Has anyone made a point of dating tall women?
Posted: 1/21/2009 3:51:56 AM | I am 6 feet myself.... I find dating hard...period. The short guys are too intimidated and the tall guys seem like they want a dainty lil' 5"5 female. I must admit, society's view of what is attractive or feminine doesn't always work to my advantage. I am never going to be dainty or 120 lbs without looking anorexic.....so that can play on a taller woman's mind. Personally...most of my dates were always shorter....partially because tall men are rare where I am from.... and the shorter guys were the one's that approached me and tried to get to know me. I wonder if perhaps men have an image in their minds as well..... to look or feel like a "man" they have to be bigger than female. I must admit when I do date shorter guys I never date skinny ones....maybe to make myself feel more feminine....who knows! (All I do know is anyone I date must be able to deal with my addiction to heels) | | | |
