i have never had stuffing in my turkey as i bbq it with apples in the cavity to hold the rotisserie spit strait and the apples bake inside and let the juice run into the meat,

i have used a large cooler , placed towels in the dryer and get hot , then wrap whatever i am transporting with the hot towels and place in the cooler , worked well for me .

still not sure if i can make it and i mite have to find somewhere for my dog but if i can make it i can do ribs takes little better than 2 hrs and the euchre people can be waited for i am sure , everyone can eat later i would just need to know where to go and how many wanted ribs, if i can make it ,

i bbqed my turkey as i usually do , i stuff with a couple apples to hold the spit centered for the rotissere then give the bird a rub with spice , i normally use orange juice but this time i used cranbeery juice in a tray under the bird , slow cooked for 6 hours and the last 2 hours baste with cranberry juice, it was really good , i think i prefer the orange juice over the cranberry buyt i tried something new and it worked out ok , i didn't have to pull out the emergency ham lol ( i try to get a bird about 10 to 12 lbs or so ) PS poke the apples with a fork in a few spots so as they bake they let their juices flow better into the bird.

Luckily its a free country ( so far) and i will not be getting a shot even tho i am in the list of should get it , i stopped getting a flu shot yrs ago and have been just fine, i will take my chances on this one!!

I have eaten alot of wild meat and enjoy it still today altho i no longer hunt favorite in order is elk, moose, deer , then antelope which really needs to be made into peperroni and yes the way it is handled really does affect the taste i have never eaten bear altho was almost eaten by a bear a couple times !

Pizza ordered in on paper plates works everytime then you can get all the veggies you want and he can go for the full meal meat deal without having to choke down veggies or fish that you lovinly prepared yup go for the 2 for 1 deal he will like you even more!!

is anyone interested in sunday brunch gatherings at the paradise canyon golf course?, they have a great brunch for 8 .95 + coffee and it runs from 9 till 2 every sunday if people are interested i would talk to them about setting a large table for us, let me know !
