my son has aspergers syndrome...i noticed the signs ssince day 1 actually since his dad has it also. i contacted First Steps right away and my son recieved therapy and treatment. he is now 9 yrs old and is doing great. feel free to contact me if u need anymore advice or have questions. the sooner he is diagnosed the better.

the first date-we talked for about an hr and then had him over to do a massage on him. we hit it off great. iv seen him 3 times. the 2nd date-on my birthday i was talking to this guy for a few hrs and he took me to lunch that day. we still talk even tho im trying to see if things work out w/the first guy. im NOT keeping the 2nd guy for a fall back...hes a real decent guy and understands i just want to b friends.

NO!!! Why would it be? If men are punished for hitting the same should go for women. One of the neighbor girls hits my son alot so I told him to hit her back. He did and all the parent's were outraged. They all say boys dont hit girls under any circumstance...BS! If a girl hits a boy in anger she should expect him to defend himself.

my situation was similar yet different...i was married to a really controlling jerk! i had a very abusive childhood so when he started wrapping his hands around my throat and hitting me i just told myself to grin and bare it...atleast i was out of my parents house! yrs went by and i endured the daily abuse--the name calling, the hitting, the controlling, etc. after a few failed attempts i finally made a new start. i left alot out cause i didnt wanna bore the readers but eventually found my self esteem--which i never really had to begin with and iv moved on! imma disabled less educated woman but since iv learned to move on i hope it goes to show that it is possible! a suggestion to help move on is to go back to school and learn a new skill--change ur life for the better!
