Well I think you are pretty rude. To imply that I might be easy because I said to meet me at my house. Did you ever think that there might be circumstances that you don't know about. I don't have the time to put every little detail in the story, like the fact that I had just wrecked my car. If I had known that dim witted people like you would automatically assume the worst I would have said that to begin with. but unfortunately I assumed that people who replied to the thread would be kind. Maybe you assumed I was easy because of the way you behave. To all the others who posted supportive and kind replies I say Thank You.

Thanks for the suggestion, but my goal is to try to get people from Jackson area and down to get together. I think places like Tupelo are a little far for us people in southern Ms. If anyone would like to help me organize something that would be great.

I know that we have all been through a hard month. I wish all of you here in Ms. well. I want to try to start a get together. Let's face we all deserve a break and a good time,and i would love to meet some of the great people I have shared emails and chats with. And of course I want to meet those of you I haven't talked too. So if anyone has any suggestions or would like to help me organize a get together for Ms. Please post a reply or email me. If I recall correctly, I contacted him first. And he is definately not shy, from what I learned from our phone conversations, he was the opposite. I understand that men want to stand up for other men, but guys let's face it, this one was a jerk, just like some women are b***h's!

I know for sure the guy didn't show because we were supposed to meet at my house. And as for maybe something happened or some unexpected circumstance, I emailed and told him that if there was a reason that was out of his control I would understand with no response back and no he did not die, I see him on my buddy list on aol. So basically he is just a jerk! I guess this is just hard for me to get I have never been stood up before, I have stood up people before but I have always had the curtesy to call and explain why. In fact, I missed a date recently because I had this terrible flu and slept right through it, but I did call and leave a voice mail afterwords to let that person what happened. Don't people understand that we have feelings and stuff like this hurts.

I just don't get it! You have great conversations, you seem to have a lot in common, you plan to meet and what happens? Some jerk stands you up, now phone call, no email, nothing. Why are people such cowards? How hard is it to pick up the phone and say I am not interested or I am not ready to meet you yet! Aren't we adults. Why can't people have enough consideration for peoples feelings to at least be honest. Help me understand, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

Lately I have had some real deep discussions and people keep saying when you meet "THE ONE" you will know. Well of course that brings up all the questions! Does everyone have one great love? Will you know when you meet that person? Have you already met that person and screwed it up? I know no one out there can seriously answer these questions, but I really want to know what people think, male and female. Thanks.

I am new to this online thing and have already met a few nice guys, but what I want to know is, will I meet someone? I mean I know there are not definate answers on ANYTHING in life, but really what are the odds. I am recently divorced and I know I won't meet anyone in a bar! Well anyone who wants more than sex!!!!! And I am not religious so I won't meet anyone in church because I don't go, so I said what the hell and I am giving this a try. So how do you feel chemistry with someone online?

I don't think there is anything wrong with your profile, unfortunately us women are always complaining about wanting a sweet man who is sensitive but when one crosses our path we decide we just want to be friends and we always end up with a jerk. The problem is we want our cake and want to eat it too! Personally I am looking for a man who knows when to be naughty and when to be nice. So what I am saying is that you are nice and girls suck!
