I did for awhile... didnt do much. Suffered PTSD from a incident I witnessed years ago...and just general life stress... I do not want to push religion, my thought is whatever gets a person thru the night but Buddhism and reconizing my suffering helped.... but it takes longer than one night. Your mind will go into places it doesnt want to go.

Yeah, Im going thru the same thing sorta... but my story is so screwed up no one would believe it.... Im mentally prepapring for a broken heart because the writings on the wall.... but yeah, Nights not sleeping...thinking your going insane...doubt...then you start doubting yourself... you cant stop thinking. I went for a 10 mile bike ride... all the while thinking....by the time i came back, all i could think about was the pain in my legs...lol. I dont know brother, just crawl thru it... pick the glass and mop up the blood later.

I dont know If I can offer alot here... but first let me say that you sound like an amazing girlfriend... second of all stress is a killer. So break it down one thing at a time.... first off money. so what roughly three months till he gets some money...how much money? It none of our business but you know what Im saying...you said he moved out? A person needs food. shelter. water. Ive known guys to live in a tent in a state park till they got back their feet. the alcohol ed class and community service. Big deal. Are talking a history of alcohol abuse or just a screwup that the court ordered a ed class.... just show up. thats not hard.... again how many hours of service? again....thats just showing up and going thru the motions.... alot of life is showing up and going thru the motions... "very independent and accepting help is like admitting that he can't do it himself." no... even Jesus had some help with his cross. I wished I had ask for help sooner.... it called brotherhood... if you need me to drill this into him.. contact me. what am I supposed to say? "Your stress is hurting our relationship so stop being stressed out?" Im going out on a limb here but do you love him? just be honest... say. .. "Im here. I know your going thru alot now. well get thru this TOGETHER." and dig in for the long haul... When I was under my worst stress... I didnt want to do a thing.. with no one.... when he saw you two weeks ago on cam... My dear, relax.... you were a glass of cold water to a man walking in hell.... and I can tell you care for him. Just that thought alone has carried men into battle.

I just cant help but think.... Drive is one thing.... But I read now because of just the everyday grind.. alot of couples only have sex once a month... is having sex once a month the same as sex drive?

man.... Im loving the forum tonight... now i see why you guys hang out here....... anyway.... DONT STREES! Yeah I know thats like telling you DO NOT THINK ABOUT PURPLE ELELPHANTS.... Ive known virgins in their mid 30's... not alot but yeah a few.. of both sexes....so dont put a age criteria on it... and yeah...I dont know, maybe I did it wrong...LOL... but the first time is going to be like a special ed kid having a epileptic fit ....but then itll be like riding a bike, and kissing.... and finding a gal whos willing to fumble around in the dark with you....well...they say one of the biggest problems with couples is communication..... Bro... Trust me on this one..... I learned this the hard way. "Even though she's dating this guy I STILL want to tell her my feelings for her haven't changed. Should I?" YES....YES....YES got it? as I get older Ive learned life is about risk.... Do NOT find out 20 years later that she may have been haboring feelings for you... PRIDE is one the the sins... "Even if it is just to get over her and try to move on?" Yes, becuase if you dont...dont ler her become "the one" that got away. If I do ask how do you think this will affect our friendship? Who knows? It may kill it, and at first your hurt but youll be better off in the long run.. WHATEVER YOU DO... be a man and dont burn that bridge if it does kill it.... Because later in life you may see her again... and curse the skys as ye may...those feelings may still be there.... and thats a whole different set of stampeding cats we wont cover here.

Why would that make you jerk bro? I sing in the shower and my personal favorite is Midnight Rider by the Allman Brothers... theres something about the acoustics and the whiskey gravel tone my voice gets sometimes in the morning, that makes it work..... Im thinkig of one specific relationship example where the woman said in her case it never turned physical.. she couldnt leave her husband because of religious/family convictions but it was intensly strong for her emotionally.... again does happen? strong for her emotionally.... again does happen?

I have a question for you ladies…. I was having this discussion with my guy friends with their wives chipping in…and it took on a life of its own with mixed answers, so I thought Id throw it to the masses… And I guess this would generally happen while you were married, or felt that a affair would be wrong….whatever reason… the question is… Can a emotional relationship develop between two people that is as strong or stronger than a physical relationship…. Wham… that did it…with my guy friends, they said no… and the women’s responses were yes that sometimes a emotional relationship can be stronger….. So…. What do you think? And if you have the time, tell me if any of you have ever had such a thing…. Thanks!
