i much prefer a western society than a middle eastern one when it comes to ego's of women ...because at least in the west they are allowed to have a mind of their own...and that has a positive influence upon society rather than the boring clones they create in the middle east

i'm deeply offended that people should see kanye west as a jackass ...he is not a jackass he's an ***hole ! and a very selfish one at that what makes it even worse is that some stupid young people will now love him even more more that ( unless it was then going up there to collect their award ! what he did was unforgivable in my opinion was obama right to say what he said is a very good question ? my answer is yes he was because even as the president of the U.S.A he should also be entitled to a public opinion like the rest of us very good thread jwg86

Ah, gillyloves, if you don't deal with it, you might wind up like my mother. and who makes that decision ? one thing that i discovered a few years ago when i was going through my meaning of life part one...and a lot of deep thinking .. was that our perception of life , love , romance , spiritual enlightenment , and of the relationships that we encounter with other beings whilst we're going through our journey in life is based merely upon our education ,experiences so far , our consious awareness , and the state of mind that we were in at the time that we chose to perceive it !! now before we start can somebody please tell us what consious awareness and state of mind we should all be in before we stat this conversation

are you still arguing with someone after they've died and is not longer a part of your life ? i did'nt like my father's victorian values and introvertness ...and at the same time he was a very big man and dish out a brutal beeating when i was just a child ( which is one of the reasons why i did'nt like him very much ) !am i wrong to refuse to go to his grave ?

hi soft at heart ! i had a stutter for 30 years of my life until a series of things happened ..and thats after going to speech therapist from when i was kid ( jumping over the school gate to get there when i was 7 years old ) ! seeing counsellors/ psycologist and various hynotherapist until i finally went to the british institute of anaylitical hypnotherapist about 20 years ago ! basically i advice you to do the same thing ! they basically hypnotise you and talk directly to your subconsoius mind asking it a lot of questions which you answer using your hands or finger ( or what ever part the subconsious mind will allow to represent it over a period of time , until the counsellor decides that its time for the subconiuos mind ( if its willing to allow the scenes to be replayed that disturbed you and made to stutter in the first place ) then eventually gets you to understand the scene then erase it from your mind ..THEN SLOWLY REBUILD CONFIDENCE IN THAT AREA ! there's lots to talk about there

hi toonsmith ! i knew you were a star and an enjoyable person to talk to the moment you started talking !!! if there were more people like you in that diploma class i would'nt have walked out after the first day !!!! well where do i start when there's sooo much to say ?... i never even knew that you were a cartoonist ! first of all how long have you been a cartoonist ?...and what madeyou decide to get into animation as opposed to being an artist or a dramatist ? what type of cartooinst are you ? ... a comic cartoonist ..or a movie cartoonist ? ...and whats all this bussiness about people going crazy over japanese cartoons ...whats it called again ? ... is it lonely being a cartoonist always working by yourself all the time ? see long term i want to be a filmmaker and end up making films with people not soo much so profit ...but as an enjoyable interest with people i enjoy talking too and socialising with ..but eventually become a proffesional screenplay writer that makes is money writing screenplays ... but don't want to be a solo writer ..but with a screenplay writing partner ... because its the sharing of the ideas and rolling with each others stream of consiousness that turns me on more than a sola succesfull person !! a couple of years ago a did a higner national certificate media production course for a year and met a filmmaking partner on the first day of the course to start rolling with man ! when it came to making a project film we decided to make a film for black history month about the black people that had always fought for the british empire and surviving soldiers that were still alive from world war 2 ( this was a white guy by the way .. a great filmmaker that kept coming up with fantastic ideas, loved all my ideas and we kspt having beautifull filmmaking conversations 24 hours a day around the clock) ! we both made each other's year in that class i'm going through the same thing right now with an african woman filmmaking freind of mine ... and i know the same things going to happen with another english girl ..a guy from spain .. another from latin america ... and eventually a japanese girl ( the the way japanes filmmakers are crazy ..if she rings me up and says " i'm making a film in japan about me scratching my ass "..i'll be on the next flight over because she's so off key with a great imagination you jst know its going to be a something nobodies ever done before ) ! anyway i'll take a break and come back ...and start talking about some of the very interesting points that you mentioned in your post !

hi the Lone haranguer ! my story is a different one when it comes to education ..because i'm at the stage of my life where i've been doing various filmmaking courses over the last few years to learn how to make films after spending 12 years working for BBC television in london, and 2 years at pinewood film studios as a highly qualified film and television studio location lighting electrician... and i'm now slowly starting to roll as a filmmaker ! i really do these courses more to meet people more than learning more about filmmaking.. and has decided that i can do six 10 week courses and meet six sets of new people during the space of that diploma... carry on doing individual modules leading to a B.A in film and media then hopefully end up doing a masters in screenplaywriting in years to come.. but i'm in no rush what so ever !!! so thats why i'm very sensitive when it comes to choosing who i want to talk to and not talk to when it comes to meeting new film students and making films ( all the projects are group based ) ...and i just knew that the people on that course just was'nt the kind of people that i wanted to spend 9 months 3 days a week talking to.... because after been in the business for a while you soon realise that its not just all about what you know about the filmmaking world ...but who you know and whether you can work together with them !!! funny enough i've just put the phone down to one of my best freinds a girl that's still in that class that i walked out off...thats thinking out walking out as well ....eheh ! eheh ! eheh ! we did the ' how to make a music promotion video ' course together !! we're on the phone to each other all the time ,and see each other every week because we're working on a big reality internet tv filmmaking project together about a guy that wants to become a pop star! but like her and 4 other very good freinds that i met on that course we all ' CLICKED ' imediately and loved each other right from day one !...and can't wait to carry on getting more involved with each others projects away from college , and thats what its really all about for me from now on ! its all about meeting people that you know that you're going to get with really well with...can go on a stream of comsiousness with ! enjoying networking and meeting more people like them through them !...and if there's not enough people in the class that you can share thoughts and get on with... its best to move on to new places and meet new faces . by the way i also do 3 other film/tv theory evening classes a week as well where i loved the teachers and the students as soon as i walked through the door.. and they love me as well !! its helps when you've got people that you can roll with rather than ending up arguing with and spontaneously producing great stuff instead !

i walked out after the first day of a one year 3 days a week filmmnking diploma class last week because i never 'clicked ' with the students in the class and did'nt fancy spending a year with them !
