If she is a keeper than I think waiting can be worth it...to a point. I try avoiding sexual conversations in fear that I'll get turned down. I can find dates but I only seem to be a form of entertainment.

Sorry for the double post but: I did a "test" on another site, and found out I did not get 10x the response by posting a picture. Maybe I'm down right frightening but I've never been told so. I do not have hardly any pictures of myself and I do not like taking them because of obvious esteem issues. If I make it past the first chat session with a woman I will send a picture but they always want more. Then add in all the outdated pictures, phony, touched up and stolen pictures I've come across I really see no point.

If a women has a nice body and wants to show it off good for her. I assume she already thinks/knows she is eye candy or needs a ego massage. I have e-mailed a few such ladies only to get a link to a webcam in which I have to provide a credit card for "age verification". Needless to say I continue to look but will not attempt contact in any shape or form.

I find for the gasket to the piston of the caliper to rot and thus causing crap to get into the cylinder. You could get the cylinder honed but they usually replace it. I've lost the only person I ever trusted with my car...It was a tragic day I will never forget. I'm going to raise my son to be a Doctor, Lawyer and a car mechanic.

I have wanted out for 4 years and have been out for 8 months. I started to go to counseling before I had left because I didn’t like the way I acted around and towards my son because I lived in the same house. He basically said “She needs Help” and because of what she has been through in life I can agree. When I asked if she would get help she said oh, I’ve tried and Oh, I can’t afford it. So I should put her on my insurance so she can go to counseling? Perspective does indeed run short…I need to overcome the “I’m hurt so screw your feelings” I really need to get over the animosity before I can accomplish that, just need to figure out how. Hard thing is I never stop thinking of what I think is best for me and my son. I just don’t want to associate with her what so ever. Out of options? That is exactly how I feel, that I have none. When I left she kept almost everything and I got stuck paying 2 credit cards, past due utility bills and had to buy my son all new clothes! I spoke to a lawyer and he said to “play nice” or she gets %25 of your paycheck. When I said we agreed on shared custody he said that doesn’t matter. Breathe 1…2…3…lol Sole custody is out of the question and the lawyer agrees that I have no chance. How do I get proof? Hire a PI? What purpose will the journal do if it’s just hear say? I would never use my son against his mother. The reason I ask all these questions is because of her past, not to child friendly to say the least. He goes over to her mothers and her mother did some awful things to her of which I could never forgive. So I feel I need to know everything as I do not want the same things to happen to my son that happened to the ex. I don’t think it’s so much he feels I’m being intrusive as much as she is telling him not to tell daddy certain things. I hope I am wrong but how do I know? The only thing that bothers me about this guy is the fact that he was mommy’s friend when daddy was around but now that daddy’s gone its mommy’s boyfriend. Does that not confuse a child or am I just over thinking as usual? Funny you mention exercise I have recently took it up and when I get enough cash I’m getting a punching bag. If I where to go outside and scream the neighbors would call the cops, I’ll scream into a pillow lol. Believe me it did rear its ugly head during the worst times which is why I went to counseling. I got yelled at for not going up to the house but at least her grandmother still likes me. What do you mean restraining order, for what? How do I go about getting a reliable witness? And if they are with me wouldn’t that be a biased witness? Yes she is a dependant which is why I left. Thanks for the advice it made me feel allot better. Looks like I’ll be prioritizing and setting some goals tonight. Even if I cannot find my future mate on POF I’ll be here for the great advice. Many thanks, Rich

I don't know why but when I even think about my ex it upsets me greatly. The sight of her makes my jaw tighten up and stomach hurt. Right before I had left a "guy friend" she was working with taught me how to ride a motorcycle. Well after I had moved out guess who moved in...In about a month? How many people have one in the "batters box" before they are even out of a relationship? Now your probably saying she knew it was coming...according to her she did. But why does she always call up crying saying why do you hate me? And what did I do wrong? And are you seeing anyone? She even says stuff like I have no money and I don't want to go to court so I took 2 part time jobs. Then complains how she can't spend any time with our son. She has been on 2 vacations this summer and I have been on 0. I have to watch our son when she's away. Now he's crying I miss mommy and I wish I could see mommy and that sort of thing. When I see him upset I think its my fault and feel really bad. So she calls today and I'm doing dishes and when I look over he is covering the phone! Then when I have my son (he's 7) I ask how his day was and what he did and he avoids the question and says stuff like "mommy told me not to tell you” and references mommy's friend(s) but says he can't say who they are. I am seriously thinking of NOT having anymore children as I don't think I can put another child or myself through this BS. I don't know any single parents to ask these questions..anybody can help a fella out?

I had a severe case of road rage. I clipped a guy doing 70+ because he cut me off 2 times in less than a mile. I have driven 200,000 miles in the past 5 years from buffalo to Boston, Plattsburg to DC and never hit a thing...sober. Luckily nobody got hurt and I learned a good lesson. I could scare the life out of most people but know worse! But since I learned to ride a motorcycle I have more of the "fend for my life" mentality. It good to eventually pull your head from your hind quarter.

I have the same problem. I don't like introducing my son to "possibles" and I work long hours and have had my son almost every weekend this summer. She will call and say stuff like I have no money so I took on extra hours and I need you to watch our son. If I say no it's off to the courts so I was told by a lawyer to "play nice"... So much for 50/50
