Well when I got done with HS i told myself i need to find something to do with my life so it was. A. Be a auto tech or B. become a chef I worked on cars since I was 13 and I was cooking when i was 14. so lol it came down to a coin toss. now after 5 years out of culinary school I'm have been in food and wine mag. 2 times.
