thanks for the tips, I do jog 5 days a week and eat fairly healthy (no junk food and little sugar) so far no real progress except my lungs are healing nicely (quit smoking when I started jogging) anyway, thanks again :)

I lost my grandfather, grandmother and a friend from cancer, i think the biggest thing anyone can do for a cancer patient is to be there for them and support them in their decision, if it is to do chemo or some other form of treatment, or to just wait.

Hey :) I'm 6'1" 271lbs (gained 3 lbs ._.) and I'm thinking about getting in to body building, I have plenty of extra fat for my muscles to feed on if thats the way it works XP I'm sorta hoping ill just melt away the fat and have muscle but not too sure how to do it. Anyway, also the only equiptment I have available is 2 10lb dumbells and one 20-30 lb dumbell. Any advice at all would be greatly appreciated, thanks a lot.

it doesn't matter to me, can't speak for every man but I think kids rock, as do moms and If the person I fall in love with happens to have a child then that just adds something to the relationship that could realy strengthen the bond, but thats just my opinion I know I don't speak for everyone.

I think if you're looking for money you might find it, and that sounds like what you're looking for lol, if you're looking for love the age wont matter, neither will the pay check...this whole thing disturbed me somehow...the world is sorta messed up don't you think? people care more about pieces of paper with numbers on them then personality...

guys arent all the same lol, I know personaly if I'm nervous I'll act flirty sometimes, try to be laid back..doesn't mean I want to get laid and if the guy is taking the time to actualy call you it could mean he does like you, never know.

the question "Does god exist" seems to be more of an argument starter then a productive topic of discussion seeing as there is absolutely no proof for or against it. But, the question only matters to people who don't believe in god since those that do have faith that god exists and don't need any proof faith is only faith as long as you have something that you need to have 'faith' in, once you know for certain that it is true its not faith anymore its just a simple fact of life.

know what you mean, I'm the same...dont let them drug you up, only person that can do anything for you is yourself, meds are just a crutch that you don't need, trust me. Just gotta get out more, lift your head up, I thought people were looking at me and talking about my also, my therapist actualy helped with that one when he said " you're not a celebrity, why would people bother?" lol, wich is realy true if you think about it, everyones walking around in their own little world, wont bother to think about and laugh behind your back right? (unless they have absolutely nothing else to do, wich...well just makes them dumb asses) anyway..I say just get at it, changing your physical daily activity, your self questioning(the questions you ask yourself in your head all day) will change your emotional state. good luck.

hey all, I'm 6'1" and 275lbs (last time I checked), I'm trying to lose 85lbs in 8 months and realy have no idea what to do, I'm gonna walk and drink more water/green tea but other then that, not quite sure where to go, I cant join a gym so that is out of the question, any idea's? I've always been fat so I know this isnt going to be easy lol. Thanks in advance

Love conquers all, but real love is something you only get once in a lifetime, sure you can love someone but that doesn't mean its true love...humans are social creatures, they can 'love' someone for a lot of reasons, fulfilling their basic needs, keeping them company, being similar...a lot of things. Anyway, when you find the one you're meant to be with it will be different and I'm guessing will come randomly, from the stories I've heard from old couples/widows/widowers..the great majority of them met their partner totally out of the blue lol, so its something to think about at least.

Well with me, I was taught by my Grandfather, he was an artist with many talents and he taught me all he could, but he died of cancer not too long ago(a few years) and I stopped painting after that, just couldn't bring myself to do it, and when i was going to try again my father passed away so maybe a subconcious idea that its cursed or something i dont know lol.

Girls on here are pretty picky I wouldn't worry too much about it, go out and chat it up with some girls in a real situation, everyone's different and will either like/disslike you because of it but dont put too much weight on what others say about you or dont say about you online, its mostly because they dont realy know you, or they are shallow, either way.

i think the 'average' vagina is only something like 4 inches in depth?..something like that , anyway. The sizes vary, I personaly have a small penis, but am confident that I could please any woman that wanted me to, very few women orgasm from penetration alone, good foreplay and using your mouth/hands/toys can all give a lady an orgasm. If you needed a big dong to please a woman all the lesbians would be very sexualy frustrated lol. anyway thats just my opinion :P everyone is different, it doesn't make you shallow but I would dump them asap if you couldnt handle it, otherwise you're being evil lol, some guys just cant take criticism of their junk.

lol Ochristy yeah I know what you mean, looks matter to alot of people, pretty is pretty, people like pretty things..who can blame them right? I look at women when im out in town (not in a pervy way lol) and find that I can have bad first impressions about their looks, but If i talk to them I start seeing their beauty, its funny how personality plays such a huge role on physical beauty. runs to the gym but gets tired half way and stops at McDonalds(just kidding I dont do the fast food thing lol)

I wish there was a way to quote/reply to individuals :/ anyway, to womaninprogress: I agree, people like what they like..its only natural I suppose, maybe hate wasnt the word I should have used here. This is all true, I do care about my health and my body, if i lose weight it will be to better myself health wise though, and not to impress women..It just bothers me that I'm judged on these things when even if i was 70lbs lighter with abs I would still be me, know what I'm saying?

Ok..first off let me say I realize not All girls hate fat guys... but its like everyone I talk to that is of the female persuasion immediately either drags me kicking and screaming into the 'just friends' zone, or looks at me like I want to eat their soul and walks away. People find this sort of thing confusing or strange allot of the time, I find i can be having a conversation with someone and it is going well until they ask about my beliefs, and as soon as the word "pagan" comes out its like i just told them I have the plague or something lol. I personaly think that someone with a faith or philosophy in life is more exciting, I mean, everything else is so...open...basic, if that makes any sense, I think philosophy and spirituality is the spice of life, I think talking to someone who thinks its rubbish is a turnoff for both parties, but talking with an openminded person about anything in that category can be very fun and exciting, well for me at least I cant speak for everyone. Anyway, great topic thanks for posting it.

if your eating, but not getting the proper nutrients, that could be a big problem, should go to your doctor and have him take a look at you. Also if you dont drink 6-8 glasses of water a day your dehydrated, so maybe up your water intake. Other then that, I'd say take some organic vitamins and make sure your eating a good breakfast and eating properly through the day, usualy more small meals are better then three big meals, will keep your body fueled the entire day. hope that helped :P good luck.
