What happened to hockey on TSN and SportsNet? It's gone! Posted: 1/13/2007 11:50:00 AM
TSN only shows a couple "out of market" games a week, probably 1. TSN carries the majority of the Leaf games, Sportsnet I think gets like 15 of them, and LeafsTV gets the rest. Take it up with the CRTC not allowing TSN to show more out of market games =) If you're REALLY that unhappy - Rogers/Cogeco offers a supersports package for like $28/month. You get MLB/NFL/OHL/NASCAR/NCAA/NHL/NBA games.

lol...sure have...and I'm sure most people have. I was like 17, and was dating someone and she wouldn't leave me alone when I was sick with pneumonia, I told her like 10 times I'd call her back, so I called a friend up mine up and had her claim that I was sleeping with her and she should back off and so on and we'd leave messages for each other in public whee they could be read by the "real" gf and so on...=)

If anyone has noticed about Dallas's recent... how can I say this.. rather dismal performances?... As soon as they're down, the run game goes bye bye. How can they abandon it with Barber and Jones running? but hey, Dallas gets Detroit next week... Philly gets Shitlanta... Dallas is a win, Philly is gunna lose =).. I fully agree they have to put in a "hard cap" but the funny part is, as much as the Yankees dominate [which makes it hard for Toronto to get into the post-season].. you gotta admit.. wasn't it awesome watching Detroit beat the Yankees?... I love seeing them lose, especially to AAA-like teams like Kansas City =)

There is a salary cap in baseball if I'm not mistaken. But teams like the Yankees and Red Sox just play the luxery tax for going over it and get to keep their teams.

It's supposed to mean that they lie so much that they believe themselves. If you noted, which I doubt, I said men do the same thing. Also, Yeah, I've read MY profile. I think the fact that it does not state anything of use to anyone other than not looking/not single pretty much clears any sort of issue you think you may have with it.

Oh The Irony. =) I laugh when I think that like 3/4 of all my ex's ended up turning into little Zeppelins. =) Now, I'm not small myself, but I still found it very funny on how they all "magically" gained a ton of weight... I think of all of them, TWO didn't gain at least like 20+lbs. But those two ended up, or are going to have kids =) So, maybe I'm a jerk and I find it funny. I only really hate one of the ex's too anyway. So it's not even a matter of dislike in most cases that I'm laughing at them.. =)

I use those gift bags things, since I really suck at wrapping presents. Like the OP, I use a lot of tape, mostly to flatten the bubbles created by unevenness. This year I think I'll make sure whatever I buy comes housed in an easily duct taped box. Everyone will hate me, which is of course, my mission. I love your thinking. I think i need to do the duct tape thing. actually, I think I'm going to do that to some "stocking stuffer" things =) Everyone thinks I'm a jerk anyway, so whats a little duct tape going to do =) Side note: I'm "that guy" who puts a cd in like a TV-Box =)

I Have a friend who got tanked up one night... took a cab ride home and was about 2.5-3 blocks from my house, fired off a belch and I heard him as if he was standing next to me.... Not at all... I'll shoot you off some advice on how to score a job 1) McDonalds and Video stores always hire teenagers in school. [money is money, right?] 2) Good grades and always late for school.. I wouldnt mention the late for school part =) 3) Don't apply too late at night. It'll make you look unmotivated. If you go right after school, and do it in person and not just via the internet, you're probably going to be more in luck. 4) Apply at places more than once.. you'll look more dedicated to them. Enjoy =)

Well its official.. he did sign in Toronto... now I'm hoping I mis-read how much they're paying him.... I just saw and its not AS bad.. its a 2-Year $18M contract which $10M Of it is a 2009 option I guess. I dont think this guy is worth THAT much, especially being as injured as he has been, but hey, I guess thats why I'm here and not running some Pro-Team into the ground =)
