OK fishes, I talked to Ron and the special use Permit is covered. We had to take out some extra insurance in case anyone gets hurt. (hopefully that wont happen) I have the generator and extension cords covered. I"m bringing some extra food and beer. I"ve never heard of huckleberries and don"t know where to get them. Anyone know of this please let me know so I can help cover our DJ. (gottadance). Ron and I have to be their at 8:30 am so we can set up and do some cleaning. I will have some signs posted with red ballons along the major routes. The party begins at 11:00 sharp. I have the volleyball and net covered as well as (1) one set of bags, horseshoes, frisbees, softball (16 inch), and bat. I also wanted to let you know that there is NO WATER AT THIS PRESERVE. I will fill up a couple of 5 gallon buckets of water and I have provisions for filling the water ballons. PLEASE EVERYONE, lets keep the water away from the DJ and his equipment and the generator. I went out and bought my secret weapon so if I get wet,...BE PREPARED!!!!!! WE should all have a good time. Goodybag: I"m going to Tinley Park this Sunday cause I know the bass guy in 5 guys named moe. I used to work with him. They are a great band and I haven"t seen them in a while. Anyone not yet signed up for this party you dont know what your missing out on. Only 9 days left...............WHOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOO

Jules: One time when I was a kid we had a party in the woods and one guy brought a juke box. They had a generator out in the trees so you could"t hear the noise from the engine with a long extension cord. This could still be a possibalty as I have some friends that are in the construction trades that I could borrow one from. OH well, It"s only an idea..........

I do have a volleyball and a net that I"m bringing plus horseshoes, a softball, frizbees, and a set of bags with boards. I don"t think thats its wrong to invite the kids. I used to go with my dad to his PWP ( parents without partners) events and had alot of fun. My parents are divorced also when I was younger. Who knows, maybe the kids will find some new friends also. Anyway, It"s all up to the person . This should be one heck of a partyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. Yessssssssssssssssssssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Time: 11:00 am to sunset Date: Sunday July 26th 2009 Rain or shine Place: Willow Springs Woods----- Right off of willow springs road just South of Archer avenue on the east side of the street. Hosted by navy4ever and co-hosted by mach56 All you need is a lawn chair, cooler with something to drink, and maybe a picnic lunch. WE could use some small grills. There will be some activities such as volleyball, softball, been bags, horseshoes, badmitten, And maybe a co-ed water balloon toss. Children, and pets are also invited But please NOTE that pets must be on a leash. Fun for all and we can get to know each other a little better. Directions are from I-55 and Lagrange road (route 45) : Take Lagrange road South to the Archer ave. exit and go west to Willow Springs road. Turn left and go South just a few short blocks to the Willow Springs forrest Preserve. Turn into the preserve and up the hill and we are the grove on the left. We have a Shelter with plenty of picnic tables.There are porta-johns that are in the preserve also. Come out and let"s have some fun!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone to bring their own food/drinks for the event, some are bringing a dish to pass for the community table, but that is up to you......
