Image Problems

I can't get an image uploaded either. It keeps giving me the error message. I've never had pictures refused or deleted. It seems to fit all the requirements and I'm just trying to put it on the personal part so I can send it to someone. Is there a problem with this part of the site? What should we do?

I was in a 5 year relationship with a guy who kept saying things would get better. If he has a job and can't take care of himself, there's a problem. Talk to him. Find out history. I'm out of that relationship but I'm also out $10 000.
