When I was a 'smoker' 20 odd years ago now - I lived on coffee & cigarettes - since I gave up smoking I can't stomache coffee at all - love Tea - divine :)

Ohh God - couldn't agree more Mr Piquancy123 - a few years back I won the Tequila slammer competition at the Reef Resort on the Coral Coast Fiji and my younger sister was runner up - we were sick for two days straight and neither of us have touched it again but we did beat the Public Service guy from Canberra

Strange............... to me having a baby was the best gift I've ever received after being told I was infertile by my GP & confirmed by my Gyno... it's a gift that keeps on giving - he is my heart & soul & I'm blessed to have him in my life

I for one will probably have my hours cut severely as I work in a ' Sporting Club' - We trade till 2.30am Friday & Saturday nites and until 12.30am the rest of the week - Our Club has a 'courtesy bus' and most people are responsible but I do notice it is the Women who tend to take the risk of 'drink driving' - We do ring the Police if we believe a Patron has had one too many and gets into their vechicle to drive home and we practise Responsible Alcohol as per Govt guidelines and have attained Certification Certificates which is a requirement to work in the Hospitality Industry - 'I remember the good old days when one was responsible for their own behaviour'

One of my Duty Managers a few years back used to soak her jewellery in Vodka behind the bar - she always claimed it did the job better then anything else - always wondered if she swilled down the left-overs when she took her jewellery out of the dish - hmmmmm

I'm a neither - When I worked in the Banking Industry for 20 years - had to do the 'Corporate' look Now I work in the Hospitality Industry (11.5 years) - so wear the 'Hospitality' look When I'm home on the odd (occasion) - I wear jeans, t-shirt & gotta have the killer high heels - makes me 6' tall & 'dangerous'

I dye my hair and have no problems with a man dyeing his hair but I think alot of guys choose a colour which is too dark - maybe in the hope of hiding the grey in their hair - which tends to look very obvious and screams 'HAIR DYE' - choose a natural shade which compliments your skin colouring and have it done professionally if you can - but I also think the 'natural' favours a man - so whatever suits you and makes you comfortable- go with it - because YOU should never have to change to 'suit' another person.

I'm not into 'theme parties' .................. our work Christmas party is once again this year a 'theme party' ! So like last year I doubt that I will attend - I would rather dress as myself instead of 'a character' & as I'm on a limited budget I can't afford the 'fancy hired costume' & as I'm artistically challenged I just can't 'throw something together' - bah humbug!

I have found myself feeding my Son's local teenage friends lately due to their individual circumstaces-I usually cook Lasagne,Potato Bake,garlic bread,spag bog as they enjoy eating this type of food but as I'm a single Mother myself I would like some cheap,easy,quick meals to feed about four hungry teenages for Dinner as I really don't want to give them the same menu all the time - thank you

I gave up after I was rushed to Hospital in an Ambulance many years ago - I developed Quinsy of the throat&lungs and I know it sounds gross but I literally couldn't swallow my own spit as the abscesses were so large. I was in there for a week on a drip taking massive amounts of drugs & the lovely staff would shove paddle pop sticks down my throat to burst them & scrape them out. I was basically told on release if I smoked again I would drop dead - stayed off them for a whole week as I was still so sick but first thing I did when I felt bit better was light up a smoke - back to Hospital again in the Ambulance & I swear I wanted to die - I was so ill - I have not touched one since& after all these years at times I still think about smoking but rarely now

Well the reckless, stupidity of a 17 year old boy has just resulted in the death of my Son's girl friend/neighbour aged 14 :( 17 yr old unlicensed driver - took his Mum's car without permission six in car - one 14yr old Female killed - others in car with serious injuries 17 yr old driver - minor injuries - adventurous ? I have 500kg of Turkey mince in the freezer & would like some suggestions on what to do with it besides Rissoles/hamburgers.....I have also previously made a 'chow mein' style meal using Turkey mince with cabbage, onion,carrots, rice etc but the thing is I have not told my Teenage Son it's Turkey as he will only eat beef/pork/lamb ..........
