my ex was very honest, after 4yrs he told me he 'just wanted to sleep with other women'...and that was over the phone. now, did I appreciate his honesty? not at first now..........Hell yes! good riddance...........lol

You could have a section that caters to the gym crowd ie healthier fare - healthy pizza with feta and grilled veggies - vietnamese salad rolls with peanut sauce - wraps, wraps, wraps - fruit smoothies - fruit and yogurt/granola - healthy sandwiches on whole wheat anything healthy you can take on the run...

wow! everyone seems to be done with babies/kids on here....and I'm 36 and am now finally ready. I would say if you both want a child, GO FOR IT. I personally don't care that I'll be in my 50's and still have a child around, I have lived for myself and have been selfish, have travelled and have done what I wanted for a long long time...so for me it would be another chapter in my life, if it happens :) (if not, I'll get a cat) hehehe

I NEVER know when someone is flirting with me, I guess I'm too shy to look at them in the eye...but I have a friend who is a pro at it and I watch what she does...she makes eye contact and keeps it, then if we are having a drink, she sends one over! and they WILL come over then, it works every time. But personally I find that terrifying!! but I did try the eye contact thing with two guys, one came over and eventually gave me his number and the other asked what I would like to drink....k, that was over 10yrs ago now that I tried that! you'd think with age the confidence would come eh? that's what it is...confidence.

ok, hope this hasn't been done yet...any good cheeses you want to share and/or cheese recipes!! Anyone ever have Raclette? its a Swiss dish that uses a grill to melt raclette cheese then pour onto potatoes.......amazing! k, my mouth is watering now...

corn on the cob from a vendor in mexico city....it was dipped in a mayo-like substance ;) then sprinkled with cheese and and dashes of hot sauce!! OMG was it amazing! also, the tostado stands in mexico..Mmmmmm...

here's a website of a local Vancouver, BC place that makes tofu...their website has a recipe section...http://www.sunrise-soya.com/recipes.htm I've only used tofu for stir-frys so far so I'm also looking for other interesting recipes too! Enjoy :)

WTF... ever heard of TESTOSTERONE boys....it's also a hormone that comes with anger, rage, drinking too much, screwing around on the wife or g/f and just plain moody...and yes, testosterone and driving do not mix either.......as for PMS...keep me away from a car, I might cry myself home ;) lol.....NOT........it's all about knowing yourself and self control. as for drinking problems...both sides of my family drink and a large number are alcoholics...talk about problems...alcohol covers up emotional issues.....it's horrible...and it makes a waste of good people. always in the back of my head............I enjoy my drinks, but in moderation.....

don't give up musicnme! when you are not 'looking' you will find someone...have you been to any POF events? I haven't yet but they sound like a better way to meet people, in a group :) hang in there...I went through the same thing a few years ago when dating online on another site...I got really discouraged with the 'serial daters'...but this site seems to have kept my attention so far because I'm making friends first, never mind the 'dating! lol

well I always lose my umbrella (leave it in the bank or on the bus) but end up finding another!! just make sure you keep to the right when you are walking (even though most others don't) and move your umbrella to be courteous....but if you really want, keep your eyes hiden under the umbrella (no eye contact) and they will move for you!!! if not, they are dumber than doorknobs...and I'm sure I've been one of them ;) hehe who says BCer's don't use umbrellas???! it's a must..it rains like stink here....well, Vancouver it does....blah! gonna miss beautiful victoria weather ! ahhhh
