You're probably putting all the pressure of pedaling on your arch which is incorrect. You need to use the ball of your foot, get stirrups to make sure that you do. If you have indeed been using the pedals correctly, see a podiatrist. It can be a range of things, an underskin plantars wart or other malady.

If you can agree with your partner, the story of how you met will be your first meeting place. You meet at borders or starbucks for coffee? That's where you met for all time. I hate living a lie with anything, but am not comfortable with this and don't see it in the near future. I have intended but have not met anyone from this site yet. I have however corresponded with some attractive and overall interesting women I think I'd like. I apologize for cutting you all off but haven't been ready for this. Guess I have internet cold feet? Anyhow.... My meaning is I believe is that I can sympathize with your plight.

Being 40 and back in the dating scene is very hard. It only is if you make it. Don't stress when single, enjoy your time alone. Too many women I know in their 30's and up need an attachment. One 34 yr old has a guy that still gives her drunken phone calls in the middle of the night when they're broken up again for the 11 millionth time. They're both much too old for that BS. Don't settle for less than you want. Sum yourself up accurately and realize you aren't perfect and neither will he be.

ex hit me once I told her I'm not going to hit her so don't hit me. Did it again gave her one more warning. Third time I threw a shoe at her because I know I'd miss on purpose. If I genuinely hit her with any force I may have killed her. I left within days anyway.

I have a serious problem with cats!!!.. I think they are cute and cuddly and great when they are kittens.. but I can't stand the HAIR all over the place, in the bed, in food.. they scratch the hell out of the furniture.. jump up on the counters when you aren't looking, climb the christmas trees, eat the tinsel, they have a supercilious attitude, and only come when they want to.. LOL.. their urine reeks.. even when they are fixed.. I don't care if my partner has a cat.. but I will not sleep on sheets that the cat has slept on, and I don't want cats in MY house.. You aren't supposed to dress your tree in tinsel if you have a pet. And not all cats have behavior problems. My cat doesn't do anything you listed except shed and there's no helping that.

There's a huge difference of being uncomfortable about PDA's and a large amount of cuddling and kissing in private. There is a limit to the former in my opinion and not of the latter. I'd just go with the flow in any case.
