something even though its not true? It usually works best when your trying to get over a situation and when your at the point where everything else has dropped and your about to lose faith. Don’t lose faith yet beacuse there is allot of questions that you must ask yourself coming up soon. Before you can really ask yourself questions you have to understand the situation of being lonely, And most importantly understand exactly why you are lonely. After that you hold onto that good love that you have experienced to get you thus far. These are memories. The losses and the gains that you have all equal up to one important thing. Lives lessons, Take into heart the situations that you have been through the situations eigther good or bad. Now take the meanings of these situations and hold onto them. These feelings and these emotions are what mold you into what you are, and who you are. Without these in our lives we wouldn’t have the things we have now. Now it is time to find a friend who can really help you through this situation, usually this person is the person who you least likely thought who could help. And more or less the last person you even thought of. Here is what I tried, First I asked my closest friends as to there advice, This didn’t get me very far beacuse I was still at the point of confusion. Then I did the thing that even I didn’t expect me to do. I asked the friends of the person I hurt the most for advice. Even though I felt stupid asking them the people who should hate me the most for advice. Most of the best advice I have received came from them. Thankyou Logan and Lisa, Kudos are in order for you two. Honestly I didn’t think that you two would be willing to help, But to my surpass you were down to help me. Why I will never know why maybe its beacuse your as caring as I once was, and maybe still am. And Lisa you helped the most, You were right not everything made sense right away but, know that the things that didn’t eighter have or are starting to make allot of sense. Much love to everyone that was there for me when I needed you. My CO-Companionship wouldn’t have even existed if it weren’t for you two. Loving you and rember, Good Karma will come back around to you, And when it does and your wondering why or where it came from it was beacuse you successfully helped someone in need of help, And you helped with all the love you could give and thats what really matters. Whitey and The Don’t, Paula.... Words couldn’t describe how much thanks I have for you three to be part of my life. Part of the hardest part of my life, Just being able to deal with it I owe it to you three. Much love to all of you, May you receive the same help you offered me when you really need it. And Paula I know that you really need support right now, and IM sorry that everyone has left that support circle for reasons that they couldn’t control, But know that much love is being sent your way, Here on this earth, And beyond. We will miss you when your gone, I just hope that you get to actually see this and know for once that your lives purpose was to spread the teachings that you have already endured, So that they may be passed on to others who really need healing. Godspeed and much Love. From all the people who honestly ever cared about you, And for those who were just to afraid to admit it.. We say thanks for all the help that you were able to give to us. Chapter 5 1 How to move on There is no real easy answer to this one, This is just something that we all have to figure out on our own. And know that only time can heal, Eventually you will feel acceptance of the situation you are going through, After that there is just a flood of emotions that follow. My best advice until the next book, Since there is no instruction book to life. Don’t bottle it up, Go talk to someone, A friend , A Relative, A peer, Even your boss. Know that sometimes your boss can be your best friend in a time like this. Maybe a teacher, I have asked advice from both, Taken advantage of what my local communities have to offer, If things get way to tough I know that there is a Christian/catholic church in your area that offers free concealing, Completely anonymous if you want it to be, And they offer other aides as well. Just don’t make the Mistakes that we will be teaching in the next book its only just around the corner. What are these mistakes you wonder? Just don’t rely on substances in any form to help you on your path. Talk to everyone about it not seeking pity but advice on how they delt with the situation, You will find the help and the answers that are okay with you in the most unlikely places. Pick up a magazine. Those of you who are still wondering about the diagram here it is Ready? So weightier you know it your already done just think about it and think clearly about it. Now that you have your goal at the top as long as you keep your goal clear in your mind and you don’t let other things pull you away from your goal and you stay on your path. No matter what the obstacle is you will be able to face it. Rember you are now armed with the knowledge to face one of the most difficult areas of this path to life. Teach others what you know already and by teaching you are really learning. It was once said somewhere along my chosen path. “If you can teach something, you are just fortifying the knowledge that you have already gained, And by teaching you are teaching yourself to rember. That is the most important part to life” I Don’t rember who exactly said it, It was probably a combined jumbaliah of information stored in my brain that hit all at once in limbo land, And maybe it was fortified in the form of an old man who taught me well. Good Luck Travelers of the Path of Life. And rember, Life can be summarized in three pages, But thats what were not going to do. The situations in life are endless and will take countless pages to write them all, But the advice that will be released in the five books to understanding life better. Might just teach you a thing or two, Maybe a thing or two about remembering your past and fortifying your future. Good Luck. MPBB

OUT of line. Myfakename. totally out of line, Don't beat these guys down they are only trying to work up the guts to talk to woman. Take it from me guys, not this loser, (Probablly over compasating for something ne how) It takes the right ammount of timing, and smoothness. Im batting 1000 right now. Ive tried and experminted w/ this it has never failed. Go to a public place. Movies, Skatingrink, wherever the hotties are, it may be a lame ass placebut trust and believe you wont be there long. Go up to the hottest chick there, put your hands on her waist and middle of her back down low and say, Baby why dont you give me your number and ill call you tommrow. a little bit of jazzing up the small talk. get the number and then get the **** out dont rune it now. save that for tommrow. She will be like OK. give you the number and be thinking about you all night long. i have only not gotten the number once she was so flabergasted she wrote down wrong number. next time i saw her i was like lets try this one more time. before i could finish she said i accidentlly wrote down the wrong number ...... so on and so on. trust and believe im not the hottie tottie out there but confidence has allot to do w/ it. My Friends there can never really be a book on all of this. Nor can there be a guide eigther. But Read my book and Enjoy. coments and Suggestions gladly Accepted and Considered. Im not going to lie to you, Be Warned, Even the Most Non Emotional in the crew will feel the water works turning on. Enjoy. Public Release of. How to be a puzzle! And somehow understand. Written in the thoughts and experiences of a group of friends who aged and matured. In different times and situations, But always remained part of each others lives. {Authors} Anthony Jeide ( Storm ) Troy & Carrie Shaedon Dedicated to those who made it this way! This is the story of the path that was chosen! We pass these emotions onto you! May our teachings help you learn to teach! And teach others how to learn! Chapter 1 Life Life can honestly be written in three pages. The Beginning, The Middle, and the End. However that’s what were not going to do. It would just be to simple. Well lets put it like this. Every person has a different opinion about how life should begin and end. What we are trying to do is to let you know the truth. How we lived it, And most importantly how it actually feels. Don’t get me wrong!!! Were not saying everything is all rays of sunshine, or simplicity at it’s best, But were just youngsters that want you to know how it was the first time we live a situation. Only somebody who has lived it can teach it, a Situation of course. By going through it and actually knowing it we can all share a feeling called empathy! Just to paint a picture, put no sympathy in my can, But put in my can, some understanding and higher learning. The only thing we honestly hope for is for you to gain from our story. It’s somewhat of a guideline and a warning. To let you know there are others that feel the same way you do. So don’t think your alone through the trials and tribulations of a requiems that we live in called life. Understand that we by far don’t know everything ( Wouldn’t that be nice ) But like we said. Hear what we’ve learned because its only another turn of the pages that you live. Understand that its not always right or always fair, But you have to learn to bear, The teachings of the lessons that we all need to learn. Everybody’s heard it, We all don’t understand and fight the teachings that we hear. “Tell me, Now really?” “How many times have you heard this?” {“I’ve already been the one to live this situation and I found myself at the start of the path that I’ve once seen and lived, time and time again.”} To learn from it all is a blessing, that we don’t see every day. So hear what we have to say you may learn a thing or two. Life Life is one of those things that is often said, It is as hard to see, as it is hard to believe, As it is in its own integrity. Such a hypocritical surge of energy transformed into emotion, That which compares to being in any new situation. For the first time all alone. This is how a situation in life seems. The fear is the unknowing, and the release of raw emotion that is seen but rarely heard. By only the ones that were there at the time. It is shared by these people and yourself. Many others may have been there but not quite understood what good shall ever come out of these situations. But know in your own mind that everything happens for a reason. Unlike the ones who said they would be there, remember that FAMILY are the ones who we choose, not always the ones we were born with. So choose wisely the family you keep, Know that its all the rest that aren’t family who keep you weak! Remember the saying. “Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer” This is a true statement and until you learn it for yourself you can’t possibly understand it. However it reminds me of an emotion that we can feel, Every one of use can feel. Pain What some persons see as pain others seek for pleasure. While some seek to torment others may hide it away and move onto the next day. While others see this thing we call pain and feel it just the same. There are always some one like me, We use this to put up a mask to get away. This just leads all to just the same. What we do next to move forward in our path. We paint our masks with another emotion, Her sweet song is acknowledgment. Now lets get real! Will someone tell me what this means? Let me help paint another picture so that we might understand. There is a path we make for our selves. Go ahead and test this theory out. Come on don’t be shy, First you will need a few sheets of paper and a pen or pencil. Now that you have your paper out go ahead and turn it so it is vertical or tall ways. Very good, Now on that paper I would like you to draw a thermometer Vertical of course. If you don’t know what one is go ahead and draw some rail road tracks vertical on your piece of paper. Keep in mind we need to leave some space at the top and bottom of the page, About two inches on both sides should do. Now go ahead and draw a semi-circle on both ends it should look like a vertical barbell from a cartoon. Now I will only share the rest of this with you if you promise to share with someone else later on in life. Do you agree? Well the truth is it doesn’t really matter if you do or you don’t. The odds are that out of ten of you today only three will share this theory, However that’s good enough for us as long as we touched one person that’s all that matters. Just try and understand this process. In the bottom circle I want you to write the word (ME). The one at the top go ahead and leave blank for now. Now turn that page over and get ready to write on the back. On the center of the back of this page I want you to write your situation or problem or whatever happens to be troubling you, Smack dead in the center and circle it. Yes even work related problems, Just because this was written by youngsters doesn’t mean that’s who its for, Its for everyone. Everybody now, Come on, Yes even you. If you’re a little lost that’s normal don’t stress out. Here Are some ideas to help you along. Significant other Car broke down Laid off from job Broken arm Dog ran away. See this can be anything so just let your mind wander. To others this may mean nothing at all but the truth is to you, It means allot. You may even have everything you got riding on that one word on the back of your paper. Remember this is designed to help you and to be a guideline this doesn’t have to be the way you figure out your situation just an idea. Remember now there are no right or wrong answers just the one that feels best for you. Now that your thought is circled here comes the hardest part. What is the only thing stopping you from resolving this issue? Think for just a minute before you answer. What is the real answer think deeper then the surface go from a broad answer to the down to earth problem. Now we have a clear problem and the obstacles in the way, Flip your page back over and look at your drawing. Look at the bottom most section of the railroad nearest the semicircle. Draw a line through the tracks. This is your obstacles line. it’s a problem we must first recognize. Now that its there we need to think of a way to overcome this obstacles. This may take time so be patient and take your time thinking about it. At the top of the semi-circle write the word (Goal). Now to the people who see something for what it is alone and don’t take time to really think, Don’t get ahead of yourself and slow down a little. For what is something that appears to be there, It isn’t really there, but what isn’t happens to be there. Look past the obvious and write down the real answer to your goal. Maybe you might have to work with another person to solve this situation, maybe just need to work on ourselves. Leave it alone for now but ponder many things about this. If they are good write them down, If they are bad in your mind write them down anyway, on another piece of paper if you have to but don’t shoot down an idea, Because its not normal in your mindset. There is never a wrong way on this path to life, Just three ways. The short way, the long way, and the path of many. The path of many are twisty curvy paths that we carve out ourselves because of confusion with other emotions or situations that get in our way. These only seem good but usually turn you back to the very place you started. Try not to tempt fate with confusion because she can mold it to her advantage. Its our job as a vessel that travels down this river in life to stop and think. Take time to decipher this puzzle that is ever changing and never warm, But to learn the best we can from her lessons and to teach from its experiences. Chapter 2 This next one becomes a touchy subject very easily. Why is it a touchy one because its not only a surface emotion, but its what I call a heart emotion. Heart emotions come from deep inside and the stench of pain that lingers around long after this emotions cabin has left the loading docks is sometimes unbearable. It seems like there is nothing left afterward. Stop right there in your tracks. When there is nothing left is that truly the case? Think long and hard, If you answered (“No, there is nothing left.”) Think deeper beyond the surface, As a matter of fact lets all break the surface together. Close your eyes and think deeply, {In the back, Yes you there, That’s a little too deep I can hear snoring way up front, In this class there wont be any sleeping.} Anyway, Now calm yourself, I know its hard we have about forty to fifty thousand thoughts running chaos in our minds right now but all this misdirection can be solved and directed into a powerful thing for us. All you got to do is Inhale, Ex-hale and do it a few more times. ( Good, Good.) Now push aside your emotions now. Think very relaxed. Let me know when your there, (Almost there, Great.). Now think just a little deeper, When you reach that point that is calm that’s were we want to be. The problem itself is what were getting to. Now ask your self! { Self, Did I learn something from these situations}. If the answer is no, no matter how much it hurts to understand we need to work on acceptance and we might be able to work towards a goal. If it happens to be yes. Your “self” has learned something, No matter how positive or negative the situation then the situation in its entirety was worth it, In spite all the hate, all the drama, all the joy. If your learned anything it was worth it, Hold onto that feeling your going to need it to get through the rest of this road. Congratulations you have just set foot on the first step to acceptance. Keep in mind you have not fully accepted this situation there are four more steps which you have to fully pass in order to truly accept this situation. LoveHateRegretQuesting my own self/What if? These are all healthy, keep in mind we have to climb all the steps listed above and all the mini steps in-between, Your well on your way to acceptance, and you’ve just cracked the first puzzle, surface emotions. Give your self a pat on the back, Are you ready for the big one? Okay here it goes the next one is…… Chapter 3 Love (Have you ever) Have you ever sat somewhere by yourself? In a field perhaps? Picture a field with a bunch of different kinds of flowers. Right now this moment that’s where you are. What do your senses tell you? As you sit here for the first time actually realizing what is going on, The flowers everywhere the soft delicate smells. The sound of the birds chirping, somehow its soothing but you’ve never gone in depth with this kind of sense before. Its somehow a different kind of meaning but its welcoming so you stay. Then all of a sudden it takes you away, Far away into your mind. In a place that is very different but calming. You realize you finally notice all these wonderful things around you and you realize all those people who mean so much to you, If we can just learn to let our selves go we can experience this all the time. It just takes a will and the tiniest bit of happiness with a touch of good timing and allot of spirit and it will touch your soul. To realize that there is more to life that is being offered to you, and its yours for the taking what are you going to do. Take it and you may experience the meaning of life or even love, Which is a door that is usually kept shut as tight as possible, These are natural defenses don’t fight them. Even the flower that is now between your Index finger and your thumb can unlock many doors you just have to let yourself go and be willing to accept changes for the better, Let some love into your life and into your soul.We just have to put down some defenses and un-numb yourselves to what is unfamiliar but head the warning that is laid before you. Only venture forward with this one when you are truly ready. Its like the bird of fire, The Phoenix Maybe her song will help you find yourself. Sometimes we let this emotion of love pass right on by, And its usually only when its in its truest form. Remember don’t leave the one you love for the one you like, Because the one you like will always leave you for the one they love. ( This is something that most people don’t understand, Just be careful in this game of love)Then all of a sudden it hits you like a ton of bricks. All the frustration and confusion and the doubt, Self guessing and second guessing. I found myself in a situation relativity close to this one. I learned that I made mistakes and caused pain and lost the trust that I spent so long to build. All my true love really wanted was a little acknowledgment, allot more attention and the feeling that I was going to be there for her every need and to back her up when she needed the support, and to supply comfort when it was needed. This is something that every woman desires. Somehow I overlooked this for other emotions I had going on in my life and now I regret the pain that I caused. Why, Because now I see it in my own eyes, and you know it hurts more then I thought hurt could hurt. I also regret the lost of trust that me and my true love shared and the loss of my best friend at the same time. I am however thankful of the experiences I got to have with her. We shared some good love at one point of time and I hope to work towards that feeling again. Hopefully from my best friend again but if not at least that same level of concentration of love towards me. The hardest part I guess is repairing a untrusting relationship with my true love and my best friend, This is my only wish. Sometimes however its best to let an injured bird back into nature, as hard as it may be, But the only way I can show my love now is to be understanding in this time of healing and to supply with what I can to the one who needs it the most, I love her and always will, And I believe she still loves me but in the same way I can only wish, We can only wish in situations like this but is wishing is what gets it through the muck then wish away to that star in the sky. Until that time comes I’ve got tons to learn from that relationship, still learning by the way. And even more to think about. But I thank her for sharing that good love with me and for teaching me what really mattered and what is most important. What lessons I’ve already deciphered I knew the answered the entire time but I didn’t trust my judgment and for that I suffer a loss of what could have been the best thing for me. But for the experiences I’ve gained with this wonderful woman, I do not regret them and from what I’ve learned, I can only grow stronger. If any of you have experienced this give the advice to the willing and share the stores of the past. Remember hold onto what we know true and never second guess what you really feel. But if you do, Learn from life’s experiences or you will be Destin to feel it again. So be thankful of this thoughtful insight on love, Anger, Regret, and Loneliness. If you haven’t felt it, you will soon. Good luck when your time comes. Chapter 4 Loneliness and sadness Its sad but its true, We touch this subject every day of existence, unless we have fully moved on with a situation. Just today I experienced this feeling, Let me describe it to you. You know that feeling that you get deep in your gut when you know that the person who you are in love with has moved on? Well if you don’t you will soon know how it feels. Not to scare you or anything but to prepare you for what its like. Its like a deep blow to your heart, Its something I can’t really explain unless you have been there yourself. It makes you hurt so deep that it makes you sad, and mad all at the same time. It just so happens its one of those little things that I haven’t figured out yet. The reason why is because I haven’t fully accepted this situation in its integrity yet. Its probably because I don’t want to move on part of me is just holding faith that only time can heal. At least that is how it was explained to me by many of the people I have personally talked to. If they are right or not I will never know until I give it a shot. So what am I doing, you might ask? Well I am trying to use my time wisely I know what I need to do to fix this situation but does it mean that this situation will remain at this same standpoint Months down the road? Absolutely not, but will I be disappointed when it changes? Your damn right I will be! But the thing I need to understand when this situation changes is its time to move on, Thats the hardest part beacuse honestly at this point of time I am at the Lonely stage of this relationship. What I mean by that is everyone has the desire to be held and told everything will be all right even though we all know it wont be. When your in a relationship and you live with your partner for so long you get used to them being around. The thing that hurts me the most is being near others who are in a stable relationship and watching the warmth that I miss so dearly and not being able to seek it for my self. Sometimes I just need to be held and told it will be all right, I can get that from my friends but it means something totally different from the one person who has been through lots of moments with you, special moments. When you take what you have for granted and finally realize that you ***ed up usually its too late. More then likely you will experience a situation I faced, Here it is for the world to know. When I woke up from the whatever I had going on and finally came home, It was probably the day that she had decided to move out. I tried to leave notes for her but never a answer that in itself hurt. One day I came home and there was a new truck in the driveway. Instantly my heart sank, I knew that what I feared the most had come to pass. Now I have never been good with dealing with a loss, Especially one that I didn’t see coming even though I knew in my heart that my actions would cause it. It was a situation that we all have felt. Why can’t there be more time, All I want and all I wish for was there was more time. If I had more time maybe things would be different. But there is no use on pondering on what if and different endless scenarios that could have played out. The truth is, I wouldn’t be asking what if, if I could talk about what was going on instead of running away from the situation. I guess I caused this same emotion towards the one person I did not mean to hurt at all. This situation is one of those things that I guess you have to learn the hard way. This is what I mean by, Being thankful for the situation IM in now. Unfortunately I am not with my best friend / lover anymore but what I was forced to learn was to deal with the situation no matter how crude it made me feel. Why beacuse I did the same thing to her and two wrongs don’t make a right but every now and then we deserve what we got coming to us. We must rember that situations that happened in the past, happened in the past. There is nothing we can do to change the fact that it happened at all. Keep a eye on the things that happened in the past beacuse even though they seem like they are over know that they are not. When you least expect it, Just like me. It came back around and bit me in the ass. Causing leverage against me, It doesn’t matter if it was your fault or not. The situation in itself is the reason for the issue. Once I was able to accept the fact that I am the greater cause for this situation ( in this case scenario) I was able to understand the Empathy for this situation. Loneliness is the cause of greater emotions such as hate, and mistrust. Please friends if you can avoid this lesson please do, This is a lesson for the advanced, Proceed with caution, Not for the weak souls, and the weak minded. So you are the lucky one who ventured fourth into the sea of the forbidding. Lucky you what are you going to do now? Well what helps with this is to understand everything that happened. Not just immediately but everything. You got to go back a moment and experience everything one more time in your mind. There may be moments that you just find you never faced. Its time to face those moments. Congratulations for making it this far, If you have made it this far you are a strong individual beacuse sometimes, “ You just got to reach down and grab a pair and shake it a few times , After that any reaction is good as long as you get one “ For those of you who are still pondering this one let me give you another tid bit. Take a look in the mirror, Rember the part about self teaching well here it is again. say, “ Self, I understand that you are lonely, And I understand that you are upset. But Self you just got to get over it. Sometimes you need a hug, Self let me give you a hug right now. “ Beacuse in order to truly love something, and to truly feel loneliness you have to love your self to start out. These situations you cannot always control but know that you can give yourself confidence when you cannot find it anywhere else. Now IM not saying that this will work for everyone, Know that this is totally a mind thing. Did you know you can trick yourself into believing something even though its not true? It usually works best when your trying to get over a situation and when your at the point where everything else has dropped and your about to lose faith. Don’t lose faith yet beacuse there is allot of questions that you must ask yourself coming up soon. Before you can really ask yourself questions you have to understand the situation of being lonely, And most importantly understand exactly why you are lonely. After that you hold onto that good love that you have experienced to get you thus far. These are memories. The losses and the gains that you have all equal up to one important thing. Lives lessons, Take into heart the situations that you have been through the situations eigther good or bad. Now take the meanings of these situations and hold onto them. These feelings and these emotions are what mold you into what you are, and who you are. Without these in our lives we wouldn’t have the things we have now. Now it is time to find a friend who can really help you through this situation, usually this person is the person who you least likely thought who could help. And more or less the last person you even thought of. Here is what I tried, First I asked my closest friends as to there advice, This didn’t get me very far beacuse I was still at the point of confusion. Then I did the thing that even I didn’t expect me to do. I asked the friends of the person I hurt the most for advice. Even though I felt stupid asking them the people who should hate me the most for advice. Most of the best advice I have received came from them. Thankyou Logan and Lisa, Kudos are in order for you two. Honestly I didn’t think that you two would be willing to help, But to my surpass you were down to help me. Why I will never know why maybe its beacuse your as caring as I once was, and maybe still am. And Lisa you helped the most, You were right not everything made sense right away but, know that the things that didn’t eighter have or are starting to make allot of sense. Much love to everyone that was there for me when I needed you. My CO-Companionship wouldn’t have even existed if it weren’t for you two. Loving you and rember, Good Karma will come back around to you, And when it does and your wondering why or where it came from it was beacuse you successfully helped someone in need of help, And you helped with all the love you could give and thats what really matters. Whitey and The Don’t, Paula.... Words couldn’t describe how much thanks I have for you three to be part of my life. Part of the hardest part of my life, Just being able to deal with it I owe it to you three. Much love to all of you, May you receive the same help you offered me when you really need it. And Paula I know that you really need support right now, and IM sorry that everyone has left that support circle for reasons that they couldn’t control, But know that much love is being sent your way, Here on this earth, And beyond. We will miss you when your gone, I just hope that you get to actually see this and know for once that your lives purpose was to spread the teachings that you have already endured, So that they may be passed on to others who really need healing. Chapter 5 1 How to move on There is no real easy answer to this one, This is just something that we all have to figure out on our own. And know that only time can heal, Eventually you will feel acceptance of the situation you are going through, After that there is just a flood of emotions that follow. My best advice until the next book, Since there is no instruction book to life. Don’t bottle it up, Go talk to someone, A friend , A Relative, A peer, Even your boss. Know that sometimes your boss can be your best friend in a time like this. Maybe a teacher, I have asked advice from both, Taken advantage of what my local communities have to offer, If things get way to tough I know that there is a Christian/catholic church in your area that offers free concealing, Completely anonymous if you want it to be, And they offer other aides as well. Just don’t make the Mistakes that we will be teaching in the next book its only just around the corner. What are these mistakes you wonder? Just don’t rely on substances in any form to help you on your path. Talk to everyone about it not seeking pity but advice on how they delt with the situation, You will find the help and the answers that are okay with you in the most unlikely places. Pick up a magazine. Those of you who are still wondering about the diagram here it is Ready? So weightier you know it your already done just think about it and think clearly about it. Now that you have your goal at the top as long as you keep your goal clear in your mind and you don’t let other things pull you away from your goal and you stay on your path. No matter what the obstacle is you will be able to face it. Rember you are now armed with the knowledge to face one of the most difficult areas of this path to life. Teach others what you know already and by teaching you are really learning. It was once said somewhere along my chosen path. “If you can teach something, you are just fortifying the knowledge that you have already gained, And by teaching you are teaching yourself to rember. That is the most important part to life” I Don’t rember who exactly said it, It was probably a combined jumbaliah of information stored in my brain that hit all at once in limbo land, And maybe it was fortified in the form of an old man who taught me well. The situations in life are endless and will take countless pages to write them all, But the advice that will be released in the five books to understanding life better. villevalo, Um you might wanna rethink that, Pretaining to the creation of adam and eve, and when they ate the apple. God said, Woman are weak of the soul and i will mark them once on the ankle and once on the head! and blah blah blah..... so um yeah, god made us in his perfect ness, but the creation of a feeling known as questing was our true demise. When we question what we got for whatever reason, then it leads to trouble., espically with relationships. How many of you had something awsome going, then forwatever reason you questioned if you reallly loved that person. Now that relationship is over and your like that was stupid. ne way. You know, This flirting things is slightly over-rated. I man really, does it really matter, Its a hudge part of human nature to flirt, Were always trying to strive for the best and the best. But when we finally settle down, Is that when the best isnt the best anymore? Why is it that a relationship can be the most solid thing right, But the verry thing that made that relationship is the verry core of what destoryed it? Dunno just a thought.
