See my ex is now 4 months behind on current child support. she has been working a new job since Oct 8th. She claims " I dont know where to send the money " yet Ive called the DOR and they sent out a income deduction notice to her job and nothing has happened yet. They can't suspend her license since it has been already suspended still from failing to pay her tickets, hell she was already found guilty on one of her driving with a suspended license charges. Dude, I filed for Child support about this time Last year. In August of 2008 I was awarded Support in the amount of $240 and arears amount of $4600. So far she has paid $0 and in is gonna be over $1000 behind on the current amount this month. She should pay you something because it is her responsibility to help take care of the child as well. You know damn well she'd have taken you to task over this if the roles were reversed and you'd probably be facing some kind of deadbeat dad charge if she could pull it off.. Contact your local Dept of Revenue or google for Child Support in your state. I know in Florida you contact the Dept. of Revenue to file for it.

The SEC is the most difficult division there is. It makes like Little 10 and Tiny 12 conferences look like cake walks. If the mighty Florida Gators had a division like those or the Crap 10 where USC plays of course they'd be the national champs every year since there is no real competition in those. I can say from experience, I justwon my court case against my ex and she will have to pay support. But she will not have unsupervised visitation. She recently claimed to me she tried to commit suicide by taking a bunch of pills (accidently she claims). Also she had threatened me in the past with claiming she would take my daughter and run away with her. Now she only wants to he a negative part of her life and complain constantly about her.
