Thankx all but I'm still confused. We keep getting togather and being lovers and she did bring up th FWB thing. I guess I'll take it one day at a time and see where it goes. It's too late for me to be "just friends" I care deep;ly for her and she says she loves me. I think we're just scared and trying to be careful but when we are togather that goes right out the window. I need to know if you people think that "chemestry" is only instant or can it be built and grown over time. I met a lady and after 20 ninuits we couldn't keep our hands off each other. She is most times the instagator though I admit I freely I encorage this when ever I can. We talk about everything under the sun and have many things in commen. With just enough diffrences to make it intresting. She says she is not "physicly" attracted to me but reacts to our touching very much. She still wants to be lovers and we make plans to see each other whenever possable. I am confused, could she mean something diffrent or be using the wrong words. I love her without reservation and wish to further our relationship, can some one help me and clue me in a little.

Yea your way over the top. Always remember that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. And being as you can't read minds he could very well think your the Hottest thing walking. I am a counsler and life coach for 16-25 year old female victems of abuse and I realy think you could benifit from some form of councling. You have some major self esteem issues and untill you come to gripps with them you'll never be happy with yourself or any one else. Get yourself some help, it doesn't mean your a bad person or permenently broken. Just a little bent right now. Every body needs a little help now and then. Just give yourself a break.

Was he wearing a ring on his left hand or was their a much lighter band where it should have been. If your serious you need to find out about his background, call his Mother or friends he mentioned, You know cover your ass. If he protests he has something to hide and you should be aware of it.

Hello Rune3 hit it right dead center, it's a power trip and she gets a charge from wraping you around her little finger. If your serious about her you have to give her an ultamtium or she will play you till she falls for sombady else hard enough to tell you to get lost. Or you could stay and show her how the game is played, make your own rules. But you can't be afraid of losing something you never had in the first place.

I'm sorry , I fail to see your problem. I married my best friend and had 20 years of Bliss. If you don't like someone you can't be or fall in love with them. Just don't stop at friends if your not comfortable with it. I know I have over simplfied things some, but not much.

I'm not saying that sex never crosses my mind, I'm not dead,but it's not always the first thing I'm looking for. What happened to starting out just being people? I am new to on line relationship searching and need a little help with some of the terms.I have seen that some relationships seem to be looked down upon or " if this is what your looking for look elsewhere" they are, Other relationship, Activity partner and Hang out. Is there more to these than meets the eye or is something I don't know about implied with them. Any help would be much apreciated. Thanx

I know this doesn't help but I do understand. I lost my wife of 20 years, two years ago on of all days Feb 14, yea Valentines takes on a whole new meaning. I often think "thank the lord she went first, I could't handel it if I knew she was going through the same pain and loss I felt whn she passed. Just live well, keep your memories in your heart and raise a glass to her often>

Her family has no control and almost no contact with her or her children. Her parents brok up as soon as her little brother left home,his ex says it was because of a lifetime of abuse but she could be just selling her side. I should admit that a large part of why I left was respect for him, he said he was my friend till after she left home(pregnant )

I have recently been contacted by an old flame and don't know if I should persue it or not. What happend was many years ago we were very much togather but her father objected. She was under age and at first he thretened to have me inprisioned but I wouldn't back down. So he then threatend to send her away. Her family was her whole world and I couldn"t allow that to happen, I also couldn"t tell her why I was backing off or she would have hated him for it.She never knew what happened and I"m sure she was hurt. We are both single at the same time after many years now. I have regreted my decision every day of my life, I think I should have found a way.Maybe elope or something.I don't know. The question is do I tell her what happened and try to be part of her life after all this time or not. Any advice would be a help Thanx

I understand, I lost my wife of 20 years two years ago today(yea Valintines realy sucks) and just gave up. She was my entire life after all the kids moved out. I was and am disabled and spent 24-7 just taking care of her. When she died my life was over, nothing left but she made me promis to stay in this world and help our children and grandchildren but I think they helped me more. When I look into the face of my first grandaughter all I she is my lost love ,my heart, my soal. She was born just6 days after my love passed and I somhow belive that a largr part of her was reborn. The only thing good I can say is that now she doesn't hurt any more and I thank god she went first because I would not wish this pain on her ever. They say sometimes death is a blessing but I'll be damned if I know when . Sorry I have to go now.

If you don't mind taking a little encourgment form some one a little older who's been around here goes. It will take time to get your life back togather but it will happen. You are too valuable a person to throw your life away on some violent child. I am sure you are suffering from low self esteem right now but it will get better.Try to rember that there are many people out there who love you very much, and some of them don't even know you yet. Try not to belive him when he says "it will nwver happen again" because it should never have happened in the first place. The old line about "we only hurt the ones we love" is bulsh-t. My best advice is , the best revenge is living well and being happy, its true. Hang in there your worth it! Respectfully J Michael P.S try this to start, hand a peice of paper on your bathroom mirror that says" I Love You" and read it out loud every day. I know it sound silly but just do it.
