What do you think about lower back tattoos?

I have had a low back tatto for about 28 yrs and only ever had good feed back about it.
I had it on my low back L4/L5 to cover a lscar after an accident, followed by an op..
BUT
. . . This is your muvver speaking :-) D o think very carefully before you have one done because it costs lots and hurts loads to have them removed so I have been told. Not that I would ever have mine removed.

You can buy easily in the uk or on the net. BUT to be honest I found after a while they didn't help much. Meditation is great and can really help you raise your pain thresh hold.
Pain killers make you constipated which only makes back pain worse. Gentle stretches ect can help but don't over do them. The most immportand thing is to learn to love yourself as you are now and not let the mind fight with the body. After looking at a hospitals dirty ceiling for 2 1/2 years I finally thought I got 2 choices either get up and at it or kill youself. Guess which one I chose? :-) BUT when things get really really bad a spliff hits the spot.

8 Types Of Guys Women Avoid , who wants to be labeled,

Having read your posting I decided to check your profile. I have a question for you. . Do you not like women? You cannot dump every woman into the same bag of women that have hurt you. We are all trying to get by the best we can . . .That includes you to my friend. I class myself as "normal" Never felt the need to marry even tho we had 4 great kids. The list applies to men as well. Come on lighten up. Make someones day by being nice to them. O! and I hate shopping. Me I like red, wine hand holding, hugs, paddling in the sea playing on the swings and SO much more.

I read your post with sadness. Some women are like that yes. Not all, first you get back what you give out. So if you don't give out the hand holding, cheek kissing, hugs and so you don't get them back. Now a GOOD MAN is one who allows a woman to just be herself and accepts her she is. Warts and all. No one is perfect. So in closing I say to you look at the good in people and be true to yourself. J

Back pain where to begin?? MMMMM! I really need to know where the pain is. I would hazard a guess that it is lower back maybe L3/L4 disc or L4/L5 disc. Let me know. I can then give you some advise on back care. Not too many pain killers cos they make you constipated which can make back pain worse.

Question about tanning
Posted:

I work in a beauty salon with/gym/yoga room/ tanning beds / hair salon/beauty rooms. People of varying colour come in and use sun beds. The darker the skin the less likely they are to burn and the quicker the tan will build. People with black skin rarily want to lie/stand in sunbeds. Although they too can burn in the sun. Lots of people just like to lie down in the warmth and relax.MMMMMMM! Hope that helps
