Pics simply wont load in.

tracert of the Pics url times out after first hop... but this is usual for bellsouth.
As I stated previously - I go to the image page, select a picture from my desktop (I have 5 - all of them compliant with your rules/guides) I select the photo, click upload and wait. The page then refreshes and no images. I am stumped. | | | |
